"Souls are immortal. and it was obvious from the very warning the craft gave me before it destroyed itself that they were far from dead. the horrors i was shown would result if the evil souls among those within the Ark were ever revived were unimaginable. And thus, i was charged with the duty of protecting them from anything that may result in that" growled Horus...

"Werent you speaking figurativly when you said the craft held souls? Surely it must've had some thing to pilot it here..unless you mean that some how the craft piloted its self and souls were stored with out a body.." Placentra replied to the dragon.

"I mean that the ship literally held souls. there was no organic being on board controlling it. the Souls were the Ark, and the Ark was the souls. The Ark was the passengers, and the passengers were the pilots. this is it's destination. The part on your friend's head, and the two on his back are each fragments of the Ark. they are also each a seperate soul, independend of eachother and all of their own minds and wills" growled Horus.

Placentra replied "So, these fragments..are part of the Ark. Interesting. So at this moment, those other peicies are alive and thinking?" The fragments on Osiris' shoulders' pressence never faded, and he was concerned about them if the dragon spoke true

Osiris messaged Placentra, voicing his worry "If what this dragon says is true, I think he intends on cramming us back in some vault. Be careful about what you say and try stall him for now. Find out a bit about his intentions."

"More likely Inactive, Resting, Dormant if you will. awaiting revival" growled Horus, thinking his facts over more carefully, making sure the facts he had in mind were almost certainly true before mentioning it. getting a thought, he asked "Is your friend in any way capable of communication? it doesn't need to be vocal"...

"Friend?" Placentra said, changing his tone so that it seemed suprise. "He's merely a larger container for the souls, thats why he's been collecting Ark fragments! He also serves as transportation!" Placentra feined a laugh, messaging Osiris "Sorry about that lie, just trying to make this convincing.." He then added out loud "Well, now that we know that collecting the peicies would cause something...bad, we will be sure to stop" He messaged to Osiris "Walk away slowly, please"

Osiris replied, not moving for now "Cheese it? Or shoot him in the face, then cheese it?"

"Shoot him in the face" Placentra messaged. "Do it quickly before he suspects that we are trying to reunite the fragments"

"Each fragment on him is a soul in itself. but i'm no fool. one of them is controlling the body. for you to be able to speak on it's behalf there must be some form of communication. Could you let me speak with him? if he has any form of electronic communication, which i think would be likely seeing as he could only get this large through using earth bound electronics, i could speak with him personally" he growled. he had an odd feeling there was something going on between the two creatures before him that he didn't know about...

Like a slingshot, Osiris's rail gun swung up the barrel flashing blue, a moment later a thick shell rocketed out of its barrel and slammed into the dragon's head smashing through its skin and exploding, throwing the Cyborg back. While doing it, he messaged Placentra "Reunite the fragments? Your kidding right?"

"You are over technical, put your cloak up and get us out of here, the last thing I want is to be caught in another battle.." Placentra replied hastilly..

the Dragon stumbled to his feet, stunned, a splitting headache wracking his mind with pain. he looked at the Duvan'Rah for a moment, trying to insure he aimed right, and immediately blasted Placentra, being the most obvious target, with his plasma beam, the rich yellow beam slamming into the creature, the kinetic energy behind it enough to blow an average sized monster off it's feet...

Osiris jerked up the arm which had held the railgun moments ago, his newly repaired shield sliding out and blocking the beam before Placentra was completely incinerated. Bracing against the ground with his feet. He pulled up his other arm, the pulse laser raising out of his gauntlet, with a resounding electrical whistle, the plasma burst slamming into the side of Horus's head and knocking it to the side, disrupting the dragons aim. Osiris's body seemed to be covered in blue electricity for a moment and then he de-materialised, the burn on his shield being the last to fade from view. He immediately leapt away from where he was, landing into a crouch, a large cloud of sand being thrown up around the two beings....

the Dragon, stunned and dizzy from the blow, stared around, trying to find his target, only seeing a cloud of dust and sand nearby. "You FOOLS! you are condemning the world to utter destruction! to horrors beyond your wildest imaginations!" he roared, knowing all too well that now that he couldn't see them, he had no chance of success. but he had to try and find them...he couldn't allow them to collect the rest of the fragments...

Osiris replied "No problem. Well yes, that's pretty obvious now. Do you think he would understand if we told him we didn't want to like, bring about apocalypse and such? He seems pretty keen on it."

immediately, Horus activated his own wireless system and attempted to find a way to link up to the monster. the fact it was most likely made up of various human electronics meant that it was almost definately rigged with a similar system. his close range connection search rapidly scanned, probing for a connection...

"Well, you DID shoot at him, but then again, he would've just shot at us sooner or later" Placentra responded. After a short pause, the transperant membrane around his tail sunk back into it, taking the two pronged form that it had before, the jamming signal ending. "He was caught up on talking to you personally, now he can"
