Stimeak growled plainly "Thank you, emperor...." He ate just one of the fish, not feeling very hungry. He glanced around, feeling uneasy about his gem. He was sure at least one of them could sense it. And he had no training in psychic magic, he wouldnt be able to conseal it or protect his thoughts from a determained attacker. That didn't mean he had no resistence, just the prospect of his mind so easily accessible at this time wasnt a nice one. The sooner everyone started talking the better.

Inferno had quickly used heat to soften the shell of a massive Rock Lobster, finally eating it whole. it was probably the most filling fish he had ever eaten, and after eating it, he waited for Balmeer to finish with a large fish with pinkish orange flesh, while Morian manipulated a squid into a round easily eaten ball, consuming it in one bite, but feeding her completely. after the meal was over, the Dragon Emperors collected to sort out their actual business. "Now, Inferno, to make sure you know exactly what's going on, i'll fill you in on the latest details. Now, through the information from our agents within the Industrialist and Demonic Empires, we have gathered the following: The Industrialists have taken an area North West of their Capital back from the Demons, and have recently developed especially powerful weaponry against them. the Swamps south West of the City of Racayen, which stands west of their Capital, have been taken from the Orcs, who are now being used as slaves and warriors. they have organised a deal with them that those who serve for more than 5 years are given all the rights of an Industrialist. The Demons have been working on assembling The Great Gate in the Angorian Desert. we've attempted to send raids, but all but the most powerful attacks have had any level of success. If the Gate is assembled, it'll give Beliar access into this world, and then, our war will become nearly impossible to win. one of Beliar's strongest Generals, Skarrbor, wil undoubtedly be accompany him. his hordes of monsters are legendary. they were the cause of the fall of the Warrior Nation beyond the Northern Mountains. it was by the power of King Delmorssa that they were defeated. now, in these times, it's up to us to make sure that they cannot wipe out another race. not even one. We have gathered information that the Dwarves are mining a new kind of metal they call Adamantium. they say it is tougher than Mithril, lighter, and capable of taking even the most powerful hits without much damage being done. this metal would be envaluable when fighting the Demons' powerful Balrogs and Hell Guards. Unfortunately, the condition to sharing this resource is that we don't hand it to the Green Dragons. so, Emperor Rutus, if i may be so bold as to say, I'm afraid that means that for the safety of the Dragons under your command, it'd be best that they don't partisipate in major assaults of Demonic control centers. The Elves are working on an alliance with the Mages to help open up eachother's Magic so that they can use the best of both to help develop more powerful spells to fight the Demons. Any questions or suggestions regarding what to do next? anyone?". Inferno growled "Well, first of all, what military movements were being planned against the Demons, or Industrialists?". Balmeer looked at the others and growled "Well, For starts, we're concentrating on the Industrialists as they are weaker and would serve as good battle practice for when we take on the Demons. Secondly, so you know, we're currently fighting a losing battle against both factions because we're too spread out. we also have a large number of problems internally, mainly wars with various factions not just against us, but against eachother. to be able to truly wipe out the Demons and Industrialists, we'll need to unite. however, all attempts at creating alliances so far have failed, since both sides in most attempts hate eachother too much to agree to anything that might help the other. now, as far as military movements go, i have personally been preparing an assault from the sea at the Industrialist Capital, which the Dwarves' new armour may be especially handy for. the Demonic Fleet is also at the mercy of our water magic, though we still have the Leviathans to deal with". Morian said "I have been planning to send a Spy into one of the Industrialist's major cities. i intend for her to get close to the Governor in charge of that City, and capture him through her. then, we'll have access to the Industrialist's most secret plans as long as it isn't discovered that he is within our control". Rutus looked around at the Dragons, and finally growled "We intend to send in a few mages which we have granted special Earth Magic artifacts, into the Industrialist towns to place the artifacts in the gardens there. the artifacts will grant me the power to make the trees and plants in those cities drain everything from the ground, killing off crops and their food supplies, and making the trees almost as hard as steel, making them nearly impregnable to blades. they'd need cannons just to cut down a single tree. it would cripple their industry. i also intend to use the artifacts to give me the power to make mines cave in, cutting off their supplies of ore and therefore, their source of blades and ammunition for their cannons". Inferno nodded. "And what about you, Emperor Drionach? what do you intend to do?"...
"Ah yes, organised chaos. the sign of a clever but ever-busy mind. To the perpetrator, a carefully woven web of belongings and intrigue, but to the bystander? Madness!"

Drionach smiled and growled with a sense of pride "Snow them in. Heavy fog and snow, killing crops, blocking roads freezing wells. We intend on moving these storms in, consintrated on a single city at a time. our best magic users will be combineing their effords from as close as they can get." Truth be told, he was reluctant to devote to much dragons to the task as the Greens could take advantage of the lack of forces at home. And it would limit his ability to strike at them if the need arised

Inferno nodded. Balmeer growled "Why the interest in those particular movements, Inferno?". Inferno grinned, and growled "Well, looking at it from an outsider's point of view, i can see a way that could seriously damage them. firstly, i say that we organise a full scale attack on the Industrialist Cities, and wipe them out one by one, in a concentrated, varied force. from what i've heard, their cities are made of fairly burnable materials, giving me and my flight the ability to cause immense damage. if, for example, Emperor Balmeer were to attack by sea, Rutus by land and me by air, with Morian and her flight using Illusions to confuse the Industrialist forces into thinking there are more of us than there seems to be, we would be able to easily crush their forces. Morian, would you be capable of making Rutus and his followers seem to be invisible?". The Purple Dragon leisurely waved a clawed hand a Rutus, making him disappear before their eyes. "Does that answer your question?". Inferno nodded, still taking in the surprise. in the time Rutus was invisible, he couldn't even smell him. He growled "Well, it'll be handy seeing as we won't be able to supply Rutus with the powerful armour the Dwarves are making. the next best thing is for them to not know where he is. if Drionach and Rutus work on crushing their trade and industry, Morian focuses on taking control of the Heads of Power within the Cities, and Balmeer and myself specialise on the main attack force, later being backed up by damage by the Green and Silver Dragon Flights AS WELL AS the Purple Dragons' abilities at mentally weakening the opponents, spreading fear and panic into their ranks, we'd more than likely be able to quickly wipe out their cities one at a time, speeding up the final victory against them". Balmeer nodded slowly, impressed by the Red Dragon's plan. "Gooood goood. Not a bad idea at all, Inferno. not a bad start. still, what of the Anti-Air defences like the Ballistas and Cannons?". Inferno growled "That's where the Purple Dragons' illusions come in. if it looks like there are twice as many of us as there truly are, there's more chance of them hitting a fake Dragon than a real one. Also, the few times i have seen a Cannon or Ballista, they were slow, cumbersome weapons. meaning that Dragons flying at full speed would be nearly invincible against them". Balmeer nodded, satisfied with the plan. he looked around at the other Emperors, at Rutus, who nodded, then Morian, who followed the same Gesture, finally landing his gaze on Drionach...

Drionach nodded and was about to complement Inferno when Stimeak growled loudly, having been quiet up till now. "I don't know much of the important details of this conflict... but in my eyes, the only reason the demons dont slaughter us all, which they have the power to do, is because they are pouring the main of their forces onto the industrialists. If the Industrialists are wiped out by US.... Then the demons would massacre us all before we get a chance to recover." He kept his gaze locked on Inferno, occasionaly glanceing at the others but never Drionach

Setrinus blinked and perked up at all of this talk about the demons and industrialists. "Wow, there are many things going on," She whispered to herself and shifted slightly, feeling a little uncomfortable standing around.

Rutus growled "Well, keep in mind that with every battle our forces would become more experienced in fighting". Inferno joined in, growling "and before we've dealt a significant blow, we'll need to have some way of seeing what their plans are. what we'll need is a former worshipper of Demonic Gods. one that would know how to behave among the Demons. and one whose skilled in fighting. in fact, it'd be best to have a number of them in various places. small groups within their ranks". he then looked at Morian, being the one who was said to be specialised in this sort of thing. after a few minutes of hesitation, she growled "I think i may be able to gather a few of the Mages to fill in the gap. i have some Purple Dragons who would also fit the bill. I'll look into it". Balmeer growled "Stimeak has a point. Either way, to be capable in combat, we'd need to be much more powerful than we are now. which is why we must bring the other races together, to unite them under a single banner, and march together against the Demons"...

Stimeak shrugged, not to pushed about what course of action they took. Unless Inferno directly requested his help, and desperately needed it, he wouldnt be involved. Neither the less, he was intrested in the conversation and decided to hang back and listen in some more. 300 years ago, with his freinds, he would want to be in the middle of things. but now he perfered to hang back

"Now, onto another topic that, as could probably imagine, is causing a large amount of discomfort among the Dragon Flights. the problems between the Green and Silver Dragons. Would you care to share your opinion on it, Drionach?" growled Balmeer, deciding the military topic had been settled...

Drionach snorted loudly and growled "We all know the Greens won't come to an agreement with anything so why even bother trying?" Stimeak stayed quiet, he didnt like the greens way of life either, but this wasnt his argument.

Garroth continued to stay in complete silence. He went over lessons he learned and mastered through his training such as basic combat and magic combat including learning how to control his acid fire and when spewing fireballs where to aim. Also he learnt how to spew acid fireballs upward so that they could come down like mortars if having to hit an enemy at such a huge distance if necessary but only if it were for an ambush and they were fighting foes during a war, they could send Acid fire over hillsides and take out over a quarter of an army depending on the size of the army and the acid would spread from one enemy to the next like wildfire and kill them quickly. With small enemies it would kill swiftly and painfully but if they were to face enemies that were of enormous size then they would have to resort to using magic instead of mortaring the enemy or just their primary flame attacks and so forth. Garroth went on memorizing the tips to survival and how to use an environment to his advantage if necessary depending on the playing field where the battle was taking place. He needed right now to have patience that's exactly what he was going to do, just sit and wait...

Rutus snarled "You'd be wise to hold your tongue, Drionach. being an Emperor doesn't protect you from repercussions. especially not one from another Emp-". a powerful screeching roar echoed through the cave, silencing them. eyes turned to the source. Balmeer was watching both Dragons angrily. "SILENCE YOU FOOLS! We're Emperors! Figureheads and leaders to our kind! and you two bicker like mere Hatchlings over a scrap of meat! What kind of leaders are you?!" he snarled, looking at both Emperors. "Now, We need to end this quarrel. we need to UNITE! not seperate! that's what made the Industrialists and Demons so mighty! our divided state is what's weakened us! we need to stand together, and fight them off together! and we cannot achieve that goal without complete and total harmony and synchronization in our operations! United, we can annihilate them. Divided, we are crushed by their power!". after a moment of silence, Morian stepped in. "For now, we'll leave that subject to rest. we'll go with Inferno's plan of action, as it more or less works to our favour and no other plan we've suggested thus far has had as much potential of destroying the Industrialists. we'll have to attack slowly, use their forces' increasing power as they recover from our attacks, to fuel our own forces' power, so that when the eventual and inevitable fight with the Demons arrises, we'll be capable of at least hurting them". Balmeer, Rutus and Inferno nodded to the Purple Dragon's words, and eyes once again fell on Drionach...

Neltharion was glancing around the cave, utterly bored with the dragons around him. He turned around, deciding to explore the cave, finding nothing else better to do. Neltharion sighed heavily, frustrated with the lack of interest going on. You'd think a cave full of dragons would be interesting... he groaned, continueing to walk around. Neltharion turned his head, seeing a blue dragon not far from the other dragons. he tilted his head slightly, walking up to the dragon. Erm...Hi... he growled curiously, not knowing what the dragon was doing here...

Drionach merely nodded not wanting to continue the subject of Green dragons any longer.

Stimeak settled down on the ground laying his head down. Immensly bored by the proceedings. He could remember the councel of Storms now... All the eldar dragons droneing on about a bunch of elves or a an argument over a territory. His eye lids suddenly felt like iron just by thinking about these memories. Remembing how Drionach seemed to be completely engrossed while Stimeak made ice sculptures behind his back. Suddenly he snaped back to reality and raised his head with a blank look on his face, appearing intrested, but half asleep inside.

Setrinus jumped a step or two back when the black dragon came over to her. She tilted her head, a confused and worried look on her face. "Uh...hi," she replied back quietly and crouched low behind the rock, hoping that the other dragons weren't turning this way. "Erm...what are you doing here? Shouldn't you be heading back to listen to the meeting?"

Ugh... Neltharion groaned, not wanting to listen to the dragons any more. Uh...no...it doesn't matter if I don't listen... he growled, grinning, still confused as to why this dragon was here. What are you doing here? Neltharion growled, tilting his head slightly.

The blue dragon blinked. "Well I...er, got curious and wanted to see what was going on," Setrinus growled softly. "Just don't tell them that I am here, got it? Anyway, the talk to me seems pretty interesting..." She trailed off, not really knowing what else to say to the black dragon.

...Trust me...Its not even remotely interesting... Neltharion growled, rolling his eyes. He turned back around, walking a few feet. Well, goodbye... Neltharion growled, walking slowly back to where Stimeak stood, cringing at the thought of sitting there for any longer...

Stimeak glanced down at Neltharion, seeing the Blacks expression. He nudged him slightly and then started backing away from the meeting very slowly. He had stayed outside the circle to begin with so his move wouldn't be noticable at first.

Setrinus tilted her head to the side. "Ok...goodbye then..." She did not bother to follow the dragon, but poked her head out from behind the rock to watch the other dragons and their actions carefully. He's...um...ok then, she thought and shrugged.
