"Remember? The one that saved you, we have to hunt for?" Servan asked as the two walked back towards their home while the hunters had begun to move out of the village. "Oh, right," Natasaika said, knowing her questions were jokes in the first place, something her brother didn't really seem to figure out...

The smell of the sea and the taste of elf was strong in the air now. Khorne continued along, the village becomnig slightly visable from in between the forest's trees, sand coming into sight......

The two continued further towards their hut, but soon turned away from it and went to the left. The hunters soon went into the forest, seeing the basilsk head towards their village but didn't seem to care much as they went to go get something for it to eat...

Khorne heads towards the village, having a bit of difficulty walking on the sand, but continuing onwards. After a few steps, the village is completely visible. Hissing with excitement, the basilisk breaks into a run........

Natasaika soon saw the basilsk behind a few of the huts edging the western side of the village, before she began moving to that direction with her brother Servan...

Khorne grows tired from the running and slows to a stop near the village, huffing and puffing. He smiels upon seeing Natasaika and Servan.

"Well, it is nice to see you all again......."

[UndeadRaptor]

"Yeah. We already sent hunters out to collect your meal, so they should be back after a while of hunting," Natasaika said, while Servan replied to the basilsk, "I'd just like to thank you again for saving my sister's life. I don't know what I would have been able to have done if she'd died..."

Khorne turns to Natasaika.

"Excellent. I was afraid you had forgotten...."

The basilisk turns to Servan and snorts.

"You're just lucky she persuaded me not to eat her."

Servan goes silent soon after that, while Natasaika says, "yeah, otherwise I'd never be back here now. Well, it was nice seeing you again." The hunters move further through the forest, searching for atleast a deer to take down for the basilsk or something of similar size...

Khorne nods before saying, "What do you call this place, elves? It is tranquil and has a nice smell, though hard on my feet...."

Our chief named it Bay village, considering it's bordering that open bay over there," Natasaika said while pointing at the cove where the lake-like formation of water lay. The hunters moved further into the forest, soon spotting a lone deer grazing behind a bush...

Khorn hisses.

"I'd assume there are more of your kind?"

[UndeadRaptor]

"Yes, this isn't the only village in the area that makes our group up," Servan replied, now feeling confidence to speak up. One hunter, the lead one, slowly closed in on the deer, before raising his bow and firing the arrow at it...

Khorne cocks his head to one side.

"Where are the other villages?"

[UndeadRaptor]

"One is on that cliff over there," Servan said, pointing to the large cliff some distacne from their own village. "And the others are in the forest, just east of here," Natasaika added on to her brother's statement. The derr soon fell from the effects of the poison, as the lead hunter closed in and soon made the kill while the rest rushed in to help move to dead animal back to the village...

"I see. Have there been any sightings of my kind in this area? I haven't seen another basilisk in nearly 50 years...."

[UndeadRaptor]

"I'm afraid n-" Servan said, but was cut off by his sister, who replied, "the chief of our village, when he was young he told me, that he had seen one around this area before, but it lives further east basically." "How come he had never told me?" Servan soon asked, while Natasaika replied, "because you were busy helping the rest of our clan out..."

Khorne raises an eyebrow ridge curiously.

"Does he know if it still lives, or its gender?"

[UndeadRaptor]

"Some of the people from the chief's villages and the ones close by have claimed it still roams around there, but no one is really sure of it's gender. But from what most reports have been, it's possibly a female," Natasaika replied, knowing she had heard some legends of the basilsk living east of her people, but had never actually seen it before...

Khorne hisses.

"Interesting. The only way to tell the difference between a male and a female of one that can grow to my size, which are the lizard and serpent basilisks (or hybrids like me) are that females tend to be a bit...... larger, for lack of a better, more respectful word...."
