Transformers E-war: Army of Metal

Where good and bad RPGs and E-wars go to die.

The arm cannon fired, the spiralling orb of super hot matter zipping through the water and splattering against the gaurd's dismembered hand, the force knocking Burnout over and some plasma dripped down onto his carapace, hardening in the cold fathoms. Sidewinder sped foward towards the bronze robot and grabbed onto its back, swinging about it's body and finally slamming his feet down, balancing on it while it let out animalistic roars, swining it's body about to buck Sidewinder off. All the while, he unleashed rappid plasma fire into the Decepticon's back...

Burnout hurled the dismembered limb off of him, turbines lifting him up as he opened fire at the guard, plasma bursts exploding against its chest and neck, blowing off pieces of its armored body in the process...

Above, unheard by the AutoBots, the Destroyer was ablaze once more, explosions running down the length of the vessel just as Starscream transformed, landing at the bow of the Destroyer, gunning down more deckhands as they fled, the bridge of the vessel now simply smoldering remains...

Sidewinder continued to pummel the guard with plasma fire. The Decepticon looked to Burnout and pointed the arm cannon at him, the old Autobot's weapons were more powerful than the other's and so it was a larger threat. Unleashing the stream into Burnout and blowing him back through the water, it spun around and swung his other arm about, the chain that was severed swining around and wrapping around Sidewinder. The guard then forced his arm down, tightening the constricting chain around the relatively young Autobot warrior..

Turbines activating, Burnout sped forward, plasma bursts still slamming into the Decepticon's chest, causing it to jerk back with each attack, Burnout strafing around to the guard's side before firing a charged burst of plasma, cutting the chain closest to the Decepticon's arm, freeing Sidewinder before drawing his own blade, rushing forward as he smashed the wrist blade into the guard's face...

The guard let out a scream in Cybertronian "You scrap metal ingrate!" Sidewinder fired down at the guard's neck, the armor already weakened by Burnout so when Sidewinder fired, it ultimately gave out and the Decepticon's head fell free, stuck to Burnout's blade. Sparks jumped from where the head was, the robot's hulking body sinking. When it hit the ground, Sidewinder disappeared in the ensuing dust cloud. Shortly after, his form was seen as his turbines revved up and lifted him off of the metal corpse..

"Lets...get out of here...before something else decides to try and kill us." Burnout growled as he pulled a piece of stray metal from his armor. "Our goal was to survey the situation...not to try and take it ourselves." he reminded his younger companion, heading toward the surface far above...

Sidewinder nodded to Burnout, pressing his index finger to the side of his head, taking pictures of the sight so that Optimus and the human military knew what they were dealing with. Sidewinder's turbines spun up and soon after, he was flying after Burnout through the water..

Burnout continued through the dark waters, which slowly began lightening, though he could not see the surface...

The remaining humans on board the Destroyer began jumping ship to avoid the attacks, the deck of the vessel ablaze, with debris thrown around the area, on and off the ship...

the McLaren cruised down the highway within the speed limit, decidedly avoiding detection as he investigated the Autobot central HQ. it was a dangerous move considering the sensitivity of the Autobots and humans after the defeat of the Fallen. still, it didn't mean that knowledge of their 'territory' wouldn't come in handy later. so long as he kept a good distance away from that bulldozer 'sidekick' of his, they could cruise the area and investigate safely. Overcast hoped for some decent orders soon...simple recon was getting boring...not to mention it didn't benefit him in any way...though the occasional speedfreak coming along gave him a minute bit of excitement from time to time....particularly when the one competing with him ended up in a horrific car crash...that was always a welcome plus to his otherwise boring situation...who knows...given long enough, he'd probably be able to drive the humans to extinction through racing them into lamp posts and walls....though he had no intention of waiting THAT long...

Meanwhile, unnoticed, Roadrage followed the duo, keeping track by using the bulldozer's size and the layout of the road, allowing him to follow from far away enough so as not to be detected by their sensors. he wanted to find out where they were going, if they were going anywhere...

Some time later, Sidewinder surfaced, his eyes befalling the sight of the Destroyer, the bridge in flames and smoke bellowing from it. Sidewinder looked about frantically, messaging Burnout "Starscream must have came back, dammit!"

Burnout surfaced soon after, surveying the chaos that now gripped the still-burning vessel. "This is bad...lets hope the humans have some way of requesting help, or we are stuck out here..." Burnout responded, shaking his head, the turbines keeping from sinking back into the water.

"Now do any of you whelps question my might?! The AutoBots are now easy prey!" Starscream's voice gloated to all Decepticons previously involved in the mission to stop the AutoBots...

"I hope so too" Sidewinder said simply. "For now we have to worry about Starscream.."

"Of course not, Starscream," replied Arachno, trying to hide his sarcasm. "By all means, destroy them now."

"I suppose I am to finish the job as well? Megatron will hear of how useful you are, I guarantee it!" Starscream responded, making his own sarcasm very apparent.

As Burnout conversed with the surviving humans on board, having used the jetpack-like device to launch himself onto the Destroyer, the roar of a jet soon filled their ears, the tattooed jet circling back around, ready to make another pass at the ship, Burnout immediately opening fire with his plasma caster...

"If only I could assist you, Starscream," Arachno replied nonchalantly. "However, my vehicle mode is quite obviously incapable of getting to your location..."

"EXCUSES!" Starscream bellowed over the sound of weapons firing and the roar of engines.

Burnout dove to the deck as a missile slammed into the space where he previously occupied, aiming his plasma weapon as he lay, a single plasma burst firing, colliding with a missile just as Starscream attempted to launch it, engulfing the jet in a fireball it quickly passed through...

Sidewinder also made his way onto the ship's deck, now crouched just behind the hand rails of the craft, aimed his rappid alternaters at Starscream as he kept making passes, but he was always blasting off before he could open fire. He yelled out to Burnout, not taking his eyes off of the jet "Any ideas on how we're getting back on land?!"

"Starscream, don't tell me you are foolish enough to believe this vehicle mode can fly?" replied Arachno, still trundling inconspicuously along the street.

"I would think getting rid of this jackass would be the top priority right now!" Burnout called back, just as twin trails of machine gun fire skimmed across the deck, over Burnout's cover and ending after Sidewinder.

"You truly wish for your own demise, don't you?! Calling your superior foolish?! Once these AutoBot rust-buckets are dealt with, you are next!" Starscream responded stubbornly...

After a pause, Arachno said, "My apologizes, Air Commander. Why not ask Jetlag for assistance? He is capable of reaching you, I believe."
