Neltharion listened intently, the meeting more interesting then the last. He occasionally glanced at Stimeak, turning back immediatly to continue watching. The absense of another of his kind, the black dragons, disheartened him, a reminder that he was one of the last of his kind. Neltharion continued to listen, his interest in the meeting continueing to grow...

Setrinus yawned, getting bored with waiting for Farthatos' return with the fish and turned to head back into the cave, sighing, not expecting his return.

There was a flap of wings and a thud as the male dragon landed, his tired eyes scanning around for Setrinus. He frowned and set the fish down on the ground. Where did she go? Did he upset her? He lowered his head and called out to her, hoping that she would come out of hiding and accept the fish. "I am sorry for taking so long, Setrinus, but I have the fish you requested." He waited patiently.

Setrinus walked out of the cave, surprise evident in her eyes. She didn't expect him to return. "Oh, um thank you," she said quietly and stared at the fish.

"You're welcome, now...how do you heat it up? I want to see" It was clear that Farthatos was eager to see Setrinus perform some fire magic.

"Well, Inferno said that if I will it to do something, then it will," Setrinus growled, staring at her bracelet for some time, then back at the fish. She carefully pointed her bracelet at the fish and thought about heating the food up. Her eyes were focused on the fish. Heat it up, she thought, and finally, a beam of fire came out of the bracelet and encircled itself around the fish. In no time, the fish was heated, and Setrinus was done. The female blue dragon smiled and looked up at Farthatos, whos eyes were as wide as saucers.

"Wow...just...did you see that? Woah, that was magnificient," the male blue dragon said in wonder as he watched what Setrinus had done. "I bet you are the only Blue Dragon who could do that."

"I guess so, but that is only because of the bracelet," Setrinus replied and pushed the fish with her snout toward Farthatos. "Try it."

Farthatos sniffed the piece of meat before taking a small bite out of it. He made a pleased sound at the taste and swallowed. "That is scrumptious," he remarked and continued eating.

Setrinus smiled and laid down. "I'm pleased that you like it."

Stimeak watched on as Chronos was forced to leave. Dispite his dislike for the dragon, he thought it was un-fair. He kept quiet as they continued to disscuss things. Stimeak was more intrested in who was atending the meeting rather than the meeting himself. His gaze fell on the white emperor. He twitched slightly but covered up the movement by scratching his snout. His eyes were fixed with pure hatred on the white dragon, barely resisting the urge to leap across the cavern and rip to shreds with his claws. In all the world, he couldn't think of anything he hated more than the White royal familiy. He hated them even more than he hated Drionachs mother.

"Am i to consider this meeting over?" growled Inferno following the silence. "I suppose so. However, i think it might be a wise decision to have someone spy on Chronos' second in Command, Anachrium. we need to make sure a repeat of this apparent power plot doesn't happen" growled Rutus finally. he had trouble believing it was Chronos. hell, everyone did. the elderly dragon had been the one who taught half of the ones present some of the basic types of magic, and not once had he shown a power hungry side. but... everyone was capable of such an act...all it took was appropriate temptation. it seemed their old friend and mentor had been finally overcome by temptation. "the week before the assault, we should meet again. any suggestions as to where to meet?" growled Balmeer. "Perhaps we should meet in the Mystic Caverns. my home in the moutains south of the black swamp. the reputation that swamp has would keep most intruders at bay" growled Empress Morian. Inferno nodded slowly as he thought it through, deciding it was probably a good place to hold the meeting. he waited for the others to make up their minds on the matter...

Drionach nodded and growled "Seems like a good plan"

Stimeak stayed silent, but was slightly distressed about the idea of going anywhere near Morians home. Still, he could simply not go. He was still against the idea of attacking the industrialists but it wasn't his place to speak out. He felt a small tingle by his chest where his gem hung, disguised in ice as an ordinary peice of jewelery. He could already see a change in Inferno. During the meetings and around the otehr emperors he was formal and serious, while at other times he seemed normal enough. Well, normal in Stimeaks eyes, which was the oppoiste of Drionachs idea of normal.

"So it's settled" growled Vitae. the majority liking the suggestion, it was decided. "We meet at the Mystic Caverns next month. Now, i suggest we return to our own realms and rest, and prepare. because the next few months after we begin this campaign may well be among the most difficult we've faced during the times of war that we have experienced" growled Vitae, the oldest Dragon present. the others nodded to eachother, and as the Phoenixes that were flying around the room flew into eachother, letting off a slight flash, the meeting was concluded. the flameso n the collumns went out, leaving the room illuminated by the gems alone, though it was more than adequate lighting. Inferno led the Dragon Emperors to the entrance, and watched as, one by one, the massive Dragons took flight and left...

Garroth roared before shooting an acid flame at the rock. The enormous pillar exploded with bits of rock falling everywhere. Garroth looked certainly different. He was larger, perhaps at least a few centimetres or more longer. His scales had grown longer and sharper. His horns were longer as well along with his fangs slightly more curved. Along his face was markings of his age that he was almost an adult. Other signs of his aging were starting to show. But all the same he was still Garroth as he always was before he even finished his training. Those who had finished training were free to practice on their own unless assigned for a mission by Rutus or someone of high rank. Garroth turned to face the next pillar adjacent to the one crumbled and prepared to attack the rock...

Stimeak went to the exit with the rest but didnt leave yet. He growled to Inferno "We won't be going to the next meeting by the way. Other than that how is life treating you?" He shifted uncomfortably in the warm cave. He didn't mind too much, but then again, he would perfer to be surrounded by ice.

Inferno grinned. "Well, apart from the planning i've been doing with all this political trouble, life's been good. i've learned most of the most powerful Fire spells known, and my knowledge and ability to use them is apparently reaching limits that rival Mortus' power back when he was alive. other than that, i've been doing a bit of exploring in my rather enormous new home, and im still not done looking through it. as you could probably see, the Dwarves did quite a good job on the decoration when they made this. gems for every one of the Flights, all of them enchanted so that they seem to pulse with energy. What's more, the mine they got them from is apparently within this very mountain. i came across what looked like the entrance to a mine. if i happen to find anything, perhaps, you'd like to add something to your collection? maybe something to make that gem look less...conspicuous?" growled the red dragon...

Stimeak laughed and looked out across the sky. He growled with a longing expression on his face "Ahhhhh Gems, Gold, Saphhires andTressure in general! The one thing we all want, but do not need. As tempting as your offer sounds, I dont steal from within my freinds lands. But I pity you Inferno... While you have been worrieing about politics Neltharion and I have been sweeping the mountains swating some annoying harpies. But I suppose this home kind've makes up for it... Nice place..." He grinned at Inferno and looked back out across the clouds which were looking suprisingly dramatic.

Inferno grinned. "And why would you consider it stealing if i give it to you as a gift?" he growled. after what Stimeak said regarding politics, he growled "Ah, but i don't worry about politics. it looks like a major thing that takes up loads of time and trouble. but if you know how to deal with it, your life is as free as all the other dragons, and a bit more interesting, what with the plans involved and the ability to make major changes that others would wish they could make. the other day i was tracking an Industrialist caravan because i had nothing better to do. made sure i taught them a lesson they'd never forget. indeed...this home is quite a nice place to live. apparently it was planned to be my home for longer than i expected. apparently no other dragon has been allowed entry into this place. me and Fieras are among the first. as for those harpies, did you manage to solve the problem?"...

Stimeak nodded and hissed "Well there are still a large amount of them at large. But by now its more sport than anything. They are too stubburon to leave, so we are enjoying it while it lasts. It also helps that I have a harpy on my side. She knows where her old clan hides and when she doesnt know she makes good geusses." Then Stimeak thought for a second and growled, raising one spike like brow. "Stealing? you own the gems in that mine? wow... Any gem of mine has been pillferred from either dwarves goblins elves or even other dragons. For example, Drionach, the silver emperor. I happen to have in my possession some of his mothers most prized artifacts." He gave a soft laugh and turned back to the clouds. he waved a glowing hand and suddenly the ice around his gem shattered, revealing it seeing as there was no reason to hide it any longer.

Inferno grunted, and decided to amuse himself by doing another one of those bracelets as a gift to Neltharion, seeing as he seemed to enjoy that fake flame that was on his tail last time he as there. pointing a glowing black and yellow claw at the ledge below him, a thin beam of pure fiery energy shot into the rock, melting the area directly below it, while keeping what surrounded it completely solid, his mastery over tempreture allowing him to control where the heat reached. "Well, after a war during which the Red Dragons had saved the Dwarves from being wiped out, they decided to show us their gratitude by giving us one of the largest mines within their kingdom to us, after turning it into an ideal home for the Emperor. and so it's been kept for the future emperor, namely me. Mortus was never one to live in places like that. he preffered the extremely hot, dry, pure black walls of his cave in the volcanoes to the north" he growled. by now, he had formed a thin bar of crystal clear gemstone and was shaping it into a bracelet, finally pointing a single claw at a large lump in the bar, a thin blue beam of energy zapping onto it, the energy filling the center of the bracelet and leaving a red Dragon-head logo on it. he looked at Neltharion and growled "This, Neltharion, is yours. with it, you'll be able to amplify your skills with Fire magic. the better you are, the better you'll do while wearing it. nobody can take it off of you unless you truly want them to, nobody else can use it. if anyone among the dragons sees you as an enemy, red dragons in particular, show them the Dragon Head on it. if you will it to do something, it'll do it. just point it at the target of your choice, and think of what you want to do with it, and the rest will be done by the bracelet. once you learn how to use fire magic, it'll become more powerful". he handed the bracelet to the young Dragon, and then stretched his clawed hand out, loosening them after the moments of stillness he had to have while making sure the bracelet was shaped properly...

Neltharion took the bracelet, exaimining it. With the amount of ice at the spire, the object, if it could do what Inferno said, would offer alot of amusement. Neltharion glanced up at Inferno, bowing his head in thanks to the red dragon, once again toying with the bracelet...

Stimeak glanced at the bracelet wit h a hint of jealousy and snorted. He hissed "That was quick... It used to take Dr- my brother and I nearly a month to finish any jewelery. And even then we didn't know how to give it any magical abilities... So this... Home... was meant for you since you were a hatchling? Wow...." Stimeak was well and truely shocked at this, seeing as he had never expeirianced such luxeries in his up-bringing.

Inferno growled "Not meant for me since birth. it was meant for whatever future emperor Red that saw it as a fitting home. me and Fieras decided to take it, seeing as the Reds had high hopes for me to become Emperor, and that it was apparently vacant, it seemed like the perfect place. so after suggesting it to Mortus, it was granted to me as a home once i truly reached adulthood and had learned what i needed to know". the Red Dragon watched the sun in the distance, low on the horizon, the rich dark orange colour of it warming despite the position. Inferno waved a hand at Neltharion, whose tail lit up with blue flames on the tip. he was in the mood for entertainment, and Neltharion was always a funny sight when unusual things happened to him...

Neltharion glanced at his tail, seeing the blue flames on the tip, the black dragon jumping slightly in surprise, slowly regaining his balance. He glanced from Inferno to his tail, finally grinning, touching the flame curiously. Neltharion continued to eye the flame, almost dropping the bracelet, turning back in time to reclaim the object. He turned back to his tail, continueing to watch, occasionally glancing at Inferno and Stimeak.

Stimeak nodded and growled calmly "ah... When I first saw you at the Spire you didn't really strike me as royalty. I geuss not everything is as it seems." Stimeak was casually playing around with the clouds, explaining their odd shapes. Occsionally he would pull a cloud this way or that, just to see what was behind it.

Inferno's grin broadened slightly, as he idly scraped a razor sharp talon against the rock of the ledge, his claw cleaving into the hard stone as if it were made of silk. "Well, throughout my life I've tried to free myself from social standards. I still keep in mind the social etiquette, though that's just to show mutual respect. If I'm shown none, I give none. So you may find that I speak to any and all others as equals. I don't hold them below me, nor do I consider them any better than myself. indeed...it has caused a number of surprised stares in the past, and even some who saw my behaviour as unacceptable...but they aren't anything to worry about". He scratched his index claw on his left hand with his thumb claw, scraping the residue of rock that had made it's way into the small grooves in the massive black talons...

Stimeak snorted and hissed with a slight laugh "Social etiquette, I think you have already geussed my standing on that... So why did Mortus choose you? was your family close to him or something?"
