Osiris added to the conversation "Vortaak are the most dangerous beings to us at the moment. It would work in our favour if they disappeared. Entirely."

"I've heard a bit about them. i'd be happy to help you get rid of them" said Horus. he remembered coming across some very minor details on the Vortaak in his database, seeing as the organisation that captured him had only been starting up at the time, and hadn't had the ability to gather any useful information. "Do you have any information that could be useful to know? my information is extremely limited..." he admitted as he walked....

"I have a manifest of one of their light fighters' weaponry capabillities" Placentra said. "Other than that, we know they have really good cloaking devises, but the radiowave scramble that took out the lower hemisphere's communications are down, so either the mothership down there was taken down, or it left, which is highly unlikely if the northern communications are still jammed.."

"Sauron...how strange that I would find you so soon after meeting our mutual friend..." a voice hissed to the saurian creature, Vertigo appearing in a flash of light on the beach of the island, snake-like tongue flicking in and out...

Crisis pressed himself against the sands, skin color and texture matching the sands around him, making himself look like a gargantuan sand dune, his harpoon arm hidden under his chest, while the spikes on his back and head retracted into his body, giving his back a smooth curve. The biomech watched the two figures in the distance, using basic binocular sight to identify them. One was completely unknown, even in the GDF databases, while the other was the biomech from before...the one who had practically killed Crisis...the GDF biomech's body temperature skyrocketed, forcing himself not to subconsciously activate the enraged state...

Sauron recognized the voice and hissed to Vertigo:"Well Vertigo, our "friend" came here once, thinking that he could just destroy my territory, but i managed to convince him to leave. But I'm curious as to what other creature's you've been pestering lately." He was ready to fight if Vertigo attacked him, but decided to wait just in case she had simply come to pester him to see how much he could take before he decided to resort to violence...

"Fair enough."
Osiris then switched conversation, messaging placentra privately "Didn't you have some other plan for when the Vortaak were removed?"

"Diablo and meaningless destruction...it goes hand in hand, you should know that." Vertigo hissed, circling the saurian creature in front of her. "Me, I prefer if my prey lived...oh yes, its very amusing to watch a creature kill itself to escape its own mind." she hissed, said hiss being long and drawn out...

Sauron growled calmly to Vertigo:"With the humans having risen to power, I won't be suprised if you soon find creatures that have already been driven mad by the fact that they are no longer able to simply go into cities and destroy at their leisure."

"And such weak-minded creatures allow for a variety of things to do...they are weakened from their lifestyle change, which works quite well in my favor." Vertigo hissed, smirking, tail swaying behind her...

Sauron growled:"And some of the creatures that have not lost their minds seem as arrogant as they usually are, as it was when Diablo and I had met once again." The saurian creature had noticed Vertigo's tail moving and knowing better than to let his guard down near her, had his sonic shield surround him just in case she was up to something, which he was certain she was, knowing her all too well...

Placentra replied to Osiris "That is on a need to know basis. He doesn't need to know about that.." Seeing as Horus saw himself as the planet's protector and wanted to stop the fighting that was going to bring the planet's doom, he was an ally of his, except, Placentra's methods to bring about this change wouldnt be favored by the dragon..

"That should help....better than nothing, at least. A question i'd like to know the answer to is: What's your standing with the GDF?" asked Horus. their answer would specify whether he sa the GDF as enemies and unwanted pests, or as something to be completely ignored...

"Diablo was always the arrogant type, after all." Vertigo hissed, her tail tip now making a small circle, beginning to glow dully...

Sauron, seeing a familiar glow from Vertigo's tail tip, turned his gaze away from it and instead, looked into her eyes before growling:"If he lets his arrogance get the better of him and he gets killed by the humans one day, it will certainly save me the annoyance of him hoping to destroy my territory."

"I see.....at least that means i don't have to hold back next time one of them gets the nerve to attack" responded Horus...

Vertigo's eyes flashed, holding the saurian creature's gaze. "But then the world would be so much duller..." she hissed, an image of the island burning flashing in Sauron's mind for only a brief moment...

Sauron paused for a momment when an Image of his territory burning entered his mind, but he knew that it was just one of vertigo's attempts to drive him mad. He growled to her:"Even more dissapointing for you if he should be killed by the humans, is that you won't be able to annoy him the way you are trying to do so to me." The god of hunger decided that perhaps if he didn't react the way Vertigo hoped he would, she would eventually lose interest for the time and leave...

"I've already paid Diablo a visit...he is too wound up in his own enjoyment to pay attention." Vertigo explained with a hiss, another image of the territory burning, with Sauron caught in the middle, flashing in the saurian creature's mind...

Sauron paid no attention to the image, instead growling:"The humans are far too dangerous for your taste to try and make even one of their cyborgs go insane, it seems. I'm wondering what other creatures you paid "visits" to after Diablo." He resisted the urge to smirck, wanting Vertigo to show disapointment at his lack of reaction to the images she was sending to his mind...
