The allosaur duo see the Bull rex's agression, but do not back off yet. They stand their ground, occasionally taking nips out of their prey, while watching in the event the giga and the rex get too close to them....

Razorjaw watched things unfold intently from a distance,he was all for a brawl but this definitely looked like one he would not win. When this was over he'd use the old scavenger strategy, eat what was left after the victor had their fill and left....

the Giga snarled lowly, irritated that the Rex wouldn't make room. "Typical Tyrannosaur. Still thinking yourself high and mighty. So much food lying there, and you want it to yourself? Your greed knows no bounds. I will enjoy flaying you alive" snarled the Giga coldly as he took a step forward, circling the Rex, eyes locked on the predator, wary. he knew Rex fighting strategies very well...he knew that a wrong move could potentially be fatal. but he also knew most of the fatal flaws of Rexes...and he would make use of them...

The bull Tyranosaur smirked, as he continued to circle Rook. "Typical? I am far from typical, Giga. Far too many Tyrannosaurs are pathetic and weak these days. Once, we were the rulers of this island, and now, we sit back and scavenge while FISH EATERS rule the roost!" the bull snapped back, his fangs fully bared. This giga was really getting his nerves... and his patience was already wearing thin...

"Excuses of a whelp. Predictable. You complain and yet you do nothing. If you so hate your situation, change it. Go challenge Thrasher and take back your precious title. Until then, you have no right to complain about your situation. Now....stand aside. I hunger for something more substantial than a pointless discussion" growled the Giga calmly, tiring of the Rex's whining attitude...

Razorjaw continued watching the confrontation, this was going to be fun to watch. He didn't really care who won as long as there was something left for him to fill his stomach on....

The large male Tyrannosaur glared at Rook, burning hatred all to evident in his pale eyes. He then slowly began to back up, as if in retreat. "Oh, I do intend on showing Thrasher his place on the island... but first, I shall silence your insulting TOUNGUE!" The bull Rex howled into the air as he charged right at the Giga. not only was he going to not give up this meal, but now, he would ensure that this Giganotosaurus would suffer for insulting him. The pride of a bull Tyrannosaurus like his was far too great a thing to let be bruised and not take action against...

A short distance away from where Ba'al was, something was happening behind some bushes. The underrush rustles, and a dying, blood-curling scream ripped through the air. A few seconds later, what sounded at best like an electric guitar in pain (Atleast by human standards) blasted through the forest, with the smell of blood also filling the air...

As the fight progressed Razorjaw's ears were assaulted by an ear splitting noise. It took him a few moments to fully recover from it and then he wondered whether he should investigate it.Food first, investigate later was the simple thought that ran through his mind....

the Giga's eyes narrowed as it lowered it's stance, sidestepping widely as the Rex charged, evading it's attack almost completely, before ramming sideways into the predator as it stormed past, the sheer mass of the predator throwing the Rex off balance, sending it stumbling off to one side and tripping over it's own feet, flooring the Rex, using its own enormous weight to injure it, as the Giga turned to face his opponent, keeping a wary distance from it...

A distance away Redclaw watched in amusment as the predators fought each other pointlessly. There was plenty of meat and blood and it would attract others maybe some confident fisheaters who were tired of their namesake meal. Even if the the carcess loses all the organs there will be plenty of meat left for smaller predators and while he could never stand against super predators like these he could handle their half pint cousins and other Raptors. Why fight for a meal when you can simply let others do the work for you and do all the the boysterous roaring and fighting to scare others away. Though Redclaw had been holding himself over with a few compys with his size that wouldn't do for long but he could wait for this meal, he could wait until nightfall for that kind of buffay.

Razorjaw still waited for the fight to end, thick globules of saliva dripped from his mouth as he grew ever more hungry, but he would pace himself. The reward for waiting would be far worth it

The male Tyrannosaur got back up onto his feet, though now both his arms were dangling uselessly. The large carnivoreswerved around to face Rook once more. Steam jetted ou tof the Rex's nostrils as he once more began to circle Rook, trying to find an opening, a weak point of some sort, anything he could use as an advantage...

Xanthe chuckled. "A pity he isn't here. Perhaps father and son would exhaust each other if they got to playing like that." he tilted his head towards the youngsters, a gleam of veiled curiosity in his eye. The way Aurora spoke of Blade's father made it clear she'd been very much attached to, if not in love with the male; yet she had arrived alone. Had there been a quarrel? Or was there a more tragic end to it all?

The Giga's golden gaze fell on the Rex, reading his movements, watching as he moved, circling. predictable as always. when the first plan of attack failed, they'd fall back and search for a hole they could exploit. a weak point. the Giga could see both the front limbs were broken or otherwise disabled, though that meant little in terms of combat efficiency. the Rex never used those in a fight. he also noted one of it's flanks was morphed oddly. signs of an injury, and judging by the way it moved with the Rex's now heavy breath, likely very recent. "You seem very insistent on dying today, Rex. Why is that? What happened to your plans to challenge Thrasher? Did that flee from that narrow mind of yours like your hopes to find a mate did?" hissed the Giga slyly, amused with the Rex's foolishness. it had thusfar shown itself to be less of an opponent than previous Rexes he had fought. but he didn't shrug off the creature's capability just yet....wounded and dim as it may be, it was still a dangerous opponent...albeit an inept one....

"If only he was. Though more likely than not, he'd be busy toying with the rest of the pack like Blade is with your hatchling. Even fully grown, he always had a playful streak about him" growled Aurora with a smile, a distant look in her eyes as she remembered times when such events as mock-fights among fully grown pack-mates were common. coming here and not finding them had thrown her off balance as she was reminded that it was not so common. anyone who knew her mate would never have guessed that this was something relatively rare...

"SHUT UP!" The large bull Tyrannosaurus bellowed as he lunged forward. He swung his head sideways into Rook, causing the large Giga to stumble to the side. Ready to capitalize on this, the great predator turned, swinging his tail at the Giga. He was now furious in rage and anger, all common sense having been kicked out the window completely. Now, all we wanted was to spill this Giga's blood and smear it all over the island...

a chilling, rattling snarl came from the Giga as he ducked under the tail, stepping forward as he did so and pushing himself upwards under the tail, intentionally driving the tail upwards, breaking the balance of the Rex as he rammed it sideways, leaving the Rex to stumble forward, off balance and poorly footed, on the brink of being killed by a broken neck from the resulting fall...

The bull Tyrannosaur stumbled, and began to fall. panicing, he managed to twist his body just so that he landed on his side instead of on his head. grumblnig in pain, he slowly got back onto his legs, his side hurting him greatly. Two ribs had been broken by that fall, but atleast hi sneck hadn't been broken. The male Rex once again charged, head low, mouth wide open, now simply operating on sheer rage and fighting instinct...

Ba'al catches the scent of blood, and hears the loud screeches of pain. Curious, Ba'al grumbles and heads in that direction...

Seeing that the fighting was getting intense, the Allosaur duo begins to back down, ripping off the sauropod's neck and hed, dragging it a good fifty paces away, and eating it...

As the battle raged on forever more ferociously Razorjaw became ever more anxious,if he didn't know the risks of doing so he would charge right in head first but as painful as it was to wait he did so....

the Giga snarled, focusing as the Rex charged, waiting for the perfect moment, rearing up and bringing his foot down on the Tyrannosaur's head, driving it into the ground, his massive weight keeping it in place as the Giga snarled, leaning down on the skull. "I gave you a chance at life, you stupid lizard! you spat on the offer and chose your own demise...And here you lay...collecting the fruits of your actions" snarled Rook coldly as he pressed most of his weight down on the Rex's skull, fully intent on crushing the predator's head like a overripe grape...
