The data transfer was terminated, only to be replaced by another. "...So be it. This data contains coordinates as well as a special encrypted line of code unable to be transmitted via common communications. This will prevent the border guards from attacking...we are too badly damaged to escort you personally. The others will be notified not to engage." 'So Much For Subtlety' replied, the process being a very complex way to prevent intruders from entering, even on a commandeered vessel...of course, once the Imperials used it, it would need to be alerted to become secure once more...

The Sith narrowed his eyes as he received the data. The Sith Lord was quick to send them at once towards Thrawn considering Piett was arriving here and it was to late for him to head there himself. "And how can we be sure this is not a trap?" The Imperial Palace replied. While Thrawn would be quick to head to this destination upon receiving the data..they werent exactly sure they could be trusted but as typical, they had to take their chance. The Imperial Ships began to back off to allow them but they had interdictors in place in case things went wrong...

Thrawn moved his fleet quickly, following the data...knowing what happened last time but this was the chance they hoped for...the chance to bring Revan back.

The planetary shield fell. The transmission was broadcasted from a far off source, simply relaying it to the Imperials via the GRAV that was still positioned around Courscant. The data itself was infested with powerful, expertly designed viruses, which spread throughout the Imperial city and fleet alike, traveling over the links between all the of ships. The Imperial's highly coordinated tactics were now being used to spread the virus around all the linked ships, even to the capital below.

The planetary batteries were now infested, the virus attempting a more complex manuever of locking out control to the Imperials, to use the batteries for themselves, while the Dreadnoughts above were altered, all power reverting to weapons, including life support, causing the weapons to overload and melt down, rendering many of the ships useless lumps of metal hanging in the space around the Imperial capital. Since the virus was relayed to the far-off Thrawn, his ship was suddenly locked out of his control, forcing the ship to follow the fake coordinates, which headed deep into the rogue Marican force territory, preventing the hyperdrive from being altered until they reached their destination.

The defense platforms were effected as well, completely locking out control from those inside, while cutting off all life support inside, slowly suffocating the personnel inside in the harsh void of space...

"Naive fools...you really think we would give in so easily?" the voice echoed all over Courscant now, as well as the Imperial fleets above. The voice was lower then before, almost human, but still stone-cold in tone. "Now, your society as you know it is under our control...now, WE make the demands." commanded the voice of Shadow Haven's Field Commander, who was an entire ship itself, specializing in cyber warfare, crafting multitudes of viruses, sensory suppressants, and other such things. They had been ready for this, should the battle have proven against their favor...the Imperials took the bait, and now they would pay for it...

After simply staring at the Queen for a moment, Lissarkh turned around to face the Vardian troops. She hissed, but her voice seemed to echo in several different tones and pitches. "Bring your leaders to us..."

The projection shown in the middle of the command room, showing Serephir and Grievous, as well as the 4 VAMCEB Guards the events within the storage chamber, hypnotic transmissions not passable via visual imagery preventing those watching from being caught under the sway of the Queen. a request for heavy support was sent to them with the video. Serephir glanced at Grievous somewhat surprisedly. "It seems your security down there needs some improvement. Your turf. your call" said Serephir. he began planning the nessecary forces to eradicate the aliens currently making their home in the bowels of the tower...

Grievous tapped his chin as he watched the scene. "We need to get down there and take care of that alien leader who's controlling Lissarkh, but don't hurt her."

Lissarkh raised her hand, pointing the palm out at the VAMCEb soldiers. She hissed, more sharply this time, "Do not make me repeat the question!"

Serephir nodded, before giving the order to the Drones. he then began sending commands to the Vardian fleet above for support forces, being wary not to bring in living forces, limiting it to machines only. it was obvious that human forces would just result in his men turning against him...

Analysing the situation, the T-31 Assassin gave the other forces with it their orders acordingly. active camouflage was put online by the T-31, T-20s and the small spider-like drone, the mechanical task force disappearing before Lissarkh's eyes, the Spider-drone scuttling towards the large metal container as the Assassin suddenly shot upwards, attaching itself to the cieling with 5 tendrils, as the dozens of others activated their cutting lasers, aimed at the skulls of all targets. the T-20s, using a combination of stealth camouflage and padded legs, moved rapidly but silently towards the walls, as 2 of them began opening fire, muzzle flash non existent in their weapons due to the covert nature of these varients, a hailstorm of bullets being unleashed into the creatures. they had been ordered by Serephir not to harm Lissarkh under any circumstances, but to disable her combat capabilities if she attempted to seek out and attack them. her force abilities wouldn't be much use as they were machines, and didn't have a force signature to trace, so the risk was minimal...

The aliens scattered back into the shadows, able to somehow "see" the cloaked drones. Each one landed on a separate T-20, stabbing them with their armor-piercing tail blades, inner jaws, and sharp claws, all of which could tear through some types of starship hulls. Lissarkh, able to see what the Queen did, Force Pushed the Spider-drone directly ahead of her, sending it flying away. Activating her Lightsaber, she leaped up at the ceiling, trying to impale the T-31. The Queen herself stayed partially hidden in the crate, watching the battle, but not making any move to fight, at least not yet...

the T-20s calmly and efficiently impaled the Aliens on their backs with their tails, firing concentrated plasma beams into the creatures' bodies, cleaving right through them and continuing onward, the T-20s then proceeding to throw aside the smoking husks and opening fire at the various aliens in the room with their gatling guns, while the plasma cannons were aimed at the Queen. meanwhile the T-31 easily jerked itself out of harm's way and swung one of it's armoured tendrils at Lissarkh's arm just as she swung at it, dodging the blade by arching around the blade, and clamping shut on her wrist as another few tendrils swung around her body as it heaved her up, wrapping around her tightly to insure movement was impossible, her arms being held tightly at her sides and the lightsaber knocked out of hand, the T-31 then proceeding to move along the ceiling with it's captive to leave the combat zone, the T-20s ensuring that nothing interrupted, while the Spider drone scuttled back towards the crate from behind, climbing onto one of the closed ends of it, out of sight of the queen, confident the other forces would have drawn the Aliens' attention away from it...

meanwhile, back on the peak of Vassek, 4 more pods came down on the landing pad, each opening up, several S-Varient T-20s climbing out, one from each. these were the heavy weapons varients of the T-20 line. made especially for crushing infantry, and even having several anti-armour weapons. it's tail tip was wider, though somewhat flattened, and it's pincered claws were bulkier, it's whole frame being far more heavily armoured than the R-Varients currently fighting the Aliens below. behind the ST-20s, no less than 6 D-70 Bio-mechs moved in. each one roughly 6 feet tall, the humanoid drones were non specialised multi-purpose combat drones. they had raptor like legs with taloned toes, a narrow torso covered in armour formed the platform on which it's weapons were mounted. on either shoulder were sets of 3 plasma auto-cannons, and the left arm was geared with a pulse cannon originally designed for use in mining on hard-surfaced moons and planets, to cut down the time and effort. the right arm was equipped with a large, taloned hand. beneath the feet, out of sight, were wheels that could be used in cases where speed was needed. it's head was flat along the sides and triangular in shape when looked at from above, the 'snout' of the drone ending in a vertical slit, in the center of which was a small red eye glowing within a hole within. attached to the left arm's pulse cannon was a grenade launcher, and a small SMG hung from a strap around it's waist. the task force marched forward to Serephir, before moving on his orders down to the Storage chambers, fully armed and geared for combat...

Joining Serephir's reinforcements were Droidekas, which rolled alongside them in wheel mode, ready to deploy as soon as they got to the room...

Lissarkh hissed furiously, trying to struggle free, lightning arcing from her fingertips and striking the T-31 over and over, some of the bolts accidentally hitting the T-20s below. The agile aliens, four of them remaining, jinked in different directions, easily dodging the gunfire as they crawled along the walls and ceiling of the room. One leaped on top of a T-20 from above, inner jaws slamming into the scorpion-like mech's "head," while the tail wrapped around the T-20's stinger, keeping in a vice grip to prevent it from impaling the creature. An acidic spittle leaked from the inner jaws, going directly inside the T-20, taking effect with shocking speed as it melted through the machine's innards like tissue paper. The Queen stayed back, the crate mostly shielding her from the plasma cannons as she watched her children fight...

the reinforcements rapidly descended to the storage chamber, as the T-31 jerked slightly from the Force lightning, it's sound and sonar absorbant rubber-paint coating helping to minimise the damage done to it, the machine proceeding along, a single narrow jointed leg extending from the bottom of it's large crested 'head', almost shrimp-like in appearance, the limb splitting at the tip to make way for a narrow needle, which it then inserted into Lissarkh's jugular vein, injecting her with a sedative, making sure Lissarkh couldn't move to use her force powers again. meanwhile, below, the T-20 that had been attacked activated it's tail mounted plasma cannon, it's powerful hydraulic joints moving it enough to get a decent angle, the blast vapourising over half the Xenomorph's elongated skull and cauterising the wound at the same time, leaving no chance for the aciding blood to touch the machine, as it suddenly jerked it's tail free, it's pincer locking around the Xenomorph's body as it slipped to one side from the force of the jerk, and hurtled it away, the other 3 T-20s holding off the other Xenomorphs, their plasma cannons now being used to hit what bullets couldn't. the T-31 above activated it's plasma beams, swivelling them towards the Xenomorphs, using the startling speed of the weapon's manouverability to sever the limbs off one Xenomorph unlucky enough to be within range. the force moved towards the exit, where the T-31 moved in while the T-20s began to hold off any offensives, the reinforcements almost there, while the T-31 began to head for Serephir, the unconscious Lissarkh kep securely within the numerous metallic tendrils of the machine...

The damaged alien fell from the wall, landing on top of the damaged T-20, blood spurting from the missing limb like water from a punctured hose. The acidic blood poured over the machine, even as the furious alien lashed out with all tis limbs, stabbing, clawing, and biting the damaged machine as its blood swiftly ate away the armor. The furious Queen bounded from the crate, knocking T-20s out of her way as she charged out of the room, her three remaining children following her from the walls and ceilings. The monstrous Queen screeched in fury, trying to catch up to the T-31, simultaneously using her telepathy to slowly wake Lissarkh back up...

in a final moment of glory, the damaged T-20, brought it's legs closer to it's torso and rolled, crushing the Xenomorph under it as it began to expend it's fuel at an alarmingly high pace, intending to self destruct with explosive consequences, the remains of the armour now glowing red as the machine opened fire at the Xenomorph Queen with it's gatling guns and plasma cannon, detonating as the Queen neared it, molten metal being blown outwards from the most damaged parts of it, which it deliberately turned to face the Queen with, the molten metal burning into the Queen's armour as chunks of red hot claw hurtled in all directions, a chunk hitting another Xenomorph as the remaining T-20s destroyed the oncoming debris with their plasma cannons, the T-31 escaping down a corridor to the upper levels...

The Queen reeled backwards and screeched, but her armor was merely scorched by the blast. Even more furious now, she continued her charge, and the wounded alien limped after her and its brethren, completely ignoring its injuries...

a missile screeched out of the corridor, arching through the air and slamming into the Queen, as the ST-20s and thier D-70 comrades moved in to assist the original RT-20s, of which only 3 remained. meanwhile, the T-31, now out of danger, moved at a faster pace, soon reaching the control room, it's glowing red optical orbs twisting withi their shadow-shrouded armoured frame, Serephir nodding satisfactorily. "We need to get her somewhere secure. until we can figure out how to fix this little mind control situation, she's a threat to the security here" said Serephir as he looked at Grievous seriously...

The Queen jinked to the side as the missile flew towards her, the projectile flying back behind her. The alien screeched as she charged straight at one of the D-70s, claws swinging as she prepared to eviscerate it...

Grievous snarled angrily and stood up. Walking up to Lissarkh, who was now fully awake again and struggling, the cyborg growled, "I challenge, you, alien, to a duel to the death. Between me and your true form." Lissarkh stopped and glared back at Grievous. At the same time, the Queen abruptly stopped her charge, instead standing straight and staring off into space. "How... honorable. You are the Queen of this hive? Very well then. I will destroy you and take my place as the Queen Mother of this planet!" Suddenly, Lissarkh blinked and hissed groggily, "What the f... Where am I? Why is this droid keeping me tied up?!" "It's a long story. For now, I have business to attend to. You there, drop her. She is no threat to us anymore."

the machines below continued, not seeing a reason to stop, plasma beams slamming into the remaining Xenomorphs around the Queen, a missile whizzing into each one, obliterating it, as the forces then moved to surround the Queen, weapons ready, just as Serephir's order came in to hold their fire...

"Grievous...i know you enjoy your honour battles, but please tell me what the point of fighting this thing hand to hand is when we could quite easily obliterate it with the firepower currently down there?" asked Serephir, eyes narrowing. he knew perfectly well that if that thing could take charge of Lissarkh and use her full capacity of force powers from the time it took control, it could also turn Grievous against them if the fight went against it...

"It's simple, really," replied Grievous. "That thing, whatever it is, wants nothing more than to survive, and keep this planet for itself by using us as food. It thinks I'm a threat to its survival, and it's right. That will keep its attention on me, instead of trying to take control of Lissarkh again. That telepathy, if I have it right, only affects those sensitive to the Force and other energies, like those you use, General. I won't be effected. I know I can't kill it myself, but I have an idea that will save us all a lot of possible damage. All I need is it to follow me. So, I need your troops to stand down, and only focus on the smaller aliens. Let me handle their leader. I've had enough of alien races trying to claim my planet as their own, and I will prove myself to be the better survivor!" Grievous turned and walked towards the door, two Lightsabers already in his hands...

Serephir thought hard for a moment, wary of the situation. he knew that Grievous was determined to do it himself, and knew that there wasn't much chance he could persuade him otherwise, despite his experience in such situations. but there was still a few things that bothered him. "And if your hunch turns out to be wrong and it DOESN'T only effect those with special powers? it's already attempted to get at me, i think, and has failed....but IF it turns out it can influence any living being...you included....then what?"...

"If it wanted to take me over, why didn't it?" Grievous said without looking back. Lissarkh, now free, rubbed her sore head, simultaneously rolling her eyes. "Uncle never was one for planning very far ahead..."
