Gaara chuckled. "The way i see it, we have all the time in the world" he said. "If you really want to flutter around, go right ahead. i'm sure you'll look real nice smeared all over the buildings when whatever's causing the chaos a few blocks away sees you....you know how mutants just love to socialise" he added as he began to levitate, his feet and lower legs turning into a plume of sand, as the sand on Seven's limbs lightened, but became more compact, making what little was left stronger, so that she could be stopped if she decided to play games...
"Ah yes, organised chaos. the sign of a clever but ever-busy mind. To the perpetrator, a carefully woven web of belongings and intrigue, but to the bystander? Madness!"

"I fly fast. And I've got a few tricks up my sleeves." Her eyes flared white for a few seconds as she blew a ring of blue-white flames before turning back to their usual dark coloring. "But I'll walk if you'd rather I not leave the ground." She started forward as she spoke, tracing the route in her mind. What am I doing...? she wondered. Turning Zero over to this guy like this...? ...But then...maybe Zero deserves whatever's coming to him...forcing a little girl to murder her own parents. She'd barely accepted that she'd been abandoned. She flexed her fingers again, focusing on that loose brick. She was relieved to hear it rattle faintly again. So it wasn't chance. I can still use my fire and my gift...that's good. I'll need them to get this guy into Zero's rooms...

"Doesn't matter to me whether we fly or walk. Either way you're not going anywhere without me knowing and letting you. Lead on.....Seven" responded Gaara...

Seven nodded, not really surprised that he knew who she was. Without warning, the demon's wings ripped out of her back. She flashed an impish half-smile. "Yes, mother," she said with mock seriousness. She went on more seriously, "I know the route by air better." She bent her knees and launched herself skyward, gaining altitude and speed as she went.

Gaara followed, hardly visible, looking more like a wisp of smoke or dust up close, hardly visible at a distance, the sand manipulator easily keeping up with Seven...

Seven's keen eyes were carefully studying every tall building, looking for the window with the painted snake. She knew where it was, but she didn't want to have to prepare for a sudden landing with her arms pinned like this.

"Just how many assassins are there near Zero?" came Gaara's voice, though he couldn't be seen in his dust form. by this point, the rest of the sand holding Seven's limbs had loosened, instead manifesting as a barely visible cloud of dust surrounding her, spread out widely enough to maintain the quantity of sand. if she tried anything, she'd drop like a stone, encased in sand instantly...

High up in the sky, clouds covered up the moon as Meta-Ridley flew up in the clouds, curious as to where the flyin gdemon was going. The jail robbery ealier went off without a hitch, and he had delivered the money to his master. Now, on his break, he had seen the demon fly off into a direction, and curious as to where she was going, took off after her, but was not flyin gup high above her head, so as to not let her know of his location...

"A few, if I know him," Seven replied, angling one wing for a quick turn. "Most likely, his second-in-command, Thirteen will be with him. Maybe two or three others." She scanned the buildings again and started a steep banking turn when she recognized the window art. "There's the building - the painted window is Zero's."

"Good...no reason to waste time then" responded Gaara simply as they neared the building...

"Crashing through the window to try and take him by surprise is suicide, thanks to his powers," Seven went on, half to herself as she angled towards the ground to land. "So...through the building it is." She touched down on pavement and paused to let her wings pull into her back.

Gaara materialised on the ground by Seven. hitting a few buttons on his phone, he sent a message to Yoru. it was brief and to the point. I've found Zero. once sent, he put the phone back in his pocket...

Seven pressed her hand to the door and called her flame to her palm, waiting until she heard the faint beep of the heat sensor in the door. A male voice called, "Identify yourself, demon." Instead of replying, Seven said clearly, "The night has a thousand eyes." "And the day only one," came the reply. "Welcome back, girl. It's been quiet since you left." The door slid open to reveal what looked like your average living room. A few people were lounging in soft chairs and nodded warily to her as she stepped inside. She caught the eye of one young man who had the eyes of a demon, and he mouthed, He's expecting you.

Meta-Ridley landed ontop of a tall building overlooking the entrance to Zero's building, the cyborg begins to tape all of the conversation, deciding that it may be useful data later on...

Havoc, ignoring the hero for now, continued to scale the building, slowly reaching the top...

"Do or die time, Speedy" The boy thought, planting his feet against the wall he was on, bending them at the knees. With a strong kick, he launched himself onto the building infront of him, running up the surface, a blurry streak before launching off, flipping backwards. He planted his feet on Havoc's head, springing off only seconds later, flying up and over the building, slamming down on the roof in a crouch, looking at the edge...

Havoc hissed angrily, leaping off the building and onto the other only a few feet away, landing on the roof of the slightly smaller structure, before darting across it on all fours...

The faint patter of foot steps caught the boy's attention. "Sneaky little b*stard...!" The boy muttered. He adjusted his stance to that of a sprinter's, and with that, launched himself off the roof, stream lining with the jump, soaring across the gap between the two buildings. Momentum sent the costumed vigillante into the symbiote, tackling the beast. The two rolled across the building several feet before the boy pinned the red creature underneath him, pounding his head into the roof as he sent a barrage of blurry fists into it...

A tendril shot out from Havoc's chest, wrenching the hero into the air as he prepared to attack, the symbiote hurling him back toward the edge of the building, allowing himself to get up...

The boy flipped backwards thtough the air, hitting the roof with another crouch, followed by a scrape as he slid further back. Finally slowing to a halt, the boy got to his feet. "This has gone on long enough, symbie!" The boy yelled to Havoc. "Its time to end this!" Just as he finished, the shortened sign- blade clattered down infront of him. The boy looked up to see the craft's entrance spiral shut above him, his alien friend saying "I thought you'd need that. I wasnt just taking notes back on that other building, you know!"
"What I need is you to get down here and get zappy happy!" The boy muttered, picking his make shift weapon up.
"Then who's going to give you aerial support?" Galaak retorted. It was a guise however. The beating of helicopter rotors approached the scene as a news chopper was monitering the situation, compensating for the blocked ground units. If he had beamed down and revealed himself armed...well, it would cause...panic...
"Too much exposure..." The alien thought nervously...
