Soon, another starship, nearly the size of the worldship, cam eout of slip-space next to the worldship, just far enough that the worm couldn't reach it. The powerful shields installed into the ship protected it from even the toughest attacks made by the Vongs for minutes, possibly half an hour if needed. The duel super cannons turned and fired into the side of the worldship, burning through it, as the rest of the G.E.A fleet attacked the top of the Vong ship. The artillery's cannon started charging up for another shot, as the lieutenant aimed for one of the engines on the worldship.

"Vong World enemy worldship is taking heavy damage but it's not down yet!" Ground control stated.
"All units bring that worldship down, whatever it takes!" The lead commander of the 422nd commanded. The combined firepower slammed into the Vong Capitalship until at last it finally began to fell apart from the overwhelming firepower. The massive warship struggled to navigate but it began to fell apart as the ship split into multiple fiery pieces that crashed throughout the planet. The Vong Warriors from the ground watched in confusion as they began to flee, hiding in where they could. Others committed suicide while others charged into enemy lines into certain doom. The massive Vong Force in Manaan was widely spread out. It would take maybe a few days to fully obliterate them from the planet but for now. The Imperials were just securing the more important areas, finishing of their enemy could wait.

"Vong Worldship is down! Proceeding to clean up the rest of them!" A report came in.

"Report! Vong Fleets are disappearing back into Dark Space. Any remaining vong forces are being mopped up as we speak by Imperial efforts. The 501st had arrived in the system earlier We've held them off!" Another report came in. "Incoming transmission, too all units, Flagship Annihilator is arriving shortly!"

The Ground commander sighed with relief. They held the planet so far but took heavy casualties in not just here but throughout parts of the outer rim... but he had done his job, that was pretty much all he cared about at the moment.

Another beam of plasma crashed into the worldship as it descended, the lieutenant now off the artillery gun, fending off Vong forces. A small war band of Bori-Saurochus warriors charged at their enemies from the mountain the lieutenant was on, snipers using the pathway's boulders and rocks as cover as they fired green, sticky plasma at the Vong warriors. Raptoid mounted warriors led the attack, the massive raptors hunting down and trying to split the Vong forces. The G.E.A starship delpoyed hundreds of landing boats down to Manaan, some more war bands of the Saurochus in them aswell.

"Well it seems the GEA seems to be handling themselves out there.." The ground commander stated
"Indeed, still the last time they tried this, they attacked with a fleet double.. maybe triple the amount of ships they had. The Vong are still out there in unexplored space.. head's up soldier, Lord Revan has finally arrived.." The commander of the 422nd stated.
Coming out of hyper space revealed a ship, easily larger the any of ships in the area. The very flagship of the Emperor of Empire itself. Revan crossed his arms as he watched the surroundings from the massive viewpoint from his flagship. Parts of Manaan were in flames as well as the broken wreckage from destroyed ships floated around in space. The gigantic warship powered by its multiple blood red engines pushed the warship forward as a small escort of Imperial Class II Star Destroyers arrived. Scanners moved through the area.. things were clear.

"Greeting My Lord.. unfortunately the damage had been dealt with before you arrived. It's no matter..we still hold the planet" The ground commander responded. Revan slightly nodded as he turned and eyed the surroundings... silently looking at the ships that obviously werent Imperial.

The war band continues chasing after the Vong forces, hunting them down and taking them out with large numbers and brute force. The G.E.A soldiers start mopping up the Vong forces along side the Imperials, mowing them down with plasma bolts. A Saurochus, following behind the lieutenant hissed, asking, "Well, when do we fight the ressst of thessse Vong forcccesss?" the lieutenant replying with a low glare to the warrior.

They've helped us so far..no reason to fire on them.. perhaps meet them in person?" Grand Admiral Piett questioned, looking at the tall Dark Lord of the Sith besides him. The Sith slowly nodded. "Have them meet us at Manaan headquarters...tell them I dont want to waste time with silly politicians. I want their leader, not some typical ground commander" Revan demanded. Piett nodded as he moved to request the order. A transmission was sent to the lead ship in the GEA Fleet...

"We appreciate the assistance but you can call of your war bands. We'll deal with the rest of them. As of right now we're interested in meeting your leader in person, the one with the highest power. Lord Revan has requested to speak with him. You can board our ship to meet us or meet us on the planet surface of Manann, your choice" The transmission read..

Admiral Johnson soon replied, the old man saying, "we'll bring him in to the ground of Manaan. I hope to meet your leader aswell, so I will be accompanying him," before ending the transmition, a landing boat going down to Cori's surface to pick up the president of the world. Once he boarded in, the ship went back to the admiral's ship to pick him up, before entering slip-space...

Revan left the command deck without a single word. He knew what he had to do. After navigating through the gigantic flagship... Revan entered the hanger and boarded a standard Imperial shuttle. The advanced shuttle was flanked by several TIE Defenders- the absolute Imperial Starfighter Superiority Class. The shuttle entered the war torn planet of Manaan. The battle raged on for a few a days that involved multiple invasion waves and intense ground battles. Upon the destruction of the vong worldship, the vong finally lost the will to fight as they were soon all mostly destroyed. Manaan however would suffer some painful scars as powerful flames fed off the ground they fell upon. Revan watched from a side view as his flagship fired several turbo lasers into the planet, blasting some random area on land... likely destroying a Vong attempt to terraform the planet. Despite having fought them before, they had no answer to the Vong's terraforming methods. If not stopped they could spread and spread, changing the planet completely. Revan had authorized the use of orbital bombardment to destroy vong terraforming attempts... he had no other choice.

Upon arrival as the shuttle landed, several black armor wearing elite ARC Troopers emerged from the shuttle as Revan himself walked out to see a massive crowd of Imperial soldiers that had gathered. Many of the soldiers had some sort of damage on their armor...broken armor pieces, broken helmet. They tried to look professional but Revan understood that these were likely the only every able body in the base. They went down on knee, held their blasters with one arm and lowered their hand in respect, bowing for their legendary leader. Revan nodded with approval as he walked forward to speak with the commander... he had some time to spare until the GEA's leader arrived.

The landing boat soon escaped slip-space, the two pilots on deck noticing the G.E.A and Imperial ships on and around the planet. The transport went down into Manaan's atmosphere, inching towards the command center, serveral G.E.A squads onboard to help mop up any Vong forces still on the planet. The boat soon landed at the command center, G.E.A soldiers unloading first, going in the direction fighting was happening, despite most of the G.E.A and Borisaurochus forces being loaded back into the starship and other ships, along with the lieutenant. The Admiral came out behind the president of Cori, who awaited Imperial escort, the both of them noticing the battle damaged armor on the troopers. The special operation squads, in a black coloration of the standard infantry armor used by G.E.A infantry, continued running to help mop up the mess the Vong forces made.

"So... this is it, these are the ones in charge of the GEA.." Revan silently thought. The Dark Lord of the Sith slowly approached them as he waved off his escorts. The armored sith was covered from head to toe. His infamous mask was all that you could see in is face. No emotion... nothing. You almost could not eve hear him breath. His footsteps were heavy from his armored foots, making a dull sound every time he took a step. He approached the leaders of the GEA, scanning them with his eyes. "I believe I never got your names..." Revan simply stated.

"I'm Johnson, and this man here, our leader, is Mr. Gordon. He runs all the colonies and our homeworld," admiral Johnson stated, the taller man looking at Revan, two special operations soldiers next to each of them. "It is a pleasure to meet you, sir," the president said, slowly raising his arm, hand open, to shake Revan's. The two bodyguards looked, worried at what might happen next, but stood close, guarding their leaders, rifles at the ready.

Revan didnt respond, he shook the man's hand but that was it. He didnt trust outsiders, that was the thing. He had learned his lesson several times and the Dark Lord kept his cold dark gaze on them. "You interfered with Imperial affairs, we've had no previous encounters before and you decided to join in. It's appreciated but you entered our territory and found yourself mixed in.. I would like to know why" Revan questioned..

"Well, the fleet that came in, we lost contact with weeks ago. When they entered the territory, they encountered one of your ships, and the transmition for the ships was fixed by then. We had no intentions of getting mixed into this battle. But, considering there was a battle going on in the first place, and your forces didn't attack us, we got ambushed by the Vong forces, and were put into this battle by them. But, since we got caught in this mess, and helped you hold this planet, we could discuss an alliance?" Mr. Gordon said, the body guards and admiral feeling a chill go down their spines. They watched Revan, somewhat scared, wondering what he'd say, or do.

"Thats a interesting proposal but we had our fair share of alliances... for us it's quite to quick to willing accept such outsiders. The help was useful but don't mistake it as a sign of weakness from our part" Revan stated. He eyed them, no hesitation, no sense of emotion on his sense. He radiated a cold dark chill, an odd sense of evil. Revan glared at the with his unseen eyes as if trying to look into their very soul. No more mistakes... they knew better... at least that was typical Imperial thinking at the moment.

The president soon said, "well, we've been better allies for alot of other factions compard to most others. Knowing how some can backstab you at any moment is quite chilling the firts time, but the next time you expect it, but don't know that it wans't coming, and kill a trustful ally. i've seen it happen many times. Those Vongs are some awful creatures, considering they'd rather die for honor than live with dishonor. There would be no chance we'd join them, or any of your enemies as a matter of fact." The admiral could feel something bad was about to happen to Mr. Gordon, but couldn't figure out what. The bodyguards were as nervous as ever, the cold stare of Revan's mask giving them quite a chill.

"I've fought the Vong before and driven them away before. This attack was nothing new. While help is appreciated, we still have very little trust of outsiders, regardless of what they say and may have done. Had we not been delayed, I would have had arrived sooner. As for the Vong.. be careful in familiarizing yourselves with the Vong. You wouldnt want them coming for your planets would you now" Revan responded. Revan's eyes darted to a corner for a moment as he took note of falling debris from space... it was difficult to tell but it seemed to be part of a hull from a standard Imperial star destroyer. Revan returned his gaze forward, once again reminded of the lethality of the vong.

"So be it," Mr. Gordon said, before walking into the landing boat, along with the admiral and the two bodyguards. The boat's engines ignited and roared to life as the ship went into slip-space, taking them all back to Cori...

As the larger Tyranid host pressed on, the hole the Tiger Bugs were using was filled with dirt, a collapse above it caused by the Raveners blocking the passage completely. Elsewhere, the other Mawloc breached another part of the hive, allowing the Hive Tyrant and its guards to press further...

"Remember that course, keeps records of their destination. No probes yet but I want to make sure you have their location in some records. Just in case... you may never know" Grand Admiral Piett commanded. "Yes sir" a crewmen nodded as he did what was told. The famous Grand Admiral walked through the infamous bridge, the best Imperial crewmen were on this ship, they had to be or else. Revan wanted the best alongside him, failure was not an option. The Admiral looked through the multiple screens, looking at data and such. A little over 60% casualties on Manann. It could have been worse had the GEA not show up but the Imperials were not looking for friends. They had enough with the term alliances for now. Piett sighed with some relief, the last time there was more Vong and more destruction but it seemed the Vong were a bit more careful. They tried the same tactics, a wide spread invasion using multiple planets on a certain area in Imperial outerim worlds but the Imperials were prepared. They had the defenses required to hold a regular Vong Fleet but in paticular, Manann was hit the hardest out of all the planets...Piett wasnt sure why, it was something he had to look into. He looked at the last known sighting of the GEA ships before he left, he was sure he would see them again.. somehow. The Grand Admiral then eyed another screen, one showing the Imperial fortress courtyard with Revan speaking to the ground commander. Looks like the 501st would be here for a brief stay.

Back at the mountain on Manaan which G.E.A forces used, a small group of Saurochus warriors were speaking to each other in their language. One barked at the other, who replied with a hiss, when the third one cawed, trying to get them to break the arguement up. Soon, the two grunts tackled each other and tumbled down the hill, clawing and grasping onto one another's arms, holding on for dear life. A Bori sniper climbed to the top of a boulder on the hill and laughed at the battle going down the pathway, Saurochus warriors and raptoids side stepping just to avoid the rolling battle.
