"If it gets lower..I'm jumping..." Draco responded. He forgot how high he could jump but with his great atheltic ability that has been only further increased due to his half vampire-self, he should have no problem. The Dhampir waited..waiting for the plane to get lower so he could take his chance, it was obvious the plane was aware that they were at the island at the moment and were looking for a way to land perhaps.

[Tediz]

Carter turned to Drake. "... Shut up bloodsuker."

"Aww, poor wolfy doesn't like jokes" said Drake cooly, an amused tone in his voice. "Relax, kid. you need to grow yourself a sense of humour sometime soon. makes your job a hell of a lot more bearable"...

Korso stayed on one knee, breathing heavily exhausted from the sudden attack against him. Suddenly a great howl broke the silence as Korso shifted his head towards the door of the room leading out into the hall. It was soon followed by heavy footfalls cracking the floor at a running pace as a sudden loud crash of wood, brick and glass echoed through the biulding. Korso quickly scrambled to the nearest window as fast as he could just in time to see a large shape moving with blinding speed dissapearing into the darkness. Where the hell is he going?...

For several long minutes that seemed like forever Desh ran in his wolf form not stopping to look at anything. Suddenly he stopped in a large open area in front of a large stone sign that was partially broken apart. With great effort and roars of pain and agony the werewolf forced himself back to human form as he walked forward before collapsing inside the remnants of a demolished biulding that would have been a lobby. The only floor left was just above but even it did not have walls or a roof just the remnants as debris lay about the vicinity.

Upon the sign were the partially chipped away letters: BIOTECH CORP.

Nyx snorted then covered her mouth hastily. "Cain was the son of Adam and Eve," Diana said. "The oldest son and he killed his younger brother Abel as punishment God sent him out into the wilderness with a mark that meant nothing should harm him." "Supposingly he was turned into a vampire when he was banished so that he would endure eternal punishment, some even think that's what the mark was 'vampirism'," Thanatos finished.

Suddenly Diana felt a searing headache. She grabbed her temples and pressed hard on her head. She opened her eyes and her vision was blurry. Suddenly she saw something else: Flashes of small demons jumping around, running to fast to see, then the stone sign that read "Biotech Corp." before complete blackout.

Thanatos watched as Diana collapsed to the ground with a weak groan. "Di?!" he said and rushed to her.

"Here's a suggestion," Velkor hissed, leaning forward over Diana. "Aspirin."

[Shade]

"She was out-cold before she hit the floor," Thanatos said. He rolled her over and stared at the thin line of blood running from her mouth. "Oh my God!" Nyx gasped and rushed to her as well. "What is this?!" she asked. Thanatos shook his head.

Diana screamed as she felt her bones crack painfully into a new position. Her mouth opened and she roared loudly and powerfully. Suddenly she was running again and she saw the sign again before having her bones rearrange again and collapse and the cold ground.

Velkor rubbed his temple. "Oi vey..." he muttered. "Don't any of you have some sort of medicine for when this happens?!"

[Shade]

"In case you haven't noticed this isn't quite the-norm!" Thanatos said and ran into the kitchen and came back with a huge glass of water. "But here's the cure for unconsciousness." He dumped the whole thing on Diana's head. Diana jumped up, coughing and sputtering spraying water as she shook her head. "What was that for?!" she shouted. "You were unconscious," Thanatos explained. "You couldn't've used a gentler method?!" Diana protested wiping the water from her mouth.

Grinning, Velkor hissed, "No, but would you prefer Wisp's method?" Wisp grinned too. "Can I?" "Not until she falls asleep." "Awwwww..."

[Shade]

Diana stared at Wisp, then continued trying to wipe her face. "I think I prefer water dumping," she said. "Can someone at least get me a towel?" she asked. Nyx ran up to the bathroom and zoomed back down and handed it to her.

Velkor hissed after a moment, "Okay, I'll shoot: Any explanation for the collapsing?" He crossed his arms. "I can't wait to hear this one..."

[Shade]

Diana glared at Velkor then returned to drying herself off. "It was just a huge headache, I didn't get enough sleep I guess," she said brushing it off. Thanatos narrowed his eyes at her as if knowing there was something else. "Then how do you explain that thin line of blood down your chin?" he asked. Diana made a confused face then reached into her mouth and came out with blood on her fingers. "Huh, fancy that," she said. "I guess it was that big of headache."

Velkor opened his mouth, but then simply said, "You know what? I really don't want to know." Wisp whispered to him, "Why?" "All sorts of crazy s*** goes on when I'm around these people. Believe me, you don't want to know."

[Shade]

Once Diana was as dry as she could get she straightened up and looked at Thanatos sternly. "I, uh, I think I'll go out for some air," she said and without hearing there answers she was already three steps out the door...

Velkor snapped his fingers. "Wisp, go." Wisp saluted smartly, then floated through the ceiling, disappearing from sight. Velkor grinned. "This'll be fun..."

[Zephyr]

At the factory biulding where Desh and Korso had evaded the police several figures patrolled the perimeter. All feminine and all wearing identical but diffrently colored gems set in platinum necklaces. One of the figures who seemed to stand out amongst the rest as that of a leadership role, stood in silence as her crimson gem began to glow brightly illuminating the whole alley. He was definitely here sisters. We are on the right track, and yet there is another essence that is mixed in. the leader said. Another of the women responded, Human? The leader spoke again, it seems that way but the essence is too powerful for that to be the case... we will continue the search.

[Evil Eye]

Lower and lower the plane circled, veering down toward the two small figures, until finally it was almost level with them. Its right wing tip was literally feet above them, sweeping back and forth. "Don't do anything yet," the tall hellwolf commanded. "We don't even know who these guys are. Or what these things are," he added, laying a delicate stress on the word...

[Anaclagon]

The Dhampir then clutched one of his fully loaded magums..this wasnt his ideal idea of getting a ride but he needed it so he could get to Miami. He began to regret his decision before..perhaps he would have had better luck trying to take a chopper but it was to late now. The crimson eyed Dhampir continued to wait...he could have jumped and tried now but not yet..

Diana walked down the beach a little ways and looked out at the water. She gave a deep sigh and reached up to touch the necklace. She closed her eyes and bit her lip as a stray tear worked it's way down her cheek. The lullaby from her music box echoed in her head and she started to silently sing: "Hush child the darkness will rise from the deep and carry you down into sleep..."
