lawl. When military forces are taking chunks out of your country the logical solution is to jump on that, not nitpick about something that really has no effect on you at all :P

Iraqis have always hated Kuwait. Ever since they became a country, they've had their eyes on Kuwait as an opening into the Gulf. they've been coming up with ******** reasons to spark trouble with Kuwait since the early 1900s. they once claimed Kuwait belonged to them, in spite of the fact Kuwait pre-dates them by 300 something years.

...I just realized something... I would LOVE to rule my own country... have hundrds of millions of people under my control, going out and taking over other countries... while stoming Iraq into the ground first... then I'd simply invade Kuwait, and set up a snow machine in there, to bring in actual winters...

"going out and taking over other countries"

If I recall correctly, someone else did that once.

I think his name was Hitler.

Hitler tok over countries with violence... I'll take over countries with... MIND CONTROL!

Or... I'd take them over by winning over their trust. I'd take down an enemy of said country, and earn their trust...

And if they didn't because they noticed that's basically what you did with other countries before you conquered them?

And also what if the enemy of that country was too powerful?

ThenI'd simply launch a nuke or two upon said countries... and then I'd hide in a bunker while the entire world became a nuclear mess from the resulting nuclear war... Or I'd hitch the first ride to a colony on the moon...

you would end up bankrupting yourself in a matter of months, and ******* your country over for the next half century. like Japan did.

also, contrary to your apparent belief, not every country reaches the hundred million mark. Kuwait itself only has about 4-5 million people in it, and that's counting foreigners.

If you hit Iraq in it's current state, you'd be condemned as a War Criminal. Would probably end up like Saddam, or Hitler for that matter. You know who the last person who invaded Kuwait was? Iraq. Now look at them. not much left. :P

Kuwait's small, but it's got a lot of allies. You'd be opening a concentrated can of Hell-on-earth if you tried to hit it :P

The US and United Kingdom would be the first. then you have the rest of the GCC [Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, the UAE, Oman, so on and so forth], countries in the Far East, the European Union, so on and so forth.

a snow machine would break down in a matter of hours. Temperatures in excess of 140 degrees make snow an impossibility. plus, you'd have no sufficient source of water to make said snow. the air is really dry here except for when we get drafts from the South East, the Gulf Area. And water is becoming more and more expensive globally.

so yeah. you're out of options :P

Not to mention if a country with a recent history of mass violence would be allowed nukes without any kind of retaliation for other countries. Not that I know anything about running a country I just wouldn't trust gira in charge of one

Yeah,if by the near impossible chance he did manage to go through with this he's acting like no one else would prepare or do anything to respond to him launching nukes. An "entire world" worth I might add

ooooh no, I ain't buying gas from Iraq! I'll go off-shore drilling for oil, and when I get it... hello, Nuclear war, and me hiding in some cave for the rest of my life!

Plus, my country will not go bankrupt! I'll find a way to keep it up! Maybe if there was gold or something in the country...

Ans a Hell-on earth? Like all those countries would be able to go after me once nuclear war started. Then, they'd be protecting themselves from other trigger-happy countries launching nukes all over the place...

In the end, I'd win, and live out the rest of my life either in a cave, or in some lunar colony... :P

a person who would follow your every command without question wouldn't be able to control his own men.

in other words, they don't exist.

cry some moar

Just killed my first major monster in Portable 3rd. It was that bear creature thing. Was surprisingly easy.

Oh, so you have Portable 3rd? nice...

The main issue with the game is... things die WAY too fast in Portable 3rd, and the monsters don't do very much damage to you... Plus, alot of the formerly-tough monsters, like Alatreon and Joe, got nerfed. Infact, I think the only attacks in the game that you actually have to worry about are Akantor's Wind Tunnel and the Amatsu's Hydro Pump attack, from what I've seen...

Do you have the game? Because its probably really hard to tell if you're just basing this off videos.
