"Keep an eye on the Maricans. if they leave, we go in to investigate...i have a feeling there's more than just Koult troops on board" said Aragren. "Oh, so we're going to investigate a potentially dangerous craft on a planet that has intelligent, potentially aggressive life, just because you have a 'feeling' that something interesting is on board?" said Kage. "Simply put, yes" responded Aragren as he stood over the balconey of the Captain's deck, a slight incline about 4 steps high off the main deck of the Control room, in the middle of which was the Captain's control panel and seat, along with a table with a 3d projection of the blue planet, along with yellow dots on the points where large concentrations of life were found, most likely cities, small red dots in the center of the yellow dots marking that there was radio activity, hinting towards intelligent life. Kage walked up to Aragren, a vein on his forehead pulsing with sudden anger. "Listen. i dunno who authorised a kid like you to be in a position like this with the Captain, but you have another thing coming to you if you think you'll ignore my orders and replace them with your own-" started the bald bounty hunter before abruptly stopping. he was suddenly dangling from Aragren's hand, the shorter man holding him in the air as if he was weightless, his hnd wrapped around the larger, more muscular man's neck. "I have authorisation from King Aleron to oversee the actions aboard this vessel and during the voyage. also, i know what i'm talking about when i say there's something odd with that ship. call it intuition, call it what you will, there's something on board that ship. i think we understand eachother now?". Kage nodded, his face taking on an odd purple tone from lack of air. "Good" said Aragren as he let go, Kage dropping to his feet and holding onto his neck, coughing. "Monitor the Maricans closely. activate a tracking drone to make sure we don't get any nasty surprises. if these guys turn out being hostile this may just turn out to be a trap" he said. the captain nodded, and hit a buton on the control panel. a small part of the nose of the Frigate slided upwards slightly, a tiny tube revealed, a small, multi-limbed machine being released, it's mechanical tentacle-like limbs moving around and swirling as a small jet in the base of the tentacles activated full thrust, the mouse-sized machine shooting towards the Marican ship, cloaking devices activated as it hovered to a stop near the hull, and used it's tentacle-like limbs to latch onto the hull silently, pulling itself tightly against the machine's hull and deactivating all systems apart from the small beacon aimed away from the Marican craft, directed at the Vardian Galactic Frigate, informing them of the ship's location...
"Ah yes, organised chaos. the sign of a clever but ever-busy mind. To the perpetrator, a carefully woven web of belongings and intrigue, but to the bystander? Madness!"
