"Commander" said Serephir into the speaker by the screen. "Yes, General?" came the voice on the other side. "You should be able to see a battle going on over a neighbouring planet" he said. "Yes sir. currently, we don't have a visual, but our sensors are monitoring the situation". "Good. i want you to have the fleet go to support the defending forces of the planet. have the Transport Cruisers land on Geonosis, and have the Galactic Destroyers deal supporting fire for the planet's defenses" said Serephir. "Immediately, sir. and the Flagship, Sir?" responded the Commander. "Have the Flagship remain here at Trandosha until further notice. should things get anymore difficult, i will come to oversee the battle personally" said Serephir. "Of course, sir" responded the Commander, before the screen closed. "It's time to see what the Vardian Military Shipyards have produced in the last few months"...

immediately, the ships began to move, stealth systems reactivated completely, as the moved around to approach from the other side of the planet. "This is vice admiral Arian of the H.V.M.S. Titan. We are approaching to supply supporting fire, should it be required, under commands from Vardian High General Serephir. Be advised, the Vardian Advanced Transport Cruisers Goliath, Gigante and Poseidon will be landing on the exposed side of the planet to provide ground support should they attempt a full scale ground invasion" came a voice through a radio frequency from one of the Galactic Destroyers, as they slowly approached the combat zone from behind the planet, stealth systems still online in case the enemy faction had scanners active to that range...

"My Lord, we've done as asked" Kaine simply said.

"Very good...I doub they'll understand, good job Admiral..we'll be proceeding with our plan" Revan simply stated. Kaine nodded through the hologram as it disappeared. What remained of Kaine's fleet was now hyperspacing towards an Imperial Planet for repairs and such..

The armored Dark Lord of the Sith looked towards Grand Admiral Piett who was waiting for news.

"The Armada is still ready but I doubt Grevious will attack..they cant risk losing such high numbers. The plan is will as accordingly to plan..thats of course..if everything goes right" Piett stated.

"I've seen the battle..that is to be expected from somebody from Grevious. But as far as Im concerned..with the solar generators and our new ships, things may be in our favor but dont grow over confident.." Revan stated.

Should Grevious attempt an invasion..the Empire's defenses were not only very high in every planet. The Imperials had enough territory and ships to constantly attack and send ships back. This style of attack and retreat would begin to show their effect..

Sassk's fleet turned towards the Vardian ships, but didn't fire. "These must be those new allies grievous mentioned," mused Sassk. He replied through the radio, "You have clearance to land. Go ahead."

Grievous waited until Serephir was done, then said, "Let's hope the Empire doesn't attack again so soon. I'm reporting light casualties in the fleet, but nothing a couple days of refitting can't fix. Trandosha's shipyards were always stocked with fresh ships, ready to send them off into space should any be lost.

The three Transport Cruisers approached, though only one landed, the others hovering in the atmosphere, idling, waiting for orders. after the enemy retreated, the Vice Admiral gave an order to have only the Gigante land, the others perhaps being needed elsewhere. the various military tactics that could be used left many openings for such a sudden retreat. the forces remained ready, as the Vice Admiral contacted Admiral Riyalai of the Executioner...

"If they do, we'll be ready for them" said Serephir as he looked out into space, monitoring it through the vision enhancement of his eyepatch...

Grievous narrowed his eyes. "Sassk just sent me a message. Something about a sudden spike of energy. We may have to worry about more than just the Empire."

Serephir looked at Grievous for a moment, before the screen on his wrist came up again, saying "Sir. sorry to disiturb, but we have recently sensed a spike of energy. it's source is still unknown, but for safe measure, 5 of the Galactic Destroyers along with two of the Advanced Transport Cruisers are returning to Trandoshan Airspace" said the Admiral's voice on the other end. "Very good. inform me of any updates immediately" responded Serephir, before the screen closed against his black battle armour, a light flashing out around the screen as it sealed itslef, Serephir lowering his sleeve over it again...

"Great, more problems," muttered Grievous. "Well, at least we have adequate defenses. I doubt a little bit of energy is going to stop us that easily."

Back on the Koultian ship, Mendicant Bias piped up, mostly to himself, "It seems a battle has just taken place near where the Flood's next destination is, according to my scout. That is not good. Fighting means sentient, organic beings. And, as such, it provides a ample food source for the Flood."

"Probes have detected something. We believe its some unknown ships" An officer said, looking towards the Grand Admiral who was in the main bridge walk way. The crew working here were the best of the best..they had to be if they wanted to be working in the Annihilator.

"Thats nonsense..we should have detected them right there and then" Piett was quick to respond as he looked towards the officer.

"Well the stealth probes are still scounting Geonosis..but they detected something. Im not even sure if its droid" The officer responded. With a simple nod from Piett, a crew personal pressed a button on his computer like area data appeared back in the main holographic scene.

Piett narrowed his eyes..examining what he saw.

Revan's facial expression remained hidden due to his mask but Piett took a glance at the Dark Lord of the Sith. It was if he was sensing something. Still they knew Revan long enough that Revan had these odd yet very powerful powers. Shooting lighting out of his hand..able to easily predict events before they even occur. The ability to seemingly lift or crush ignorant officers, just by having a visual of them. The force as Revan and those Sith Warriors called it made Revan another reason to be filled.

Back in past wars..they had seen similar acts in the days of Jedi. It was over now however, thanks to Revan, the Empire was in control. But something seemed to bother the Sith Lord. It was not until the words were finally spoken that every officer realize that things were not going to plan at all..

"It seems Grevious had made some friends.." Right there and then.. things had to be chanced.

"I hope so" said Serephir, having a bad feeling it was going to turn out alot bigger than a simple bit of energy...

"For now, I shall let you all rest," replied Grievous. "I'm sure you're all tired." Arqueek stretched his arms above his head, then said, "Not really. After that little spectacle, I'm itching for something interesting to happen."

Serephir shrugged. "Honestly, nobody's really tired. besides, i'd rather remain on my feet for now" he said, the crew nodding, Jarmun and Jarad still talking to eachother excitedly over one issure or another...

"Very well," replied Grievous. "Come, I have something to show you." He walked out of the Endeavour, towards the shuttle, where his droids waited.

as Serephir walked out, the Endeavour once again sealed itself shut, making sure nobody could get in until they returned. with the engines inactivatable by anyone short of Serephir himself, the craft was more than safe enough to be left alone. the Vardian High General and his crew followed Grievous, wondering what he wished to show them...

The shuttle quickly lifted off, and Grievous said, "I want to show you a special defense system of mine. A type of installation for taking out enemy ships that enter the atmosphere."

"Sounds interesting" said Serephir as he listened intently...

The shuttle headed back towards the massive spire from before, but passed it this time, revealing that, behind it, was a gargantuan cliff, with a single massive ledge sticking out of it slightly farther down. The ledge was easily 2 miles long, a marvel of nature. A large structure covered the vast majority of the rock-strewn ledge, made up of a mostly circular wall, with Trandoshans and Droids patrolling it and manning the turrets that lined it. Within the walls was a huge base, made up of a vehicle bay, armory, barracks, repair may, medical center, mess hall, and just about everything else needed in a military installation. At the center of the base was a pair of large landing pads, flanking a gigantic missile launcher, which was angled upward and capable of apparently firing three missiles, each several dozen meters long. Against the cliff wall, at the back of the base, were two large cave entrances, which were blocked by reinforced fences. As the shuttle moved towards the installation, Grievous looked through the viewport. "Like it?" he asked.

"Very impressive, General. VERY impressive" said Serephir, his arms crossed. considering the size, it was a very well built base...

As the shuttle landed on one of the landing pads, Grievous stood and motioned for the rest of them to follow him. "The position of this base prevents it from being bombarded from orbit, and it's very well-defended, in case of a ground assault." He walked down a short flight of stairs towards the stony ground below. An AAT floated by, followed by a small squad of STAPs. "Come, I'll show you the barracks first."

Serephir followed silently, examining everything silently, his eyepatch doing the depth scanning...

The barracks was rather non-descript, a large, rectangular building near the front end of the base. The doors at its front slid open, revealing a long hallway, bunkers lining the walls. Trandoshans milled around inside, chatting casually with each other, though saluting Grievous and giving the others curious looks as they came in. Grievous walked down the hall, cloak billowing behind him as he headed for another pair of sliding doors at the other end of the building.
