Nyx went up to the entrance of the room and dropped her own switch blade in a bowl. "No weapons allowed in here," she explained to Dreig and pushed through the beaded curtains. "And we might need to hurry," she said as she sat herself down on a love couch...

Diana and Thanatos watched Nyx and Dreig make their way to a back room and they got up and followed at a safe distance. "I wonder what that was all about?" Diana asked. "It can't be anything good he said choosing a stool closest to the room.

Dreig pulled both his switchblade and pocket knife out flippign them open and flinging them into the wall. He walked through the beads and stood not wanting to sit down with such company in the room. He stuck his hands in his pockets and stood in the most relaxed stance he could muster...

Nyx sighed and sat up. "Let's cut to the chase, what did I do to make you attack me?" she asked staring Dreig directly into his eyes, but not with any seduction.

Nyx raised one eyebrow in a quizzical look. "Well then, I suggest you take your crew and get, this place is a vampire paradise," she said. "And I'm doin' you a favor by letting you go, most vamps would kill hatas that were on their turf," she said standing up and walking to the entrance as well. "And do us all a favor, if you hate vamps don't go where it's most likely they are," she said again. "By the way, your friend is pretty cool, you've got a tight crew."

Get this straight i didnt choose to come here they did, if you hadnt tried to reel Jack in like a fish none of this would have happened, you cant put the blame on me. Dreig said as he grabbed his knife and pointed it at her. He then put it in his pocket and headed back to the danceroom glaring at Dianna and Thanatos on his way out with Cass and Jack...

What the f*ck was your problem back their Dreig?! That bloodsucking b*tch thats what, whats the matter with you Jack, do you have any commonsense? Jack raised his voice in response, Yeah well maybe i like her. You moron, tell me you did not just say that. Jack grabbed Dreig by the collar of his jacket, Stay out of my business Dreig, do you understand me? Stay out of my business. Dreig nodded hesitantly with an angered expression. The only reason he let Jack push him around like that was due to their past together when Jack protected him from the world.

Fitz weaved his way through the mess of beer cans and random bits of rubbish that littered the room, makeing his way towards an unassumeing closet in the corner, he pulled it open, useing his knee to stop the flood of guns from pouring out. He pushed the 12 gauge shotgun in and then struggled to close the doors and lock them. Hs sighed and looked around the crap hole's common room. The result of a million parties and not one sweep of a bursh.... There was a double door fire escape on one side of the room, the only exit, a bricked up door on another side, the old access to the stairwell and then right behind him, a corridor leading to a spiral stair case which ran towards the resident's rooms. His one was on the second floor. Dede and Jeff were out doing something, no doubt taking a few million 'unannounced stops' while they were at it, Blanko was off with some freinds of his and then Trix was off talking to Vinditto somewhere, leaving Fitz alone and bored...

Nyx smiled shyly and picked up her own knife. *the DJ plays, I Wanna be Bad* "Oh that's my jam!" she said and started to dance again as if nothing happened.

Thanatos stood up. "I want to see what that was all about," he said before dancing his way to Nyx. "Nyx," he said calmly. "Thanatos?" she asked as he grabbed her hand and spun her around. "What was that all about?" Thanatos hissed. "Just anotha hata," she hissed back. "Nothin' I can't handle." "You still find ways of finding trouble," Thanatos said angrily. "Hey I didn't ask for that," she said. "What are you doing here anyway?" she asked. "Someone wanted to see you again," he said. "I'm touched, but you're really not my type," she said. "Not me, Diana," Thanatos hissed. "Di, she's here?" she asked. "Over by the counter," he said his gaze now landing on Cass. "Now if you'll excuse me, I'd like to take a crack at that girl," he said and started to walk over to her. "Fine, just don't feed off of her, that guy's a little touchy," Nyx said and made her way to the counter...

Cass watched and blushed as Thanatos approached her while Dreig on the other hand walked out the door slamming it open so hard it was ripped from its hinges. Cass and Jack looked at eachother, Dont worry ill pay the manager, why dont you go have fun with your admirer. He nudged Cass slightly to get her started walking towards Thanatos.

Thanatos smiled shyly and put his hands in his pockets. "Hey, new here?" he asked as he met her half way.

Diana shook her head as she saw Thanatos talking to Cass. She turned her head and Nyx was standing before her. They both smiled and screamed gleefully as they hugged each other. "Oh my God, I thought I saw the last of you!" Nyx said. "What happened to your hair?!" She ruffled Diana's hair and smiled even brighter. "I cut it, what about you, a juvenile delinquent?!" Diana said with a sarcastic look. "I prefur the term bad chica!" Nyx said. "Besides it's getting me a lot of perks." "Oh yeah, I could see that," Diana said rolling her eyes. "Is it my fault I attract so much unwanted attention," Nyx said glugging down a bottle of water. "Maybe you should try to soften that boy up," she said. "You'd do better than I did!"

Thanatos smiled. "Not really, this looked like a good bash so I just said 'what the hey!" he said. "Your friend seems a little, I don't know, not in the partying mood," he said looking at the unhinged door.

Diana smiled. "I'd probably get a knife in my chest," she said. "Like you almost got!" Nyx gave a weak smile. "Come on see if you can break him," she teased. "I've got some other business to attend to anyway." Nyx got up and walked over to where Jack was. Diana shook her head and looked at the door. It's getting kind of hot in here anyway, she thought and walked over to the door.

Yeah i dont know why he just never like parties especially at night, he never tells us why though. Cass sighed and shrugged at the thought. Anyway im Cass, you?

"Name's Thanatos," Thanatos said. "Cass, is that short for something?"

Nyx shook her head. "Everyone calls me Nyx," she said. "And it's no problem I get that alot," she said and smiled. "Wanna dance?" she asked already grabbing his arm.

Diana went outside and breathed in the city air. She shook her head at the smell. She never liked cities for that specific reason. All the stuff that's in a city you can smell every ingredient. She looked around for a place to sit and saw a bench on the sidewalk...

Thanatos smiled and ran his fingers through his hair. "It's Greek, it's actually the name of the Greek God of death," he said. "I know it's depressing, but it's exotic," he said. "Say, wanna dance?"

Nyx raised an eyebrow. "He's not your mom, is he?" she asked still dragging him onto the dance floor.

Diana sat down and put her head in her hands. The smells were already giving her a head-ache. "Well, one good thing came out of this night," she said leaning back and closing her eyes.

Nah, hes just protective, he feels that he owes me for all the times i saved him when we were kids. Jack stated.

Dreig sat on a rooftops a few blocks away hitting the floor with a small treebranch he found as he had his knees against his chest and his eyes peering over across the city.

Thanatos smiled even brighter and walked Cass onto the dance floor.

Nyx smiled and nodded. "That would make sense," she said. "Well as far as I can see, he's not here," she purred.

Diana sighed as she opened her eyes again and touched the pendant around her neck. The tears started to flow again. "Oh stop it you wimp!" she scolded herself and wiped away her tears furiously. She looked up at the moon and she wanted to call out to him. "Oh Desh," she whispered and put her head back in her hands.

Cass stopped nervously, Uh theres just one problem... im not much of a dancer. She twiddled her fingers embarrased.

I guess so, Jack said with a chuckle as he ran his fingers along the side of Nyx's hair.

Thanatos smiled and took Cass' hand. "Don't worry, I'm not much of one either," he said. "So we can laugh at each other."

Nyx smiled shyly. He's really sweet, I won't feed off of him, I'll find some jerk later, she thought and kept on leading him to the dance floor.

Diana sighed and decided to take a small flight around. She spread her wings and flew just above the few trees they had in this city. Suddenly she caught sight of a red splotch on a roof. Maybe I shouldn't bother him, she thought, but she still hovered there quietly.
