Nguvu inwardly sighed in relief. he had come up with a little list of names that'd apply to both, just in case. "How's Uzuri sound?" he growled, glancing over his shoulder at the white lioness, already thinking of possible names to fit her unique appearance, in case she didn't like the name...

"Uzuri," Whitetip growled, trying the name out for herself. She liked the way it sounded. "I like it. What's it mean?" she asked Nguvu curiously.

"Beauty" growled Nguvu simply as he lifted his head from the water, turning to head back to his resting spot...

Whitetip - I should start thinking of myself as Uzuri now - froze, shooting a glance at her sister. It was obvious Redcl - Amani liked Nguvu...would she start to resent Uzuri because of this?

"Thats a great name for you, Whit - Uzuri, considering how white lions look more beautiful than the average goldish colored ones," growled Amani, glancing over to her sister.

"Thanks, Amani," Uzuri growled, relieved that her sister either didn't seem to mind or hadn't gotten the implications. I hope this won't come back to haunt me... "Your name fits you just as well."

Nguvu smiled as he eyed the two. "I'm pleased you both like the names....my father would probably have come up with something much more imaginative...but i did my best. there were other names i came up with. Uru...Shwari...Nyota. those were options for Whitetip specifically. Uzuri was one that'd work for both of you" he growled as he stretched one of his legs that felt stiff, a soft crack coming from it...

"I think the name Uzuri fits White Tip more than it does me," growled Amani, smiling at Uzuri. "Also, I think we should head back to the area that we're calling home for now," Amani added, taking one last gulp of water.

[Hopeflower]

Uzuri smiled back, nodding. "Agreed." Turning to Nguvu, she growled curiously, "Did you really mean what you said? Would you take us to visit the wolves someday?"

"Of course" growled Nightbane as he stood, glancing across the savannah grass around them, which looked like flames in the dawn sunlight. "perhaps after i've paid my brother a visit" he rumbled, eyes narrowing as thoughts of his older sibling entered his mind...

Considering how much brothers you have, we should go along with you, just in case," Amani rumbled, looking off in the distance. "I think that thylacine followed us here while the fight went off. I saw some eyes peering at us from the bushes, but it was probally just waiting for the outcome so it could eat," Amani growled, looking back towards the area they had just fought at a few minutes ago.

"I'm not going to fight. only to talk" he growled as he began to walk, continuing the trek towards the territory of his brother's latest pride...

"I mean, only if one of them attacks, then the other two join in, we could help fight the other two while you take on Shadow, as I recall him being named that," Amani growled, continuing to follow closely behind Nguvu. The majority of Nguvu winning a fight against ALL three of his brothers was slim to none, reminding herself how one was fast and agile, one was bulky and strong, and the other, Shadow, was like a normal male lion.

Uzuri followed at a quick trot, growling, "All the same, if things turn ugly, you'll need a few extra sets of claws with you."

Night and Lusa were curled up together, the pup in the curve of the older wolf's stomach. Both were comfortably full from their meal the day before.

"Shadow is a nickname he was given for his dark pelt" growled Nightbane as he walked onwards. "His original name was Kivulu. an adjustment of Kivuli. it means Shadow. but that name changed" he explained...

"Oh, well we could still take him and your other two brothers if they try attacking, anyways. They might as well be stronger than us all combined, but we got some tactics to provoke and confuse them," Amani continued with a low growl, slowly treading behind Nguvu. Amani suddenly had a weird feeling that she never felt before. She felt like she was in love, with Nguvu, yet still thought she was just thinking she was in love with him, since they had barley known each other.

The Lion chuckled. "Don't worry. they won't dare attack unless they're at serious risk of being harmed. the younger two are my younger brothers. a year younger than me. It might not be much, but that, along with the reputation i had as a cub and young lion mean they're terrified of getting on my bad side. things may have changed, but i'm fairly sure they won't risk crossing me" he growled. he could see the curve in the river where it got shallow. and nearby, the tree he had rested beneath the previous two days. it was still quite a distance away, but he was a lion with notably good eyesight...

"Am I supposed to know you, Jaguar?" Titanis snarled, to which the Jaguar snorted a chuckle. "Oh yes... Seems as if your memory's not as good as your fighting skills... Perhaps a refresher is in service..." the jaguar growled as he lifted up hi spaw, a large hole being in the middle of the paw. Titanis looked at it carefully, before suddenly realizing just whom the jaguar was. "I remember now... We fought over that Hippo carcass two years ago... I bite you there on the paw and inflicted that hole there..." Titanis snorted, before bursting out in laughter, only to recieve a paw to the face from the now angry jaguar, sensing him toppling head over heels. "How could I have forgotten that embarassing defeat! Now, though... I'll show you why your kind's virtually extinct here in the reserve!" The jaguar roared as he lunged at Titanis...

"Well, they could have changed over the years, unless you saw and talked to them not to long ago," Amani rumbled, looking at Nguvu. "If they don't attack us on the other hand, we should be fine when we go to see them," she added, rumbling, still glancing over at Nguvu.
