I don't know where they come from. It seems highly unlikely that they evolved naturally into what they are now - impossible, given what we know about evolution. Perhaps they are some kind of bioweapon, created millennia ago by madmen for some long-forgotten war. If so, I suspect that their creators soon came to regret their creation. Or perhaps they come straight from the warp. Possibly the Lords of Chaos themselves cast them out because they were too unpleasant.

Man, I remember back during the earlier Civil Wars... I didn't ever bother looking up what creatures IK and TT were throwing at me,so my minions were fighting Diablos and Tigrex without even knowing what they looked like... It all went well until Jhen Moran and Raiente began to show up...

If you get Monster Hunter Freedom Unite, Gira, one thing I'll warn you about is that the hitboxes in the game are flawed, so this might lead to some frustrating momments.

adjusted the security slightly. should fix our bot problem...
and Gira, learn to adapt. personally, despite it being annoying in higher HRs, i find it a fun complication. when fighting, there's no avoiding the hipcheck. you have to do the epic roll or superfly jump to dodge it. if you can pull off a perfectly timed epic roll consistently, then you are a master dodger. very little else will be able to land blows on you if you learn how to pull that off.

KP, when I DO get MHFU, I have a feeling I'll be having quite abait of trouble on it... just like I did on TRI... and, I won't be able to play with anyone, due to the Ad Moc style of multiplayer... But oh well... I will learn to adapt, and adapt well!
