Desrium sits at the city's outer limits, watching the shimmering lights that stood out against the dark plains for miles. He lays his head down on the grass, looking to the night sky. The stars. They werent as prevalent in the sky as the night before. A few bright ones were visable amidst the glare of the city's lights. "How unfortunate" Desrium says to himself. "Because they want to extend the day, those people wont see the splendor of the night sky" He sighs, hearing the echo within his helmet before saying "How unfortunate" again. His thoughts shift from the sky to his present matter. Where was he going to spend the night? "Right here is fine, I guess" He thought. "Spend the night here and move off again in the morning... I think I sense a trend here" With that, the armored figure cleared his mind and let himself drift off to sleep, his red gaze peering into the dark sky above. A low droning lingers in the still night, as grazing beasts move along the grassy expanse.

The large Zeuglodon snorts in rage, before backing up into the water, it's jaws clamped firmy around the young troll as it drags the creature to it's demise...

In the area around the Basilisk, numerous eyes watch it wearily, slowly following it for the right moment to strike...

Septimus descended once he spotted the market place, the people below undoubtedly feeling him before they saw him, powerful gusts of wind being blown downwards as the Dragon beat his wings to slow his descent, his shadow cast over several stalls for a moment before the Dragon landed at one of the entrances to the square, furling his wings before walking forwards into the square, glancing around at the people and the various wares on sale...

Khorne continues dragging it along, letting out a low growl to show his supremacy over the creatures.......

The mother troll wraps an arm aroudn the beast's head in an attempt to get it to let go, the younger one screeching even louder, now getting deafening in its loudness.......

The people in the marketplace cowered in fear, recognizing the dragon as the one that appeared during the event. Those that were busy buying stuff began to hurry, not exactly wanting to be so close to such a powerful beast. three guards in the area reached to grab their crossbows, but remembered the dragon talking to the Emperor, though their edginess was still present...

The Zeuglodon began to thrash around, before two more of it's kind lunged out of the water at the mother Troll, ready to bite her...

Those Zeuglodons stalking the Baliliskturn back, the sounds of the struggle going on attracting them. Two large individuals, however, continue to track the Basilisk, seeing a lar larger food source than the trolls...

The mother troll, so focused on saving her child, ignores the monstrous sea beasts biting her, blood staining her form, now sinking her ape-like fangs into the creature while trying the use her free arm to pry its jaws open.......

Khorne lets go of his prey before opening his maw and flashing his fangs menacingly at the beasts. "Back away if you value your lives, peons!" Khorne snarls....

The Zeuglodon growled in pain, it's razor-sharp teeth hooked into the felsh of the young troll. The other two Zeuglodonslet go, but only for one reason, a reason that became inevidably clear as fire began to gather in their mouths. a single fireball flew out of each of the amphibion's maws, slamming into the mother troll's face as the creatures once again lunged at the Mother Troll, one aiming for an arm, the other at the throat...

The two Zeuglodons stalking the Basilisk snarl in rage, the element of surprise blown from them. The amphibions hissed in anger, before sinking below the surface of the swamp...

Khorne continues dragging his prey back towards his cave, now moving a bit quicker......

The mother trolls screeches in pain as she begins to burn from the fire raging on her. Unable to cope with that and the two amphibious beasts, she succombs to the assault quickly......

The baby troll keeps struggling, clearly scared and terrified.......

The two Zeuglodons began to drag the mother Troll into the depths of the swamp, where numerous other amphibious carnivores rushed to join the fray...

The Zeuglodon with the Baby Troll, easilly powerful enough to take down the Baby on her own, also began to drag her prize back into the murky water, to drown it...

The baby troll breathes its last breath before it is pulled into the murky depths of the swamp......

In the murky swamp, the Zeuglodons enter into a feeding frenzy, a few of them Death-Rolling to rip out large hunks of meat from the Trolls. The large female from earlier tears the baby in half, before lifting her head up high out of the water, the half in her mouth slides down her throat. Blood begin to flow into the rest of the swampy land, as more and more preadors of the swamp begin to gather to share in the feast....

Khorne makes it back to his home, and tosses the troll inside, slithering in after it.....

Septimus strode into the square as he headed for the store, glancing around and giving polite smiles whenever he noticed someone eyeing him uncomfortably. he finally arrived in front of one of the stands that sold food, the dragon feeling somewhat hungry. he glanced around at the various kinds of foods available, before growling "Do you have anything larger?"...

Those people in the marketplace backed up slowly, giving the dragon more than enough room. The person in charge of the stall, a young man in his 30's, white skin and dark clothing, looked up at the beast, trying his best now to show any fear. "Um, I think there m-might be something here." The man stuttered, as he began to rummage around through the inventory he had. FInally, he found what he was looking for, and struggled for about 30 seconds, before hoisting up a very large, dead, but cleaned boar before the dragon. "Will this be satisfying for you?"

"More than satisfying. thank you. How much will it cost?" growled the Dragon inquiringly as he eyed the man, trying his best not to be intimidating in spite of his size...

"That boar will cost ya about... oh I;d say a few golden coins, maybe 30 pieces of silver..." The man spoke, still trying not to appear afraid of the dragon.

the Dragon's scaley brow arched at the price, the Dragon smirking. "I bought 6 books for 6 silvers....seems your nation has a lot of wise, starving men" he growled with a chuckle. "What're the average wages of a man in Germania?" he inquired...

Uriel moved to the edge of the building, scenting the air in the direction of the market. All the food seemed to be there...but even from his perch some distance away, the dragon could see activity. This would make his theft even more difficult...snarling quietly in frustration, the dark dragon lept off the edge of the structure, gliding to the roof of a closer building, gradually nearing the market...

The man raised an eyebrow of suspicion at the dragon, before chuckling nervously. "The vast majority of Workers here in Germania are slaves. Their payment is shelter, food, and people to keep them company. But for those workers that aren't slaves, they're usually paid about 20-40 pieces of silver an hour, and the Minimum Wage is about 11 pieces of silver..." The man said. This was the first time he, or rather, anyone he probably knew, had ever seen a beast so curious about Germania... Most sapient creatures simply didn't bother asking, or simply read a book at the library and didn't ask questions...
