"The determination of your allies speaks otherwise. If you were a clone, they would not put their lives on the line, would they?" Fox responded calmly, referring to the piece of video feed he showed the Sith Lord...

"Good point...but what if they dont even know. Who's to say the plan wasnt just made at the very last seconds when some clone on his own free will, decided to swap places with Revan to protect him and that Revan was then placed under maximum security to hide him. Not even the Empress herself would have been notified. A simple trick that blinded even the superiors of the Empire...what can you say about that? " The man replied, looking at Fox knowing this had gotten his interest.

Fox laughed yet again. "Quite the imagination, I suppose. If such a strange and uncalled-for cover up existed, I suppose we have all been fooled. But that isn't the case, now is it?" he droned, still remaining motionless as he stared at the Sith Lord, slightly amused.

The security droids made their way onto the storage level, able to see in the darkness as well as any Trandoshan. However, they didn't use infra-red, considering their quarry didn't emit any heat, or simply matched the ambient heat of their surroundings...

"Or it is?" The armored man questioned. The figure stood, amused with the situation, almost smirking underneath his mask. He folded his arms in his casual manner, waiting for the response..

"I guess we shall see. If you are indeed a clone, and your allies know nothing about it, then they will still pursue you to the ends of the universe...I guess they will suffer for your little project." Fox responded, shrugging...

"Well, it wont be long till Revan then shows up and fixes the problem or something about that. It may be a tactical victory for you but a strategic one for us" The armored man replied after thinking for a little bit.

"Untold deaths within your ranks equates to victory? The Empire is truly careless...it is good that it will soon be destroyed." Fox responded, smirking, although the faceplate hid the gesture.

"I assure you, it will be different. As typical, The Empire will halt their searches and find a way to figure it out. So..the little plan has been revealed and obviously your going to need a new plan. Care to entertain me?" The man asked. He looked around, obviously he was aware of what would happen to him. Torture...interrogration, all that good stuff. It was expected...

Piett looked at the screen, watching the footage. "It was a trap then....they are just messing with us" The Grand Admiral said.

"But what if it was there, we need to look harder" Thrawn responded.

"No...we cant. We already numerous men trying to find him. We need a better, more effective plan. Let's just wait it out...for a little bit" Piett replied. The stress was killing him...it was undeniable. Any more of this, he was bound to crack. Thrawn was keeping strong which gave him something to rely on but even then...he needed a break, a morale booster.

"I must say I find all of this amusing, but you can't expect us to take it seriously. I guess I'll leave you to your fantasies, Revan." Fox droned, turning and walking out of the hallway, leaving the Sith Lord alone in his cell once more...

"Typical..but I'll get my chance.." The man thought. His fists clenched as he relaxed slightly. While his face remained hidden through his mask, he glanced at his cell, he was being watched...every single move. He looked around before finding a comfortable spot and sat back down...waiting for the next conversation to occur.

As the security droids ventured closer to the storage room, a soft, almost silent voice echoed in Serephir's head: "Come... join me..." The voice was strangely compelling, almost motherly...

Serephir stayed in place, somewhat taken aback by what seemed a random thought, considering he was currently thinking through options and possibilities regarding the threat and how to deal with it. for now, he stuck by his gut instinct. there was no logical reason for him to move from his place. he was an Overseer, a commander, whose influence in this case was indirect. he wasn't there to fight personally unless the battle came to him, and thus, there was no reason to leave the command room where all aspects of their current battlefield could be seen...

The man back in his cell sat down...closed his eyes and began to meditate. He relaxed, focusing his attention elsewhere while staying aware of his surroundings. So far they had kept him, tortured him slowly...trying to break him down physically and mentally. The figure concentrated...waiting ever so patiently...

Meanwhile...back at Imperial Territory...

Piett lay down in his own private quarters in the Annihilator, finally getting a well deserved break. The Flagship had remained stationed in the outskirts of Imperial territory. The Grand Admiral tried to sleep but felt like he was being watched. He looked around only to freeze as he eyed the figure also in the room who was looking at something else but his eyes glared forward towards the Grand Admiral.

"Who....wait...no..." The Grand Admiral started to stutter, he couldnt believe it with his own eyes as he looked at the person before him. He swallowed hard, he tried to tell himself it was a dream but it was obvious it wasnt.

"Surprised...?" The person simply replied back as he unfolded his arms and approached the Admiral. "Looks like I came at a wrong time but you know the deal...The ARC's do their job and they do it well"

As the droid group entered the room, they stopped, looking around. The commando who was leading them moved farther inside, keeping his weapon trained on the crate in front of him, which was still too dark to see in. Even with the droid's night-vision, the only thing that stood out were oval-shaped growths sticking out of the bottom of the crate. Before the commando could investigate further, he heard a hiss above him, right before a large shape lunged at him from above.

The commando jumped back just in time, the creature landing in a crouch in front of him. The droid raised his rifle, but the insectoid creature's long tail whipped out, the knife-like blade on the tip slicing through the blaster with surprising ease. Dropping his weapon, the commando's torso bent backwards impossibly far, dodging another tail snap, before straightening out again, allowing the droid to plant a right cross across the alien's tooth-filled jaw. Screeching in pain and anger, the thing stumbled back, a bit of greenish fluid leaking from the corner of its jaws. The fluid also got on the commando's hand, melting through the metal like it was tissue paper. The droid's hand dissolved into particles, but didn't deter him from getting into a battle-ready stance to face the furiously hissing alien, silently ordering his fellow droids to stay back...

A small cluster of asteroids rocketed through space, heading in the direction of none other then the Imperial planet of Courscant, were, of course, more then they appeared...disguised as massive space rocks, the majority of them were, in fact, enormous spheres of inter-locking metallic plates, their armor thicker then that of most starships. In the center of the cluster, a smaller asteroid suppressed any and all strange readings one would get from the cluster...to outsiders, it was simply a grouping of asteroids. A number of these groups, however, were heading straight toward Courscant, harboring more on their surfaces, using the guise to slowly near the Imperial planet...

The alien abruptly leaped forward, and the commando swung his remaining fist, only to have the creature simply jink to the side, slipping around behind the droid. As the commando turned around, the alien's large tail blade impaled him through the chest, tearing completely through the armor. Hissing, the creature opened its toothy jaws, revealing a smaller set inside, already open. The inner jaws snapped out on a stiff tongue, smashing through the commando's head and crushing it like a tin can...

The security droids, seeing their commander fall, immediately opened fire, but the alien was faster. It slipped away, sprinting on all fours back into the shadows, blaster fire spattering along the ground behind it...

"Sir, long range scanners have picked up something coming our way. We think its astroids" An officer reported. "Well no matter, traffic is low these days. Just have the ships and battlestations ready and have them fire when their in range" The commanding officer commanded. The two looked out the window from their Imperial Star Destroyer as they looked around from the viewport to eye just parts of the gigantic fleet above Courscant along with its other surprises to only make Courscant near invincible to attack.

The lead cluster of asteroids approached, testing the waters, so to speak, to make sure the others had a clear path straight through. Behind the cluster, projected trails were visible, once again to simulate a real asteroid, though the actual objects themselves were propelled by jets hidden in the projections. The cluster grew nearer to Courscant, while the others seemed to gradually slow their movement to the city in a way that didn't seem too sudden...

The security droids moved slowly towards where the alien had disappeared, blasters waving back and forth. Suddenly, another of the creatures bounded from a dark corner behind them, tail snapping out like a scorpion's stinger, blowing an unwary droid's head clean off. Even as the droid collapsed in a heap, the alien had sprinted away, and as the droids turned around, three of the things, including the wounded one from before, leaped from the ceiling, pinning the remaining three droids underneath them and swiftly tearing them apart.

As Grievous watched the short fight, he noticed the droids had been outsmarted and outflanked in a matter of minutes. "Serephir, where are you troops? They could really come in handy!" As the cyborg stood up, he added, "I'm going down there as well." However Lissarkh cut him off. "No, no, let me go. My Force abilities might come in handy." Grievous eyed Lissarkh curiously for a moment, then finally nodded. "Very well, just don't get yourself killed."
