The cloaked figure continued to sketch the wounded Basilisk, putting in every detail tat could be seen. If it couldn't get the power it needed from the dragon, then perhaps...

"WHAAAT!?" Trajan shouted, sweat running down his face profusly. He must have misheard them... or maybe they had seen an illusion, or maybe a spectre... "We truly did see Jeetis, in the flesh and very much alive at the edge of the forest." The one guard exclaimed, before continuing, "He told us that we were very near the exit of the forest, and tat his murderer had only managed to knock him unconcious. Supposedly, the body that we had buried wasn't completely dead, and Jeetis had dug his way out of his grave. When we first saw him, we thought that it wasn't Jeetis... just someone that looked very much like him. However, he told us of many things that only he and you would know of..."

Hraesvelgr nodded and moved the Khorne's side, before trying to move the basilisk back to their territory without causing any harm at all to him, if possible.

"Very well. regardless, even if we were going there, i'm capable of taking us far too high for them to follow. you'd probably get ill with cold, but at least we'd escape" growled Septimus as he continued flying, heading towards Lustria. at this pace, they'd reach there in the late evening...

"Dont let me be keeping you" Desrium replied apologetically, bowing his head to Aviva. "I'd hate to delay your travels, but...out of curiousity and if you dont mind to answer, where are you heading perchance?"

"Doesn't it just?" responded Septimus with mock enthusiasm as he levelled out...

"And your home isnt here?" Desrium asked, thinking himself fortunate if the dragon was really about to leave the forest. Perhaps she could help him find his own way out of the woods...

"No. It's quite some distance from here actually." Aviva found herself looking at the sky again. Her claws were itching with a faint sense of urgency...but why, she wasn't sure.

"Sure," Aviva growled, surprised. Was that what he'd wanted - directions?

"This man, because of the crimes he has commited here today, is to be sentenced to death by decapitation," said a royal guard as he read a piece of paper written out by Mandu the Third that day. Everyone in the crowd around the wooden platform being used that day was cheering for the assasssin's death while throwing various small items at him. The executioner laughed as he raised his axe, before bringing it down upon the man's neck...

Trajan stood there, paralyzed in fear and horror. How could Jeetis, who he was certain was dead just yesterday, was truly alive and well? Dione herself had checked him and was certain that he was dead. Based on what the guards had told him, however, there was no other alternative he could think of. If it had been an impersonator, then the guards would have been able to realize that something wasn't right with how he appeared, or sounded. If it had been an illusion, then how did all three guards see the same thing? Deep in his heart, Trajan was happy that his old friend Jeetis was alive and well... But there were still two questions that confounded him... 1. WHy was he in the forest, and not in town, where people would be happy to see him alive and well? and secondly, should he tell Dione of this? There was always the thought that she would be very happy to know that her father was alive, but she had been completely certain that he was dead. More lkely than not, she would be convinced that smeone was pulling a prank, jut to lift her spirits up. In the end, Trajan decided to keep this a secret from Dione. "Don't tell ANYONE of what you three saw in the forest. If this knowledge got out to the people of Germania, and to DIone..." Trajan cut himself short purposely. The three guards and the servants nodded in unison. If that was what the Emperor wanted, then so it would be...

The cloaked figure, now finished with it's sketch, put the notebook and pen away in a pocket on it's cloak. THe figure stood up, then slowly walked away, heading off through the dngerous swamplands to Tristan...

The large blue creature was indeed a fearsome sight, but Lokar saw it as another annoyance in his life filled with hardship and would take it on without fear. Before Lokar could make an order, a random Ulfsark charged trying to kill allof them obiviously comepletly out of control he tried to and failed as he was killed by the Blue ones' minions. "Before someone pointlessly throws themselves at it ready the fire arrows and light them ablaze!" commanded Lokar. The arrow carrying Hurskarls set premaid fire arrows aflame and pelted the creatures to burn them and scare them off.

Draco follows the girl, but turns and says, "What is it now, old man?"

The guards see the man and almost immediately give chase to him as well...... someone moving that fast couldn't be up to anything good.

Khorne grunted a few times, but managed to get to his feet, but could not move veey well......

The massive female Gandior snarled anger as she and her flock flew back a few dozon feet. the arrows fired at them mainly missed, but one unfortunate Gandior had been killed, impaled through the head by an arrow. At this, the large female flew forward once more, this time accompanied by her flock of 10. the males flew out infront of her, acting as a shield as they all plunged into the Norsemen ranks, their talons piercing through the Norsemen's shoulders as they tried to fly up away from the rest of the Norsemen before they could Retaliate. Th elarge female, meanwhile, foled back her wings, and let out a terrible screech, one meant to disorient Lokar and his troops as she divebombed right at him... if this worked, then the Norsemen leader would become her latest meal...

Hraesvelgr stayed close to Khorne, helping him move and keeping him from falling at times as they started to return home.

The executioner slammed his axe into a block of wood soon afterwards, before picking up the decapitated head by it's hair. Everyone in the crowd cheered at the sight, before dispersing from the area as royal guards marched in on horseback, the peasants and civilians going back to their regular work...

Khorne gtuns in pain a few times, blood dripping from his wounds, before he turns to Hraesvelgr. "I..... got a bit.... crazy there, didn't I...?"
