Draco struggled...gritting his teeth as he looked towards the demon. "You know what...**** you, why cant you die or some **** like that" Draco simply stated. He was being more sacarastic then serious...this was painful, tiring. Easily the toughest and longest fight in his life. A master assassin against an elder demon..Draco pondered how to end this. This demon pursued him too no end and there wasnt anything he had at his disposal that was working.

Diana growled to herself. I'm not falling for it this time, get out or I'll make you! she thought angrily. Thanatos looked down at her with concern in his eyes. "Are you okay?" he asked. Diana looked up. "Found it," she replied.

Wisp's now-golden eyes widened. "Really?"

Hmm...something is going on...I can...feel it. Thel'zan thought, golden orbs appearing within the smoke, the wraith moving toward the house's outer wall. The plume of smoke seemed to move through the wall as if it wasn't there, Thel'zan following the energy that was nearby...

Diana screamed and gripped her head. She fell to her knees and ground her teeth together. "Diana!" Thanatos cried and gripped her hands. Diana tried to conjure up the red dream again, focusing the pain away from her and at the Nightmare.

Dalvengyr laughed, once again chilling the bravest creature to the bone. "Such arrogance, even when staring death itself in the face...admirable...but foolish." the elder demon stated, his clothing riddled with various holes, while his body itself slowly began mending the fresh injuries. "You are too much trouble then you are worth...I will kill you and use your friends as sacrifices in your place..." Dalvengyr continued, raising his blade, the tip of which was pointed toward the assassin...

Diana growled her eyes turning blood red. "Never!" she screamed. She threw in other memories as well. Siete's whip against her back, the bite of his teeth on her neck, her own transformation, her frenzies. She tried every painful memory and threw them at it.

The Nightmare savored the painful memories, the pain inside Diana's head growing and slackening randomly as the Demon was distracted by the memories...

Draco then grabbed his second to last holy water needle and threw the weapon with such speed and accuracy and considering the range, it would have almost impossible to block. The Dhampir then quickly got up to his feet an delivered a brutal side kick into the demon with enough strike that was enough to cause the demon elder to stumble backwards.

Fine, if u won't shrink from pain then I'll try something else, she thought and conjured up the happiest memories she could find. The happiest was when she saw Desh; the first time she actually felt alive, when she kissed him, when she saw Nyx again, hearing Thanatos sing, the party, every memory she could think up and it was actually relaxing her.

The angered Nightmare swatted the memories away, except for s choice few it kept for later, and proceeded to blast Diana's head with even greater pain. "The sooner you give in, the sooner the pain will all go away!"

As the needle had moved, the elder demon simply moved his blade a few inches in a fraction of a second, the needle tip hitting off the thin edge of the blade, causing it to deflect off in a random direction, the container breaking on contact with the ground. The elder demon stumbled back from the kick, wings propelling him forward once again, thrusting the molten blade forward, aimed at the assassin's chest...

Diana growled and tried to intensify the memories instead. The love, laughter, happiness, and relief flooding through her. Suddenly she could here someone humming. Thanatos hummed to her the song in the music box and she threw that in as well the beautiful sound of the music that she heard as a baby.

Spencer was about to answer when he suddenly froze, looking towards the beach by the safehouse. he could've sworn he heard a scream. "Come on, something's going on" he said as he headed back in a fast walk...

Draco jumped in the air thrusted both his feet forward, kicking the demon right in the face, the Dhampir's body just over the demon's blade. The kick once more slammed the demon back. Draco then landed and then dashed forward and delivered a series of bone breaking punches into the demon's body at a super fast speed, easily beyond a human.

Dalvengyr blocked one blow with the broad side of his molten blade, the strange material easily withstanding the barrage, breaking some of the hybrid's knuckles while also searing its hand. The elder demon lashed out with his wings, the blade-like tips of the appendages sinking into the assassin's shoulders, lifting it off its feet...
