The Endeavour suddenly jerked violently as an asteroid missed by the defense systems collided with the back of the craft. the lights within the ship immediately illuminated as an alarm went off. "Computer, would you mind telling me what the HELL that was?" said Serephir as he got up from his bed, replacing his weaponry in their places. "A stray asteroid collided with the hull, Captain. The Damage is too severe for nano-drones to repair. We will need to come in at a nearby Shipyard for repairs" responded the Computer. "Ugh...what's our status at the moment. how far are we through the Asteroid belt? how long until we can jump through hyperspace and reach a shipyard?" responded Serephir. "5 minutes until we exit the Asteroid Belt, Captain. the nearest shipyard is Trandosha, and that would take approximately 0.257 seconds in Hyperspace, due to it's closeness". Serephir nodded. "And Are you capable of getting us there fast?" he said. "Of course, Captain. Advanced Autopilot is damaged, but in our current position it is not needed. weapons systems have eliminated all Asteroids within 500 yards of our position, so Hyperspace jumping is possible now" said the Computer. "In that case, get us moving, Computer. Activate All systems needed for safe Hyperspace travel, and get us to Trandosha" he said. and with that, the electronic whirr of the Craft's engines could be heard raising in pitch as the Endeavour jumped into Hyperspace, unfelt on deck due to the various equipment used to neutralise it's effects. Serephir walked out of his room, expecting to see a number of shocked crew members, walking into the control room to find a Cleaner Drone stuck upside down in one of the Control seats, caught between the keyboard and the seat, it's hoverboard in the air and rendered useless. he sighed and lifted it up and flipped it, placing it down, the droid bleeping as it hovered away, the other droids on board also going into their small maintenence and containment Garages to initiate any repairs required after the impact...

Finally ripping free from hyperspace, the 50 Imperial Class II Star Destroyers appeared..the one mile long dagger shaped like capital ships were rather small compared to the gigantic lead ship. It was none other then the Executor Class Star Dreadnought..Annihilator. The 30 mile long flagship was a sight to behold. Allies soughted an apperance of such a ship while enemies often dreaded it to the very end of their lives, cursing every feature. The Officers who were hesistant on a plan of action, gritted their teeth..they were scared but the fact that help has finally arrived set their fears aside. It was amazing how a simple presense of a ship change everything.

"This is the Annihilator" Revan...was already assuming command. No questions at all. "Deploy the fleet so that NOTHING gets of the system. General Veers is preparing for combat..you will all supply support. Unleash your Squadrons and prepare for combat. More are coming..its obvious. Poistion the fleet in preperation for outside threats. Remember..nothing gets of the system. Proceed with orders as soon as the Annihilator finishes the orbital bombardment.." Revan ordered. The massive 501st Armada has finally came together once more. The fleet was now moving...

A group of ARC Troopers and Class III Dark Troopers were being prepared to infiltrate the fortress, secure the survivors and go while a massive counter offensive was being prepared. The Solar generators were to be used with great effect. The Annihilator's weapons were warming up..preparing for a orbital bombardment to pound any Tyranids on the surface while keeping the fortress and its survivors intact.. as typical..more were likely to come

A sleek hovering craft winded its way through the swamp, all 4 thrusters blazing. two at the front on small knobs while the two at the back were held out by thin wings which retracted in when needed. The centre of the ship, includeing the cockpit, all remained perfectly verticle throughout the list of maneuvers performed by the craft, keeping its occupants comfortable....

The door to the control room slid open as Thara entered, the three telescopic red eyes powering down, sliding back into the mask as it folded up onto his forehead, the balistic and air tight shields slides zipping out of place to reveal Thara's face within the helmet. He growled "Serephir, what the hell happened?" His firestorm was holstered behind his shoulder, but that didn't make it any less visible, the wolf like creature in a half crouch, one his hands inches from the floor, his tail swishing around. The instinctive koult ready position.

The tyranids continued swarming trying to batter their way into the fortress walls. Eviscerator however had returned to the underground hive and swerved his way through the crowded tunnels to the Hive Tyrants chambers. My lord, we are almost breaking through, we will eliminate the survivors and destroy all information they recovered. Eviscerator hissed. Dont fail me Eviscerator or we will feed you to the Devourer.

One claimed they could see countless green lights in the sky and say it was beautiful but it was beautiful for one fraction only..the Imperials. Massive ammounts of turbo lasers bombarded the outside of the fortress, instantly vaporizing groups of Tyranids grouped together. The turbo lasers continued to crash down briefly, blasting areas around the fortress as long range scanners detected where the Tyranids where and those areas were blasted simply. Even if they were underground..the ground above would shake from the sheer power having the group above reduced to molten slag..

Revan crossed his arms, waiting..the ground forces were being prepared. The next wave would proceed on and then lastly..the ground forces.

Surrounding the planet of Trandosha, Grievous' fleet was stationed. Grievous himself, in a massive cruiser rivaling the size of the Annihilator, stared out of the viewport at the planet's surface below.

Arqueek tumbled out of his bed from the jerk, startled. he stood up, rubbing his head ruefully. "Ow... The hell?"

A single deformed Koult watched the craft glide by beneath it from the safety of the trees. It was heading right into a trap...

OOC: For future reference, you should really ambush people BEFORE you reveal that your planning to ambush them, as that leaves them with two options, that is of course, disregarding the option of noobishly spotting the ambush.
A) Make a tiny crappy post involving "they continued to move"
B) Fly right on past the ambush :P

The Koultian APC zipped through the swamp at an amazing pace, winding through the trees with supreme agility, skipping over the surface about 6 meters up in the air, automatic vulcan cannons on its head swiveling around, searching for targets....

"An asteroid made it through our Defense system. we're going to Trandosha for repairs. Turns out our auto-repair system can't handle the damage done, so we need a proper shipyard to do it instead" said Serephir as he sat down in a chair in the control room...

"You're asking me? The only reason we're going THERE and not somewhere more familiar to the crew is because it's the closest place. the readings here indicate the Endeavour's fuel reserves have been damaged, and we don't have enough to make it to a DIFFERENT planet to have her repaired and refueled" said Serephir as he crossed his arms, sighing irritably...

OOC: I was hurrying that post, which I should change.

Suddenly, a deformed Koult leaped from the trees above, timing the jump to land directly atop the speeder's cockpit. However, because of the speed it was going, the infected Koult simply slipped off, leaving a patch of gray-green blood over the cockpit's surface. The Koult, however, struggled to its feet, left arm hanging limply as it ran after the speeder with surprising speed.

Arqueek, still rubbing his sore skull, walked into the control room. "Er, can I ask what's going on?" he asked.

Serephir looked over his shoulder at the Skaven, and said "Asteroid. we're going to Trandosha for repairs. they're to intense for the ship to repair itself or for it to last until we reach a different port. running low on fuel thanks to the damage caused by the Asteroid"...

Arqueek furrowed his brow. "Trandosha? That's a new planet to me. Hopefully we won't run into any nasties there."

Thara jerked a thumb at Serephir and answered "In other words, Captain grouchalot slammed the ship half way through an asteroid and now we have to land on a random planet that may or may not be full of hostile aliens."

the blood evaporated off of the heated glass, the ship's thrusters inverting and slowing it down. It slowly rose up into the air, rising high into the canopy. Three trackers leapt out, the black suited koultian soilders clapping into the bark of the trees... The leader looked down, his suit zooming in on the creature running bizarely after them. He lifted up his rifle, which seemed to be an extension of his arm, the weapon consisting of a chamber with a laser scope on the top and a rail sticking out with three barrels swivling around behind a small nozel. He clicked a button and the laser scope activated, the three barrels stopping and connecting into one. The gun jumped back as an orange tracer leapt out of the gun, hammering into the monsters hip. a loud bang echoing over the swampy jungle, strange birds taking flight and the buzzing of insectoid wings as the fauna fled the area....

The mutant toppled, the round tearing through its hip. However, it kept going, crawling forward with its working arm, emitting a horrid growl. A second one of the creatures also appeared from the trees, this one with a pistol in its hand. Its tentacles on its other hand lashed out, slamming into the back of one of the Koult with spine-snapping force, firing wildly with the pistol...

Arqueek rolled his eyes. "We never get a break, do we?"

"I was in the same state you guys were in when it hit us. the Advanced Autopilot and Defense Systems were taking care of the ship. 99.9% of the time, that's enough. this was a fluke. probably too many asteroids for the defense system to get them all in time" said Serephir simply as a small Drone hovered over, a tray installed on it's head with three glasses of water on it. Serephir drank a glass, and then gestured for the other two to do the same...

Arqueek grabbed one of the glasses and quickly swallowed it down, smacking his lips appreciatively. "So, you have any idea of what to expect down there?"

"Well, it's currently not on Vardia's list of potential hostile races, so i'm assuming it should be fine. I'm not expecting another Kimrav, but i'm not expecting them to hunt us down like those things that attacked us on our way to Kimrav either" said Serephir as he put the glass down onto the tray, which went down into the top of the drone, coming out a few seconds later, refilled, earning a raised eyebrow. "You learn something new about this ship everyday" he said, more to himself than anyone else, as he grabbed the refilled glass and downed the water in one gulp...

"It is pretty fancy for a ship this size," observed Arqueek, putting his glass onto the tray and picking up the refilled one. "I could get used to this!"

The tracker cried out, reaching back and grabbing hold of the mutants skull, looseing his grip onto the trees bark, falling backwards holding the strange creature, bark being torn off the tree as he fell screaming to the forest floor. The leader of the squad grunted into his mic "Sky, Set up a defence perimiter, pronto!" The guns on the APC immeidiately got to work. Lighting up with blindign flashes, roaring into action. Several birds in the ships immeidiate area where splattered instantly, more bullets whacking into trees, the guns auto locking onto anythin daring to move. the squad leader lifted the gun up to his shoulder, more out of habit than anything else, a red crosshair fitting over the creature crawling through the water. He fired another consintrated shot, this time the creatures head explodeing. At first, he wanted minimal damage so it could be studied, but after what he assumed was the death of one of his squad, a team of highly trained and extremely well equiped elite trackers, he wanted vengence.

thara ignored the waiter droid, folding his hands behind his head as a cushion, looking around the control room curiously....
