Mal'Ganis awoke suddenly, only sleeping for a few minutes time, but knew that was enough for the city to invaded once again. Looking out the window, he saw the sky was clear of everything, both the jellyfish creatures and clouds. It was a nice day...but he couldn't enjoy it now. Quickly packing the few belongings he had, ammo being the majority of it, the Jedi headed off into the direction of the shipyard.
Arriving after a long walk, he looked around, finding that the shipyard itself was largely untouched, unlike other parts of the city. He immediately headed for the mechanic, who was working on a ship next to the gunship, Mal'Ganis clearing his throat again to get the man's attention. "Ow! ****! ...Oh, you again. I was wondering when you'd show up..." the mechanic said simply, cleaning off an odd wrench with a cloth, showing a little distaste toward the Jedi, having put two and two together no doubt. Empire arriving, Mal'Ganis with an Imperial ship...but these things were actually fairly common. "As you asked, the ship is in top shape, its shielding is strong enough to withstand a barrage of fighter lasers, and its now completely fit for space." the mechanic said calmly, smirking at his own work. The gunship looked like it did before, but the armor plating was repaired, and many things were replaced. Instead of having two sliding doors to a troop compartment, it now had a single sliding hatch that lead to the inside, the part separating the pilot's chair and the troop carrier now missing, allowing for more room. In the troop compartment, there were now two extra chairs for whatever purpose, and a place to store any and all hand held weapons.
"It looks...great. Thanks." Mal'Ganis commented, looking over the ship inside and out. He had already paid the man in advance, which was basically all the money the Jedi had to offer, but now the gunship was stronger then his previous ship, even if it was smaller. Two air-to-air missile launchers were welded to the bases of its wings, while a high powered laser was on the ship's nose, identical to that on an Imperial gunship, but was increased in strength. The ship was now completely fitted for flight and battles in space, losing its atmosphere battle capabilities almost completely. It resembled an Imperial gunship, because at its core, that's what it was, but differed greatly, in both shape and color. Mal'Ganis stepped aboard, stashing his belongings in the back before readying for takeoff...
