at the moment, I will be writing it around the official characters. though if I find a need for new characters, I'll add a few. the main reason I'm writing this is because I'm not pleased with how the RE series is going. so I'm redirecting it personally with a fiction.

Considering how RE 5 in particular turned out(in my opinion)I wouldn't say the series is in "it's prime" so to speak so I'll be looking forward to how you direct it

can't take credit. all i really did was add the title to a pic that's out there. the detail on the Umbrella is still above my level [though i MIGHT be able to photoshop a marble and frost pattern into it and do it that way]

got one and a half short scenes written so far. it's on hold while I finish my exams and develop my ideas for what happens next.


Once I've got the first Chapter done, I'll open a topic for it in the creative writing section and upload it for criticism.it's likely going to undergo alot of changes over the course of it's writing, so criticism is welcome.

Question,what,if any "infected" can be expected to make an appearance in this fan fic?

the original T.Virus zombies can be expected to appear. in addition, hybridised Plagas based creatures will probably appear. I may introduce some creatures of my own production. It's still fairly early into the project. At the moment I'm still constructing the base facts, the foundations for the plot. to make things flow smoothly with what's been developed so far in the canon.

Excellent,I was hoping the las plagas would make an appearance one way or another,I suppose depending on the area you could introduce some infected wildlife based on the area

Plagas as you knew them will likely be minimal in the fiction. I was not fond of them personally, but am forced to use them due to how major a role they played in the canon.

Not a plagas fan then? All the same,for me in RE fan fiction the creatures and villains play a big part in the story for me,I'm hoping it won't be like this with an infected or villain "pistol in head they dead" kind of thing,a bit more intricate like a serious novel where detail is put into every little thing.An almighty task but with a bit of effort anyone,you could pull it off

detail won't be an issue. where the story goes is the only issue I consider a possible problem. But the best stories are often thought up on the fly. so we'll see where it takes me as i write it.

Just as long as you have the basic idea of the story in mind,there shouldn't be too much trouble with where to go with it
