After a night of no internet, I've been hit by another computer snag.

Some rogue game (probably either Diablo or Bf2) managed to accidently change the default fonts on my computer, I think. It's totally random. some fonts are bold, others are so skinny it's hard to read. I have to strain my eyes to read posts on RPGT for example. I tried using a fix which supposedly reset the default fonts, but it didn't work. Anyone have any ideas on what to do?

Use system restore. Reset it to a date before the problem occured...

IIRC, you've had BF2 for ages. i can't see why it'd suddenly mess with the fonts now. my suggestion would either be system restore, or find your Diablo save and back it up, then uninstall the game, followed by a virus scan. that should fix it...

wahey, thanks for the suggestion CS. It fixed it perfectly. don't know why I didn't think of it myself, System Restore used to be the first thing I'd try.

Funny...sh*t hits the fan all at once >.<

My PC is dead. For now. It fell to the same problem my old PC had (Not the virus, but the capacitors exploding...literally, but this wasn't as violent).

Ganna have to get a new motherboard. I intend to also upgrade my processor while we're at it. The thing being a custom built machine means the motherboard can be replaced without the entire thing going with it. Memory, graphics card, etc etc can be saved.

If anyone thinks they can use this to their advantage in RPGT E-war, they are mistaken. I'm using a laptop ATM, so I'm not cut off from the site. Using a primitive program called "MSN" T_T

It takes 5 minutes for my computer to simply refresh a page... cybercrap. Its graphic card sucks so much because of it I can't use Fraps ggrrrrr!!

I have a little question btw (and could you reply!? Each time I ask something nobody replies >:C ) , would it be better doing my monstah Geogorath (shortened to Geo) black...?
