*A blast of Phazon Energy hits the Pelican, causing it to explode, two more Metroid Hatchers emerge from the void, the moon shining upon their hideous appearance as one targets Sarge and Washington, and the other the Meta and Scales, both of them fly at their respective targets while spinning rapidly...*

[Godzilla Forever]

The reavers fly wildly to avoid attacks while firing their own guns, some kamikaziing and grabbing the Falcons with their tentacles, taking them down with them and slamming into the fortress.....

The big Akantor roars in anger before rollnig over onto its back, crushing MR slightly before getting back to its feet and pinnnig the dragon under a monstrous clawed foot, the Akantor readying his wind tunnel attack....

Skorge and his mount fly back in the air before hitting the ground. The other reavers aid their commander by assaulting the thing with more attacks...

The locust horde continues the attack, Boomers and Berserkers doing what they do...

RAAM and I reach where Scales and the others are, me beginning to knock down the door to where they are, with RAAM keeping watch...

*The Meta fires his Brute Shot at the incoming Hatcher, aiming for its exposed tentacles when he can*

*The Falcons and Pelicans keep up the dogfight, taking down as many reavers as they can for air superiority...*

*The Plasma Turrets/Sharpclaw keep the Locust Horde pinned down, blasting away at them as fast they can...*

*MR growls in pain, before I slam into the Akantor in ym Origin Forme, sending the great monster tumbling onto it's back, me now able to change formes again thanks to the Gresious Orb being repaired, I fire off an icy beam at the Akantor...*

*More cannons keep on firing, these exploding against the Akantor's back...*

???: KEPT YA WAITING, GIRA! It's great to be back, baby!

*From the underworld, Persephone watches the fight, a very amused look on her face...*

Persephone: Ah, this reminds me of the Human-Demon war I started... So pointless, yet so veyr much entertaining...

*The Hatcher flies to the side, before stabbing forward with one of its tentacles right at the Meta...*

*The Meta nimble dodges the tentacle and brings the blade of his Brute Shot down on the appendage, slicing it clean off*

Reavers keep on fighting, some more swarming out from the sinkholes to aid in the air battle, along with more locust drones...

The hordes keep firing, not budging, save for the ranks moving up to keep firing, using the bodies of dead locust as cover....

The Akantor swats gira in the face with his spiky tail, before shooting his wind tunnel at him as well, aiming his cannons at the turrets along the walls....

I finally knock down the door, me and RAAM emerging to attack.

"End of the line, Scales!"

RAAM revvs up his troika....

Craefr chuckles.

"All this means for me is mroe souls to feed my brood and my forces."

*The turrets keep firing on the large Akantor, riddling the armor it has on, while I endure both attacks, a wall of fire flies from my mouth at the Akantor, roasting it alive...*

*The Hatcher groans in pain, before falling back, this time heading off to attack the Locust horde inside the Fortress...*

*The Plasma Turretts keep up the firepower, making sure no Locusts get through...*

*The Falcons/Pelicans keep up the dogfight, now being joined by the airships, which begin to launch bullet bills at the Reavers, the Bullet Bills track down the Reavers, before explosing against them...*

*G4E and RAAM are greeted with a barrage of grenades from the Meta, sending them both flying backwards*

*Scales manages to hurl the knife in his hands at RAAM, the blade of the knife lodging itself into the Locust's neck...*

Persephone: Indeed... Now, what time is it?

*The tip of a cane taps Persephone on the shoulder, the Demon Lord turns around, seeing two gigantic, clockwerk demon owls, both of them in rather aristocratic fashion, one gold, one silver, the silver one, the cane in one hand, having the date on it's chest, in roman numerals, while the golden one, in a top hat, has a clock on it's chest, the time currently 9:30, both owls easilly dwarfing Craefr by a factor of three...*

Persephone: Oh... thank for for the time, Lechku...

We both recover quickly, RAAM firing his troika at the Meta with the knife embedded in his neck, while I rush to attack scales....

The fire does nothing to the akantor but anger it, due to it being a volcano beast. The akantor barrages the turrets with shells form his cannons before lunging at gira, slashing him with sharp claws....

A stalemate has effectively come into place in the castle, due to both sides gunning each other down but not moving...

The reavers keep up their tactics, trying to keep the airships distracted...

Skorge sees the hatcher fleeing before he yells into the air, beginning to chase it...

Suddenly, a huge peice of the castle collapses into a hole in the ground, the riftworm bursting forth and bellowing into the sky before divign back into the earth, circlnig around to collapse another section...

*The Meta dives to the side, punching G4E as it attempts to move past Agent Maine to get to Scales, sending him flying. The Meta then turns and continues pounding RAAM with his Brute Shot*

RAAM backs up a few steps, before some kryll come and converge upon RAAM, creating a shield to defend the general. I get to my feet and blast Meta with my atomic breath...

[Iceking]

*A barrier of flame surrounds me, causing the bullets fired at me to explode. A blue glow enters my eyes as lightning then strikes most of the remaining turrets, turning them into molten slag.*

*The Meta crouches, producing a Bubble Shield that blocks the flames, then suddenly leaps out of the shield, over the flames, bombarding G4E and RAAM with grenades*

*Sclaes, now starting to feel better, whistles, 4 large groups of SHarpclaw rush up the stairs and to the fight, the SHarpclaw, wielding flamethrowers, begin to douse G4E and RAAM with fames, being careful not to harm the Meta...*

*The Hatcher that's dealing with Skorge isn't the one that's heading into the castle, the hatcher dealing with Skorgeslams a large tentacle into his hide, sending the Locust figurehead sprawling head over heels...*

*The second Hatcher enters into the castle, before roaring in hunger, the beast flies into the group of Berserkers and Boomers, devouring as many of them as it can...*

*Manages to fly above the claws, before firing a beam of shadowy properties into the Akantor...*

*Around the Riftworm, more of Yuna's gigantic tentacles wrap around the beast before it can get back underground, the tentacles restraining it's movement completely...*

*The Airship fleet and the Pelicans keep up the attack, trying to down as many of the Reavers as they can...*

*The figure ontop of the Airship leaps down, landing on the earth with a THUD, the figure looks up, a wide smile on it's face.*

Bowser: It's great to be back...

*Above the battlefield, an entire section of the sky begins to fuzz, then sizzle...*

The Aknator sees the Riftworm's problem and blasts the tentacles apart with his cannons, the worm diving back into the ground, thankful.....

Skorge's mount rceovers, as does the commander, before he flies up out of range of melee attacks and begins to buffet the thing with chaingun and rocket fire...

RAAM and I dive out of the way of the flames and greandes, using the grenades to clear out some of the sharpclaws. RAAM moves in to deal with the sharpclaws before I pull out a pistol and get ready to fight the Meta and Scales....

*The Meta turns to face G4E, throwing his Brute Shot aside and pulling out an Energy Sword, before suddenly fading from view as he activates his Active Camouflage*

[The Kingpin]

*the demon that in front of Crusher is sidestepped by the Rex, Crusher clamping down on it's back as it passes, pulling it to a sudden, agonising hault, lifting it into the air with a series of horrific cracks as it's bones are smashed and back bent out of shape, the Rex spinning as he does so, knocking back the other incoming Demons with his tail and the mangled form of their companion, before launching it across the clearing, leaving it to hit a jagged rock face heavily, further damaging it's body, the rough surface of the rock ripping into it's flank as Crusher stomps on a second demon, lifting a third in his jaws and biting it in half, before leaping at another, pinning it to the floor underfoot and ripping it's spine out, roaring furiously as the corpses he leaves behind turn to dust, destroyed as he kills them*

Crusher: You'll regret the day you took up arms against me...

I sniff the air to find where meta is, before readying my sword...
