Before Osiris could respond, a mysterious third party entered the conversation forcefully. Signed Mekku, it quickly messaged "Who the f**k are you calling a fragment, eh squidy?"

Osiris paused, bewildered at the new joiner, messaging "What the hell?"

Ignoring Placentra, Osiris messaged "Mekku, do you know I am?"
Mekku responded "Yeah I do. Your the wimp who used to be in control of this machine."
Osiris replied, amused "Hahaha. Used?"

Suddenly he felt something in his shoulder, his influence over his avatar draining, the bio armour effected by some mysterious outside force. He lazily reinforced his control over it, throwing back Mekku's attempt at wrestling control easily.

Mekku messaged bluntly "F**k you."

Mekku replied, annoyed "Because I'm bonded to captain a**crack Osiris. ******* got me off guard and now we're sharing this hunk of junk. At least, sharing to the point of Osiris hogging every tiny bit of resources available, reducing me to a grand total of crap all nothing."

Osiris concentrated on the noise the blob was making, eventually messaging no one particular, just in the convo between Placentra and Mekku "I think its trying to speak... Thats nasty... Placentra, can you talk with it?"

He was taken back by the creature's urgency to latch onto them, and the odds of it crash landing right where Osiris and Horus was, being chased by hostiles were astronomical..
