The sea serpent continued to slither toward the group, ignorant to their aggressive actions. Uriel, seeing the possibility of failure, begins to run around the undergrowth, making a large amount of noise to try and distract them...

Aviva snapped her teeth together warningly at the serpent, venom glinting on her tongue and fangs. Her mouth was producing more of the toxin in preparation for a fight. Meanwhile, the assassin spun and aimed his weapon at the source of the noise in the undergrowth, his back to Aviva's flank so nothing could attempt to sneak up on him.

Septimus snarled as he heard the sounds surrounding them. his eyes glared silver as the Serpent was suddenly pinned to the ground, the Dragon's senses narrowing on the sounds now that the serpent was immobilised, the Dragon suddenly unleashing a small, swift fireball, a blast of flame engulfing the area right in front of whatever the cause was...

Tetto'eko stayed back, behind Septimus, clutching his staff tightly. His head darted between the trees, before he spotted something in the skies above. "Uh, friends?..." he muttered, tapping Septimus on his tail...

The trolls rushes forward towards the brothers. The three goblins split up, the troll narrowly missing all of them in its assault. Lubba fires an arrow at its face, which gets lodged in the beast's upper lip. Bellowing in rage, the troll swings one of its arms at the goblin. Luckily, he rolls out of the way of the attack. Bubba fires and arrow as well, while shubba clibms back onto its back, stabbing it violently. The beast nearly flattens bubba when it runs aroudn a bit before managing to get Shubba off its back. Suddenly, the troll stops attacking. The beast quickly retreats back into the forest, as if it spotted somethnig terrible in the distance........ the brothers stand dumbfounded for a few moments at this. "What da hell?"

Kubba nods to shezz. "Many thanks, eld friend." He puts the book in his satchel.

"You keep it for free-no charge for item," Shezz said, not exactly knowing whether or not Kubba wanted to repay him in the first place...

Kubba nods. "Kind of you very much so that is."

[UndeadRaptor]

"So... any interesting new stuff happen to you or brothers over past few days, besides discovery of horned-animal?" Shezz asked after a period of silence, wondering if he'd be able to learn about anything new going on that his friend had heard or seen of...

Kubba ponders for a few moments. "Brothers said strange increase in forest trolls lately. Understand they do not why trolls increasing so suddenly. Stick to themselves they do usually. Bizarre it is that so many been seen near camp of ours. Stole pamphlet from traveller I did. Trolls popping up near cities across great forest it said."

"Seems the trolls are being pushed from native lands," Shezz replied thoughtfully, letting Kubba know his theory of why the trolls were popping up around the camp so quickly. "So, what friend think of this mess?" the goblin soon asked after some time...

Kubba responds, "Perhaps lumberers cutting down too many trees? Possible it is; wood needed it is more so for others than us goblins."

"Than trolls must be coming here as we don't cut so much trees down," Shezz soon responded, making the conclusion to why more and more forest trolls were appearing in the area around the camp...

"Bad feeling I have very much so about future of us and fellow forest dwellers........ eat much trolls do. One troll eat a LOT. Family of trolls cause big trouble. Such collection of trolls cause danger to others.... and themselves."

[UndeadRaptor]

"We may have to warn others of this and convince them to move, or leave the camp as outcasts if the amount of troll's grows rapidly," Shezz replied with a partially conscerned voice, feeling the fate of his fellow goblins wouldn't be good if they stayed for too long...

Kubba nods. "Agreed. First, wait for brothers and other hunters to return, we must...."

[UndeadRaptor]

"Some hunters may not return. Me and friend should pray they come back safely," Shezz said, knowing trouble would come to the hunters out for the moment, considering the population of forest trolls growing around the area...

Kubba nods. "Hope very much so that hunters not killed by trolls..."

[UndeadRaptor]

Shezz mumbles in agreement, before saying, "me just remembered something that happened just yesterday between me, friend's brothers and troll. One came and attacked brothers while me watch from tree, and we were nearly killed fighting it."

Ikargu continues flying some distance up in the sky, heading back to the same place he had gone to the day before to explore the kingdom some more out of his own curiosity. The dragon dove through the clouds into an area in the sky to get a better visible range of the ground below before he noticed the kingdom again...

Kubba says, "Small troll I'd assume? Big troll difficult it is for even humans to kill........."
