Bullcrap I say!

I asked a ton of questions on the phpBB forum, and they said upgrading the site is basically making a NEW site using this site's information. That means if something goes wrong, all we have to do is reactivate the old site.

So the most damage your shitty internet could do would be sloooow the upgrade.

But by the time you're on vacation, you will have no excuses! D:<

We all go through a noob phase, usually when we were first introduced to this kind of stuff. Usually noobs think that forums are like texting, where proper english isn't needed, and that if people don't instantly reply to them, they get pissed.

Excuse me. I wasn't a noob. I was a newbie D=
But yeah, this was basically the first forum I started posting in a lot =o

And honestly, I hate it when I get texts like that nowdays too, it's annoying.

First impressions are actually important when you wish to join a community. Actually speaking the king's english will help in that regard

But as I said, everyone experiences a noob phase (Call it what you will, when you FIRST join, for most people, it goes beyond "newbie", but most quickly improve, if they have the motivation to do so).

KP wants me to acquire some information (Some of which I already got ages ago =_=) and said he'd try upgrading the site quite soon.

If your post count plummets, that would imply the posts aren't carried over, which we will avoid at all cost. Don't exactly want all the RPGs to go POOF

My noob phase was probably ban worthy in all respects
Luckily, those posts had to be cleaned up, so no evidence it ever happened!


Updated site will be a huge help.
The main draw for me will be the sub forums TT mentioned.

We'll be able to create a separate sub forum for profiles, instead of cluttering the rpg section with profiles topics.
Same with E-wars in random fun.
