The Engines of the Endeavour started whirring as Jarmun started the various systems needed for space travel. a warning siren outside on the dock warned people to back away, as massive blast panels emerged from the area around the back of the Craft, the anti-gravity pads on the bottom of the craft keeping it from touching the ground as the vehicle began to move forward, the doors closing with it's crew on board, the vehicle quickly reaching flight speeds, the flaps of the numerous small wings alongside the craft retracting as Jarmun pulled up, the craft shooting upwards into the sky, moving at just above the speed of sound, the anti-G field within the craft making the movements unfelt by the crew, which, when added to the gravity generators, kept the crew on the ground, comfortable. as the craft left the Atmosphere, Jarmun said "And we're off!". Serephir walked up behind him, saying "Good job. now, we're out of the atmosphere. the most difficult part of the whole process is over. you go settle in". Jarmun looked at him and said "What about the Craft? won't it veer off course?". Serephir grinned. "Computer! Activate Autopilot" he said. "Acknowledged, Commander Serephir. Autpilot activating now" responded a feminine voice. "Now she won't" he said with a grin. Jarmun sighed, grinning as he got up and walked over to his brother, talking to him in their native tongue, the two then walking off to get their rooms. "What about you, Arqueek? Why don't you go find yourself a room?" he said as he walked over to the Skaven, putting his hand on his shoulder...
The VAMCEB officers were busy settling in, with Blaze setting up his own little console in his personal room to pass the time with amusement. a small box with the title "Giants of War" written on it, with a large space craft of a dagger-like shape, closely resembling images of the fabled Star Destroyers of the Galactic Empire, drifting in the foreground towards the camera, the title above it surrounded by various smaller craft attacking it, being blown apart by the massive craft, the electronic cover giving off an attractive, gripping scene as craft dove in, looped around the massive Destroyer and fired at it, before being blown to smithereens by a laser from the Destroyer. "I've been waiting to play this....finally a break to try it out" he said as he placed it in a small sphere through a slit in one end of it. suddenly a projector lense popped up from the sphere, an extremely clear, realistic, 3D image showing the intro of the game. "The hell're you doing?" said Xander, who had just finished setting up his room. "Playin' a game. what does it look like?!" responded Blaze in between gawks at the game as various craft were blown to smithereens by the Destroyer in the intro. "Oh come on. scrap that and let's go to the Recreation Room. I'll show you some REAL classic games" said Xander. "You don't know me Xander. i'll rip you apart in any classic game you ask me to" said Blaze in a mock threat. "Alright then, tough guy. back up your words and get off your *** and come on!" said Xander as he crossed his arms. "You know what? fine. bring it on" said Blaze as he pressed a button on the sphere, the 3D Projector closing and the console shutting down. the two made their way to the Recreation room. This guy's gonna se his pride blown to hell when we bowl thought Xander as he walked down the corridor, then to the right after heading towards the front of the ship, walking down a small staircase and entering the recreation room...
"Ah yes, organised chaos. the sign of a clever but ever-busy mind. To the perpetrator, a carefully woven web of belongings and intrigue, but to the bystander? Madness!"
