[Godzilla Forever]

A strange smell catches in Khorne's nose. It was not familiar to him, but that didn't matter to the grizzled Basilisk. Time was against him; he would need to eat again soon. Driven by hunger, the basilisk begins to circle to bottom of the cliff, looking for some rocks to use as support on his way up.......

Natasaika continues pressing up against the rock, still tightly curled up and crying from what had happened to her. She did nothing wrong to either dragon to be put within this situation, yet they threw her up onto this mountain to seemingly die. She thought something would soon find her and simply eat her without hesitation, seeing how vulnerable she was at the moment...

Khorne, seeing how steep the cliff is, Khorne decides to use deception to get his prey down. In his most friendly, un-animal like voice, he hisses:

"Hello? Is there anyone here? Helloooooo?"

Natasaika still seemed to ignore everything around her until she heard the voice, before responding, "who's there?" She pulled her head from her curled form and glanced around, but couldn't manage to find the source of the one calling her. She still looked around, not finding anything before getting up to investigate further...

Septimus was pulled from his thoughts and humming by the screech, turning his head to identify the source...a serpent on the ground. grunting, he continued onwards, returning to his humming. it was no longer his conscern. as he ascended into the clouds, the surrounding winds overwhelmed any sound that could be heard below. once he emerged above the clouds he levelled out, stretching his wings out and gliding onwards, his tail held back mostly straight, allowing him to fully control his direction simply by moving his tail..., the Dragon glancing around through the gaps between the clouds, content to just glide up here for a bit before seriously searching for a large town...he was fairly sure from his last search that most of the villages around this area were similar in size to the one he had just attacked...

Out in the city of Tristan, people were already out buying groceries and chatting with one another, when a knight on horseback came riding down the pathways of the town. When he reached the local marketplace, the horse stopped, and the manlept down from the horse's back, before pulling out a large scroll prepared for him by the King. "Attention all people of Tristan! "The man began, after he had cleared his throat of any mucus in it. "Earlier today, our beloved Pope Jeetis was murdered by a twisted servant of Emperor Trajan!" At this, those people who weren't paying attention turned out in shock and horror, any bags or food items in their hands smashed against the cold floor. "Thanks to the Popes daughter Dione, the murderer was caught very quickly. At noon today, the murderer will be killed not by hanging, or by the sword, but in the collusium, for all to see. At this time right now, other messangers are heading to every town in Germania to tell of this tragedy. Tommorow, a special service shall be heald by Trajan and Dione to honor Jeetis..." The messanger finished, befor einhaling deeply. He mounted back up onto his charcol grey horse, then sped off, heading off to other common meeting places to share the news...

Khorne, surprised that something actually responded, says:

"Oh, hello. Who are you? I'm an elf from around these parts."

Natasaika was surprised by the sudden response depicting whatever was with her was an elf, possibly from her own village to rescue her. "I am also an elf, trapped up her to be put towards a horrible fate," she replied, still wandering through the snow to find the source of the voice speaking to her...

Khorne snorts quietly. She should be easy to fool into his trap.

"Oh, you're up on the cliff? If so, I'm here to...... catch you, I guess. Jump down, and I'll catch you. Don't worry; I won't miss."

Khorne opens his mouth and rolls his eyes into his head, waiting for his prey to come down.......

"Uh... ok, I suppose," Natasaika almost silently replied, before walking to the edge of the cliff. She wasn't able to see much below from the distance she was at, and soon closed her eyes. Without much hesitation, she slowly let herself fall over the side of the cliff, befoe kicking off the edge and falling somewhat further from the cliff-face...

Khorne keeps his maw wide open, waiting for her to come.

"This is too easy," Khorne thinks to himself. "Perhaps I should hunt these beings more often...."

The elf quickly nears Khorne as she descends from where she was last standing at, hoping, out of pure luck, she'd manage to survive the fall. Natasaika didn't open her eyes for a second as she fell closer to the basilsk below her, not knowing that it was there to eat her and not rescue the girl...

Becoming impatient, Khorne's head lunges toward the elf. However, he struck too soon, and completely misses the elf.......

Natasaika's eyes open wide as she slide's down the basilsk's head and onto it's back, before trying to get a grip on Khorne to stop herself. Once she managed to stop, pain attacked the elf from the sudden jolt of her being stopped, but she tried her best to ignore it and hang on tight. She wouldn't let go anytime soon, not knowing how much further she'd actually drop if she had let herself fall even more...

Khorne turns his head to the elf, anger swelling up in his eyes, while spittle falls from his maw.

"Damn you, pitiful creature! You shall now be my prey!"

Khorne hisses loudly before his head strikes towards the elf....

Natasaika releases her grip on the basilsk's spike to begin free-falling again, watching as Khorne quickly nears his own back. As she slid further down his back, she grasped tightly onto another spike and held on, before shouting, "how about I offer you something else to eat?" The frightened elf knew she could easily hunt down something for the creature attacking her to eat, but didn't know if she could completely trust it...

Khorne bites himself, but not hard enough to peirce his scales. He snarls, releases his grip, and turns to the elf, hissing loudly.

"You, hunt.... for me? What could YOU possibly hunt that would be worth my time?"

"Something good enough to keep you from eating me, exactly," Natasaika replied, partially joking as she clung onto one of the serpent-like creature's spikes, waiting for it's own response. She glanced down for a second, feeling like the world below her was to far for her to reach, and decided to stick with Khorne for a bit...

Khorne smiles. It certainly wasn't a pleasant smile, and was probably nightmarish enough to make a youngling dragon cower in fear.

"Tell you, what being; since you are obviously lost, I will take you back to your home. However, before we get there, I will need you to help me catch some deer......"

Khorne growls lowly before hissing again.

"What say you? Or would you prefer the alternate offer?"

Khorne opens his mouth and flashes his fangs menacingly.

"I'd prefer catching the deer for you," Natasaika replied, holding on tightly to the basilsk's spike. She wasn't going to let go anytime soon until they were within the forest so she'd be able to hunt for the serpent, and waited for him to take her there...
