Aircrest, having landed on a branch and wasnt on Bane when he grabbed onto the one he stood on, quickly pivoted about, looking at where he heard leaves rustling. His eyes caught the movement of the leaves in another tree, and Aircrest knew his enemy had tried to hide. He chuckled to himself as he leapt higher into the branches. Being green and living in the tree tops for almost all his life, Aircrest was a dangerous adversary in the canopy...

A hiss was audible in front of Aircrest, as Bane stood there, still hidden by the thick layer of leaves.
He jumped upward, onto a branch high in the treetop, emerging out of the dense foliage, waiting for the raptor to make a move...

Suddenly, Aircrest's form shot out of the leaves above, slamming into the Dromeosaurus' side, knocking it off the branch as Aircrest's claws sunk into his flesh. The raptor had been laying in ambush in the branches above, scent disguised by the many leaves that brushed against his skin, which blended into the greenery. The two raptors fell many feet through the tendrils of the trees, before Bane slammed down on a branch. Letting the force of the fall transfer into his enemy, Aircrest sprung off of Bane again, landing on a nearby branch as leaves rained down around them...

Bane snarled as he hit the branch, but quickly recovered, grabbing the raptor by the leg with his dexterous arm before he could jump off, and pulling downward, causing him to fall...

As he was wrenched back, Aircrest swung his other leg swung about, the sickle claw scoring across Bane's fingers, leaving deep cuts in them as well breaking the Dromeosaur's grip. Though free, Aircrest still fell, unbalanced. He twisted about as he fell, tucking his legs under him as he did, landing hard on a branch below...

Bane followed, jumping down on to the raptor, causing it to slide off along with the dromaeo. Both tumbled downward, falling through the air, Aircrest finally hitting the ground, with Bane on top of him. The violent dromaeosaur slashed his sickle claw downward, burying it deep in the raptor's side...

As Bane dropped down, Aircrest leapt up at him, the two colliding in midair. Aircrest began raking his clawed hands across the other raptor's body, along as stabbing in his toe claws into him as they fell from the branches...

As the raptor reached his hand up to claw at him, Bane used his jaws, swiftly moving his head and biting the opponent's hand, crushing ligaments and tendons, still as they fell through the air.
Wish a snarl, the dromaeo yanked backward, and a snap was heard, possibly indicating the raptor's arm was torn out of it's socket, just before they landed hard on the ground, the impact forcing the dromaeo to release the raptor's arm...

Aircrest screeched as his hand was bitten, swinging his other hand into the side of Bane's head as a reflex. He dragged his claws along the Dromeo's head, narrowly missing the eye, the pain alone forcing Bane to release Aircrest's hand, which was bleeding, but not seriously injured. With an angry snarl, the raptor head butted the Dromeosaur, dazing him. Shifting his weight about, Aircrest angled Bane under him, the two hitting the ground after, the raptor's sickle claws being driven deeper into the dromeosaurus on impact...

Bane screamed as his head was scraped by Aircrest's claws, shaking his head to clear the blood dripping down from it. Blood getting into his eyes and blinding him could be fatal here.
He barked once more in pain as they landed, from Aircrest's claws, but rolled with the fall, making the claws scrape against him, rather than into him.
Getting to his feet, he streaked forward, slamming into Aircrest, and knocking him back into the ground, before driving his fatal claw into the raptor's lower back...

Aircrest rolled once he was dislodged from Bane, his claw slamming into the ground with a loud thump. Aircrest, now on his feet, sped forward and jumped, kicking his feet into Bane's side, all of his claws hitting their mark on his body. His weight drived them all down, leaving several bleeding gashes on the Dromeosaur....

As the raptor rushed Bane, he swiftly stepped to the side, just before the imparct,, avoiding Aircrests blow. He let the raptor go past him slightly, then snapped back to the side, hitting the raptor as he jumped, and knocking him over. Bane then jumped back slightly, keeping an even distance between the two.

Once Aircrest saw Bane step back, Aircrest slowed down, skidding across the ground past him a bit. He snapped his body around, seeing Bane trying to attack. With that, Aircrest rose a leg. In one fluid motion, he sent his foot into Bane's chest, claws sinking into the flesh before being raked across as Aircrest swung his body about, his clawed hand swinging into the other side of the Dromesaur's head....

As Aircrest put his foot out, Bane quickly crouched, making his head level with the raptor's foot.
He grabbed his opponent's ankle in his jaws, swinging it upward, causing the front half of the raptor's face to go down. Aircrest fell flat on his stomach and chin...

As Bane tried to bite Aircrest's leg, he missed, the claws flying into his mouth. His tongue was shredded by the passing weapons and gums ripped, blood spewing out of the Dromeosaurus' mouth. Aircrest brought his hand down on Bane's head, forcing it down further before swinging his other leg up, claws slamming into Bane's neck, shredding the jugular vein and the sickle claw embedded in his wind pipe. His attack was a massive mistake, and he paid for it with his life...

Bane made one final, insolent move, spitting blood at Aircrest's feet, before letting out a last breath...

"Even at the brink of death, you still defy your killer. I dont know wether to commend your spirit...or pity it. Regardless, your troubles are over" Aircrest snarled at the dead creature, wrenching his claws out and letting its body drop. With that, he turned around and headed off for a stream, bloodied and tired...

Over all, a good fight EE. There were some awkward moments, like trying to bite Aircrest's ankle when his claws are flying at Bane's head. Thats not gonna work out too good, is it? :P

Well, Airy's foot was level with Bane's chest at the beginning, so Bane just crouched and bit that...

and a good fight yourself, you're good at this <.>

if the blow had actually landed, Bane might have been able to bite his leg, but not his ankle, I doubt his neck is that flexible, and even then, it was more of a slash than a kick, which was going to let Aircrest slam his hand claws into Bane's head, and so on. Gotta be careful, or you get results like the above
