Washington: Good, follow the Meta. He'll brief you on the mission while we move out to this rebel base.

Meta: <Follow me this way, machines.>

*The Meta jumps down the side of the platform as Washington walks down the staircase, heading towards the rest of the agents. The group stands in a line at attention, just as agent Washington walks in the direction of the enemy base, the Meta doing the same at a different area, leading the machinas*

Wash: Come on, guys. It's time to move out and destroy these guys...

The commander nods an the machina follow meta......

Meta: <Well, we got a well armed base of over atleast 100 foot soldiers, unknown amount of snipers, and quite a few tanks at this base. We'll need heavy fire power from you all while the rest of us take the infantry out and demolish this place. Snipers will provide cover and support for your group while you give us the same thing when we infiltrate this armed facility. Four turrets guard the outside, but are lightly armored, so you all should easily take care of them.>

*The agents proceed to move deeper and further into the jungle, snipers breaking from the formation into pairs to make teams, as they watch out for enemy snipers in ghillie suits hiding in nearby trees or bushes. The machine gun wielding agents move further behind the whole group and watch their rear, as the rest carry battle rifles or assault rifles, Washington leading the way...*

The commander nods.

"I see. But, will there by any troops aiding us directly in battle? We have brought over 100 machina, but we cannot hold the line indefinately."

[UndeadRaptor]

Meta: <Yes, but only a few. You'll have rocket and rifle support from anyone not going into the base to blow it up, and I'll be attack from the rear of this cliff hanger base and provide support for you all.>

Washington: Snipers, keep your eyes peeled at all times, and wait for the signal...

*Energy beams are fired out from the shield, hitting several Gyaos and setting them on fire.*

*A grenade suddenly seems to land in between me, the A.I and the fire elemental as a portal opens behind us both. Before me or the A.I have a chance to react, the explosive goes off, and we're both sent to a completly different place in the E-War, which seems like an artic area*

A.I: Um, Antartica?

Ha ha, so funny. Look, I'm laughing so badly, vomit is on the floor...

*The erratic flying patterns of the Gyaos make th ebeams miss, the bat-like fiends keep bombarding the shield with heir sonic cutters, while a few that have recovered from the paralysis manage to fl yarounf to behind Deathwing silently and stealthily...*

*Tiffany, still holding me in her hands, carries me up the stairs, the rest of the group following, ignoring the fighting SHarpclaw, Yuna begins to follow the rest, when a strange, silent voice rasps in her head, sounding as if 8 consequtive voices are goig off at the same time.*

Voices: (The shadow... The shadow of the former Priestess is not as it seems... be weary of it...)

*Yuna looks up at Minene's shadow, not seeing anything odd about it, before following the group as they head toward the library room...*

*I suddenly spot some brown, wooden object in the distance, before pointing over to it in curiosity*

Hey, is that, that a log cabin over there?

A.I: Hold on, let me see sir.

*The A.I uses the binoculars in the helmet to zoom in on the object, identifying it as a wooden cabin, as I leap down the cliffside and slide on the snowy ice, heading for the building*

A.I: Ugh, why am I always put into these situations?

Race you to that place! I win, I get the armor back! You win, you get the best computer and electronics to live in at my kingdom!

The shadowy being continues hiding as minene's shadow, waiting for the right time to strike......

the machina move out for their impending fight, arming their variety of weaponry.....

*A bullet suddenly seems to appear from nowhere, hitting a agent in the face and killing him almost instantly, as everyone else takes cover in the foilage*

Washington: Snipers! Take cover, take cover!

Agents: Duck in cover! Take them out! Find their locations!

Meta: <Destroy the trees! Leave nothing standing!>

*The Meta almost quickly begins blowing up branches on multiple trees with his upgraded brute shot, bodies and scoped rifles flying all around as rebel snipers are blown to pieces. I suddenly am thrown up into the sky and plow through a window in the cabin, the A.I following behind me in disbelief as I win the race, before tumbling into some furniture and a group of Sharpclaw...*

The machina begin opening fire with their RFBWs, unleashing hell into the trees, their weaponry literally ripping the trees and hidden rebels to peices, as sniper rounds simply glance off their thick plated armor.......

The captain fires his laser, literally tearing a tree in two that then falls down......

*Two agents dive out of the way of the falling tree as their own cover nearly crushes them, while the snipers begin to stop firing and hold still, trying to be sure the enemies couldn't spot them*

Washington: Watch it! You nearly took out two of our guys!

Agents: They stopped firing..? Watch the trees for movment! Gunners, take postitions over there and keep those trees in sight, be ready to tear them apart if needed!

*The Meta stops firing his brute shot and tries searching for heat signatures in the trees, the snipers too well covered in leaves and hidden to be spotted, however*

Meta: <It's quiet, far too quiet...>

Commander: "Sorry, got a bit trigger happy. Move out, soldiers!"

The machina slowly begin to march forward, turning on their seeker missiles in their RFBWs.......

Washington: You guys alright? Can you walk?

Agent: I'm fine, I can still move, he can to sir.

*The two down agents get up, as two move and begin burying their dead comrade, the rest of the group still moving closer to the cliff hanger base, the entire rebel force on alert now*

Rebel: Keep them out of this base!

Rebel: Man the turrets! Arm and prepare the tanks, prepare for battle!

The machina begin to near the rebel base, locking their seeker missiles onto the base, which is barely visible to them.......

[Iceking]

*The shield, surrounding Deathwing from every direction, makes stealth attacks impossible. The paralyzed Gyaos are incinerated by fire beams from the shield before they can overcome their paralysis enough to make evassive manuvers.* Deathwing:These foolish bats should know that the shield will just keep absorbing their sonic beams and they should give up on their mission.

*The rebels take cover all in the forest which the task force is still barely in, some running up a trail to a higher cliff than where their base is and man some HMGs. The tanks, covered in moss and other foilage, drive into the forest than turn off their engines to hide their location, as snipers watch the whole group move to the base*

Washington: be careful, sounds like their vehicles' engines are dying. They may be swarming all over the place.

Agent: Keep your eyes peeled. Our snipers got our backs, so don't worry about an ambush...

The machina continue marching, one firing his missile toward the base.........

*A turret quickly snaps to the oncoming missle and blasts it out of the sky, as the rebels begin opening fire from all directions. The agents are quick to respond as they fire back, one throwing a grenade at a small group, flames coming towards the task force as a flame thrower is used by the rebels*

Washington: When did they get flame throwers!

Meta: <They must be dealing with merchants for this stuff!>
