The Tyrant made a high-pitched scream, before a green fireball erupted from its maw, absorbing the gunshot and slamming into the soldier...

OOC: The gun is built into his forearm and covered in the same armour as the rest of the suit...

The soilder was thrown back, landing onto the ground, digging a trench as he slid along the ground...

More gunshots echoed from around as more soilders closed in on the creature, bullets hammering into its muscles and by its head, trying to disable it... One of them fell into a crouch, fireing a grenade at the tyranid, the device explodeing off its shell...

OOC: Edited.

The Tyrant bellowed and shook itself angrily, showering a rain of acidic blood over the soldiers that had appeared. It spun in all directions, throwing off Bio-Plasma bolts and Venom Cannon blasts at the surrounding soldiers, mowing down any that didn't dodge its deadly bio-weaponry.

OOC: It was fun while it lasted, I enjoyed the chase, but now I tire of this things life.

Another blue pulse tore out of the sky... the thin beam strikeing the creatures back, penetrateing through it and causeing the creatures chest to explode, blood and entrails bursting out the bullet holes like a barrel which had been shot. The creature fell to the ground, completely hollowed out of all its organs..... the lead soilder, who was still mere feet away from it, his suit a mixture of black suit from the ion beam and blood from the Tyrant, shouted across the com "Good GOD this is bloody DISGUSTING! get some fricken droids in here NOW.... holy CRAP!"

OOC: And now I can finally have Arqueek go back to his normal self.

Arqueek, boredly staring at himself in the mirror, seemed to suddenly come too. "Yes! No more pain in the head!" He ran out of the restroom and called to the robot from before, "Waiter, get me the strongest you got!" He trotted to his seat and sat down, putting his hands behind his head. "Life is good..." he muttered.

"DAMMIT GIVE ME ANOTHER ONE!!" Akiba screamed, shaking the robotic bartender, almost vibrating in place, about 10 cans of soda around his seat. He made no move to stop his movement, almost falling off of the chair many times, glancing around, his face stuck in a permanent grin. "Does anyone else feel cold?!" he said, hugging himself as a gesture of warming himself, still looking around frantically...

Blaze nudged Serephir, saying "Hey Serephir...seems someone's high on caffeine" as he jerked a thumb in Akiba's direction. Serephir chuckled, saying "Can you blame him? after a random attack as intense as that, he's probably paranoid". he felt a significant weight had been lifted off his soldiers, deciding it was probably just the last of the creatures being eliminated after seeing Arqueek turn up in a much better mood. "Well, i guess we should go pick up a few Calculators when we're done" he said finally, in response to Thara's explanation...

As Imperial Space Forces did their orders and continued on, destroying spores and making preperations for bombings..

The Field General was under pressure, he had to somehow hold the base but now they were ready..the fortess walls armed heavily with defenses with a powerful shield covering them. But they had another weapon, one weapon that hasnt been used in this war at all, attempts but no sucessful combat.

The Field General walked on over, deep inside the base as he stared at the stored weapons..just a simple click on the button and they would be used. As for their foes who would go underground, this would prove difficult..but they had orders.

There was no surrendering and if they fled, Revan most likely would have his head anyway..

The last of the spore were being shot down as the numbers grew thin with only a small percentage succesfully reaching the planet. Even so of the many hundreds that came the small percentage was still wuiet a bit to deal with. as all had burrowed deep under ground to construct a hive.

"Now..send out remaning groups of TIE Bombers and all weapons have a green light" Revan stated as the Grand Admiral nodded as he looked at the Imperial worksman at the bottom from his elevated poistion.

"You heard him.." Piett said as they nodded.

Back at the surface while the Imperial Base awaited for its foes..TIE Bombers already in the surface were dropping highly explosive Proton Bombers which exploded with devasting force while Gravity bombs were also used which heavily disrupped the configuration of the ground causing mini earthquakes causing tunnels to collapse along with places all around the underground hive.

Revan looked on from the Annihilator..to use Base Delta Zero again, reducing the planet's surface to molten slag was just another waste of planet and time and effort..The Armada held strong but every time, their ground forces were just picked off.

"Hey man...are you guys like...hiring? Cause I kinda need a job...or a hobby...Something." Akiba said quickly, swinging the chair around to face Serephir and his companions. It was a serious question, despite him being on a caffeine high, noticing all of the...unique...members Serephir had as a crew. It wasn't just made up of one species...

"Sure. we have room for one more" Said Serephir with a grin as he got up. he nodded to the droid and said "Charge this" he said as he handed the droid the card he got from the other at the dock. the droid's arm opened up and it swiped the card along a card reader built into it, before handing it back. "Have a nice day, sir!" came the droid's mechanical voice, repeating it as the others walked by, until it finally came to Thara, who simply said "Oh, get a life" and knocked it in it's mechanical face. Blaze chuckled at the comment. "Dude you need to chill out" he said, Thara looking at him and saying "Eh. sometimes if you want to feel like you're in a bar you need to act like you're in a bar. that's how you act when you're in a bar". Blaze chuckled. "I hear ya. this isn't anything like it is back on Vardia either, as you may have noticed". Serephir put a hand on Akiba's shoulder and said "So how long do you need to spend before you can come aboard?"

General Grievous, having left Tranodhsa in command of his troops to go check out the native Marican planets, walked into the bar, nearly knocking the robot waiter over. He grunted, walking up to the bar with two Trandoshan mercs flanking him. As much as he hated being in such a low-brow place, his guards had been craving some drinks, and he no choice but to follow them. Couldn't take the risk of them doing something stupid. He gave Serephir and the others in his group a passing, hostile glance, before leaning against a wall while his two Trandoshan allies went up to the bar themselves. Grievous crossed his arms, tapping his taloned foot on the ground. Arqueek whispered to Blaze, "Who the hell is that?"

Serephir eyed the cyborg as he walked in, returning the glance impassively. Blaze shrugged as the group stood near the entrance. "What the hell's his problem?" said Blaze a little too loudly, hearable by the Cyborg...

Grievous abruptly stopped his tapping and turned his yellow gaze on Blaze. "What was that?" he rasped coolly.

"What the hell's your problem?" repeated Blaze, Serephir currently ignoring the situation as he spoke with Akiba, waiting for his estimate. "Never seen a droid with such a bad temper before" Blaze added obliviously...

Before Blaze knew it, he was wrenched into the air, neck in Grievous' grasp and dangling off the floor, at the General's eye level. "I... am... not... a DROID!" He spun around, slamming Blaze against the wall. "Give me one reason why I shouldn't kill you right now?" His mercs simply watched from their seats.

"Move the fleet..have the Annihilator and 50 others. Were going deeper into space, find out where those creatures live, burn their worlds from long range, if needed we'll fall back and return with full force" Revan stated as he glanced back towards The Grand Admiral.

"As for the bombers? they are still continuing on bombing runs. Ground Forces are still prepared for incoming attacks. Orders on them?" Piett asked.

"Keep the remainder of the fleet and have them prepared to unleash fighters and aid if needed. Admiral Kaine should arrive to keep sectors two and three in control. I want the new Star Dreadnought ready as reinforcements. They will help greatly.." Revan responded.

As orders were giving out, The massive 30 mile Executor Class Star Dreadnought, Annihilator along with 50 other Class II Imperial Star Destroyers moved as its escorts, intended on leaving known space and moving on into wild space to see where those Tyranids came from..

Blaze looked right and left, fear on his face as he wondered what had happened. A blade came down between Blaze's and Grievous' faces, a black blade with a red edge on both inner and outer edges. it stopped at eye level with both of them, and was turned so it's outer edge was facing Grievous' face. "Because if you do, you get killed as well...as compensation for the loss of one of my crew..." came Serephir's voice coolly...

Grievous' gaze flicked to the blade, then back at Blaze, before simply letting go, letting him fall to the floor. Pushing the blade aside, Grievous turned to face Serephir. "You are fortunate that I am too busy to kill you and your entire crew right here and now. Both of you, we're leaving!" He barked the last sentence at his mercs, who swiftly stood up, drinks in claw, and walked out of the bar. Grievous looked at Serephir again. "Just remember that I, General Grievous, have spared your miserable life this time." he turned away and walked out of the bar.
