"That's unfortunate....because this conflict is due to your actions.......i do not take kindly to attacks on my allies" snarled Horus, his tail swerving back and forth behind him, his jaws glowing as the occasional drop of yellow plasma fell, hitting the ground and burning a several hundred foot hole where it landed. he could see te buildup of energy in it's head. the moment it fired, if it chose to, his beam would be fired back to counter it, or at least negate it...

Proteus emerged on the outskirts of the city, closer to the mountain. he noticed that the machine on the mountainside had it's attention of Horus, and its back to him. Taking advantage of the opportunity, Proteus took to the air once again, this time flying straight for the Duvan'Rah, though ready to dodge if the machine somehow noticed him before he could close...

The energy centred over his eye, building up on a single spot, shining brightly. His radar detected another contact approaching, his sensor bar rotating around his head to scan it, his main eye kept locked on the dragon. It was the real threat for now. He rumbled "Conflict with the Egyptian frame is inevitable. I fail to recognise where you fall into this system, machine-creature."

Suddenly, a small chunk of concrete careened into Setsus' back. The scorpian machine was suspended, tenticals wrapped about a mangled metal beam jutting from the building. Swining back onto the structure's wall, Placentra opened minigun fire on the larger monkey Duvan'Rah....

"I didn't expect you to....simply put: i'm here to put an end to your attacks" snarled Horus, his scanning noting the appearance of Proteus on the scene. it was a fact he both was thankful and infuriated for. while his assistance may help to take down the Duvan'Rah, it also risked drawing it's attention back to the city, where Osiris and Placentra currently were. he hoped they were safe...

Finally, a massive tremor shook the scene, Tundra soaring over the city and crashing down a few blocks from Osiris's downed body. Confused, he looked about the post war scene awkwardly, noting the cyborg, the other biomech in the distance and the unidentified monster. Looking down at Osiris once again, Tundra thought to himself "Well well..oppurtunity presents its self...I could easilly take him now...but do I want to finish what I started?" He assumed the other two monsters were fighting to protect Osiris, having seen their reaction to the attack on him. It would mean that the Duvan'Rah in the distance was the enemy because it was surely looking to bond with Osiris as he had tried so long ago.. "The enemy of my enemy is my friend.." Tundra growled as he turned to the mountains, maser turrets in his arms sliding out of his blue fleshy armor, ready to help Osiris' allies, atleast, for the moment...

Without another word, Xolotl unleashed his hyper laser, the flowing orange beam bursting into life, striking towards the dragon, Xolotl mainly meaning the continuous blast as a distraction as he prepared his next attack...

Setsus bounded away, catching onto the building across the way, the bullets pinging into his armour and throwing sparks up around his arms. He stretched out his left arm and fired his pulse blaster, the blue beam striking the scorpion and engulfing it in an explosion, hopefully enough to blow the small machine apart.

a satisfied look entered Horus' eyes as he responded with a plasma beam, intercepting the maser blast half way between the two monsters, his nose horn crackling to life at the same time, glowing a bright whitish yellow as a powerful bolt shot forward towards the Duvan'Rah's head...

Xolotl's hyper laser managed to engulf both the plasma beam and the lightning bolt, holding its own against them. The massive machine's servos began groaning with effort, Xolotl rising up as he moved into a walk towards Horus, still holding the beam. He held out both his arms at an angle, firing a few rounds off with his shruiken cannon, the shells hammering into the dragon's front left leg, aimed towards crippling the limb while his sonic blaster charged up again...

As Proteus got closer to Xolotl, he fired his heat ray, slamming the beam into the Duvan'Rah's back, trying to knock the creature from the mountainside...

Blue electrical pulses flew past Horus and Proteus, the maser blasts coming from the advancing Tundra, who lumbered through the city and trampled over already damaged and weakened buildings in his way. Frome his houlders, bulky launchers rose into place. Shortly after, a missile barrage rand out towards the mountains..

Placentra laucnhed off of the building just before the blast hit, the explosion blowing apart where he once was, however. A tentical shooting out onto the building next to the one he was just on, Placentra swung about, minigun fire ringing out..

Horus began stepping backwards as he maintained his fire as two volleys of missiles were fired, slamming into the Auto Cannon and Sonic Blaster in an attempt to temporarily disable the weapons, the Dragon moving backwards to move his limbs out of the Duvan'Rah's firing range...

Xolotl let out a loud rumbling, his own missiles firing off, managing to intercept most of the dragon's, though plenty still hit home. The rest flew off to intercept the ones detected from behind. He aimed his sonic blaster forward, setting it to a thin area of effect and fired it, a beam like cone of sonic energy roaring out and slamming into the dragon's chest, flinging the dragon backwards at an angle across the rocks. As he did so, he rotated his turret and arm around, firing off a shotgun salvo from his Shruiken cannon, the cluster of shells pelting into the second dragon, covering him in explosions. Hopefully the burning hot shrapnel would rip the creatures wings apart and leave it grounded...

Tundra's tail whipped about, his jet pack of a space craft burst to life, lifting him off the ground and then over the the battle ahead. Seeing as there was another Duvan'Rah in the area fighting the other monsters, it was competion for Osiris' body. Three monsters attacking one was more than good odds, and if able to drive off the aggressor and enter the comfort zone of Osiris' allies, he could easilly merge with Osiris' fallen form and become more than a match for the dragons with ease..that is...until he had inscentive for actually helping his fellow Duvan'Rah with his goals...

The shots from Xolotl did little except put medium-sized holes in Proteus' body, though these swiftly closed back up, doing little except temporarily stun the monster. In retaliation, eyes glowing with fury, Proteus slammed bodily into the machine, clawing and biting anything he could, to try and both distract and damage the machine...

Horus flipped in mid air, levelling himself out with his wings and skidding to a hault as his claws hit the ground. as much pain as he was in, he knew that he had to make use of his chance, seeing the Duvan'Rah's distraction on a different target and immediately launching himself forward with the assistance of his jets, latching onto the Duvan'Rah's arm, crawling along the massive machine's frame so that he was on it's back, his claws shimmering white as the energy receptors activated, Horus proceeding to rip into the machine, his two forelimbs clamping around the machine's neck at the joint attaching it to it's head, in an attempt to try and sever the head from the rest of the machine, while his large sickle claws began ripping deep gashes into the machine's back, Horus using his vantage point to fire the plasma beam down onto the head from above, the immense heat rapidly showing it's effect on the armour, Horus trying to destroy what held he Ark piece in place...

OOC: I thought Proteus was damaged by extreme heat? how can a cloud of molten shrapnel do little damage?

Xolotl bent his knees, absorbing the weight of the two monsters and putting his sonic blaster on standby. He swung his arm up around, slamming his palm down on Horus's neck and grabbing hold of the dragon roughly and dragging it forward, over his head and into Proteus, battering the second dragon down and flooring both of them. He lifted a foot up and brought it down heavily onto Horus's neck, pinning the dragon while he unloaded another shotgun blast into Proteus, trying to knock him back and give himself some space... His armour was now covered in numerous scars but their claws weren't enough to fully breech it that quickly

OOC: Yes, but only in large amounts. It's like pricking him with a needle. It'll hurt him enough to stun him, but otherwise, it doesn't do much.

Proteus slid backwards as the shotgun blast opened a hole in his chest. While the hole sealed itself back up, albeit slower than his earlier wounds, he stood back up and fired electrical pulses from his wings to try and stun Xolotl and get him away from Horus...

Horus' roared in pain as the foot hit his neck, his tail clamping shut around one arm to stop the Duvan'Rah from getting a shot on him as he moved an arm to the leg, wrapping his clawed fingers around i and clamping down tightly on the foot, before pushig upwards, freeing his neck somewhat to allow him to adjust himself, bringing his other arm up and clamping his claws shut around the underneath of the foot, pushing upwards, a plume of orange energy glowing in his jaws before a thick plasma beam was unleashed into the Duvan'Rah's underside, giving him the leverage he needed to kick himself free of the Duvan'Rah and pushing himself away from where the foot was, getting to his feet, trying to put some distance between himself and the machine. the Duvan'Rah's armoured hand was being corroded by the acid that was in his spines, the acid having been injected into the armour when the machine pulled him off, the sheer force nessecary to pull him off having made some decent holes in it, though their similar composition meant that actual damage done by the spikes themselves was minimal. the acid however, would prove to be troublesome to the Duvan'Rah. he was thankful he had assistance against this machine...he didn't think he'd be able to handle it alone....not here...

Pred-1 was recalled back, the GDF ready to allow G1 to start, while Biovine itself seemed to sink into the jungle once more, drawing from the foliage around it to recover from the most recent attacks against it...
