The guards don't know what to do with the orge at first, but soon decide to end it and walk up to it, preparing to deal multiple blows to it's neck and try bringing it down. Natasaika walked outside after a moment with the young dog, the pup licking her face as she held onto it.

Shezz soon finishes packing, before leaving his home and walks back to Kubba's house with the supplies all on his back, knocking on the door soon afterwards...

A faint blue light appeared around Zazikel's maw, growing bright as the dragon's jaws were held tightly shut. Appearing on top of the inn, the cougar's eyes glowed blue as well, fanged mouth opening as a stream of freezing energy swept out over Zazikel's chest and neck...

Zazikel merely raised his clawed hand, the freezing energy wafting around it, curving away, and then careening back at the cougar...

A while later, the cart pulled up to a large wooden construct beside the cobblestone road. The path meandered and wrapped around corners, diverged at some places and intersected at others. The trip was quite long. Desrium looked to Syria and said "I thought you said it wasnt far" She shrugged and hopped off of the cart, proceeding to unfasten Perioul. "Im sure a wanderer such as yourself has walked farther. It could've been a lot worse. We could have been heading uphill if Daaven wasn't founded in this valley" She said as she undid the lizard's restraints. "Very true" Desrium replied. He thought soon after "I could have been in the ocean again" His first memories came up at the thought, and Desrium quickly forced the unpleasant images aside. When the last of the leather straps were undone, the lizard like animal shot off, quickly moving to the door of the inn. The front of the building had a deck and a slanted wooden awning stretching out over it, thin wooden supports holding it up. On the deck were a few chairs and tables, and on the end of the awning were many curved carvings, like the settlement's walls. Perioul's claws clattered across the deck until he reached the door, where he reared up onto his hind legs. He had a slouching posture so his head wouldnt brace against the awning. He fumbled at the door with his right clawed hand, hooking the door knocker with a talon and raising it up. The door knocker was made of black metal and it was in the shape of a Frondfoot's head. In its open jaws was a silver ring, and it was being held at the curved end of Perioul's claw. The lizard flicked its wrist, letting the ring swing down and thump against the door before stepping back with an awkward shuffling motion. He looked as if he was waiting for someone to open the door. Syria simply laughed at him. "You know where you sleep, you silly Frondfoot!" She walked up to the door, slipping a silver colored key into a lock below the door knock and turning it. Afterwards she pulled the key out, tucking it into her coat pocket while pulling the door open. “Desrium, do me a favor and unload the cart, while I go put Perioul in his enclosure” Desrium nodded and wordlessly turned to the cart, reaching over the side and grabbing a crate. It was fairly large, but he got a solid grip on the bottom of it and swung it over the edge of the cart. He started walking up to the deck as Syria was leading Perioul off of it, the lizard now on all fours. She was heading to the back of the inn, a nagging uncertainty bugging her. Could she trust the armored wanderer wouldn’t steal anything? So far he seemed trustworthy and seemed harmless, but things arent always what they seem…

Arsenic lowered his bow as an idea struck him, and leveled his gaze at the cougar. he couldn't sense Zazikel's mind while the beast wanted to be hidden - but maybe he could get contact long enough to launch a mental attack if the seeming shapeshifter agreed to this crazy plan. I have an idea on how to disable the dragon long enough to attack him, he said mentally to the cougar. But I need your permission first - it requires you to link your mind directly to his, and I may hurt you in the process of stunning him.

The energy snaked itself around the cougar, covering every inch of its form before solidifying, forming a sort of armor made of ice, its eyes still glowing blue from underneath the ice. If you think it may rid us of this menace, young creature, then you may do as you wish. the cougar replied to the elf, extending its mind out to Zazikel in a vicious mental attack, giving the dragon an extremely painful headache...

Thank you. In the same moment, Arsenic linked his mind to the cougar's and followed it's mental attack, adding his own to it. He concentrated his efforts on giving Zazikel such excruciating mental pain that the beast couldn't move for it, hoping he wasn't hurting the cougar in his attempt.

The Demon possessing Zazikel had his own formidable mental powers, his own attack launching at Tzeentch's and pushing against it, trying to force the shapeshifter's own attack back at him. He was having trouble holding back the combined force of both Tzeentch and Arsenic, but it was nothing more than a stalling tactic. Simultaneously, tendrils began to extend from the beast's life-draining aura, snaking towards both Tzeentch and the rest of the village...

bolting forward and diving into a roll, Andruil came up beneath the demonic dragon, driving his blade into it's chest and hacking sideways, ripping viciously through the beast's chest armour while it was disabled, Andruil's supernatural strength coming into play, furthering the damage...

Andruil's sword punctured the scales, and the dragon rumbled in pain and annoyance. It would take more than that to stop him, though. In response, a tendril from Zazikel's aura whipped out, wrapping around the man's wrist. Almost instantly, he could feel himself getting rapidly weaker...

Arsenic pushed forward harder, teeth sinking into his lip and breaking skin as he put all his effort into breaking the mental shield. Searching for cracks in the armor, anything he could slip through to deliver this bombardment of mental pain.

Tzeentch's own skill in mental attacks prepared his mind for such struggles, resisting Zazikel and coping with Arsenic's own attack fairly well. Faint blue slashes began to appear around the demonic dragon, hacking away a large portion of the tendrils with powerful bursts of energy...

Swinging a blade out at the tendril, Andruil cut himself loose, rolling out of the way, putting space between himself and the Dragon, the aura's temporary solid form enough for him to break free...

Even as the tendrils were severed, they simply regrew, extending from Zazikel's aura, stalled, but far from stopped. Those tendrils that escaped Tzeentch's attack reached into the surrounding structures, lashing out at any being that was unlucky enough to be inside, coiling around them and sucking away their very souls, replenishing the Demonic dragon's own strength...

Now free of the painful distraction from Andruil, Zazikel refocused his strength on the mental attack, his aura retreating from Tzeentch and focusing more on the weaker creatures in the village around them...

The servant rushes in towards Zazikel, pulling out a hidden dagger in his off hand and searches for a weak spot on the massive beast.....

One of Zazikel's life-draining tendrils grabbed the servant around the waist and held him fast, draining his life force at a faster rate than it was with Andruil because of the tendril's position...

The guards begin to impale the orge in certain parts of the body, going for vital spots while Servan and Natasaika meet, the former asking completely jokingly, "what's with the dog?"

As Shezz didn't get an answer from Kubba or any of the others after some time, he knocked again, as an entirely different goblin opens the door, the red one speeding off and knocking on Kubba's front door this time...

Desperate to free himself, the servant plunges Durbasr into the tendil, the sword letting out a hissing sound........

The brothers quickly gather the supplies before heading down the stairs. Bubba hears the rappnig at the door and opens it. "Yeah, Shezz, ya little scam artist?"

The ogre doesn't move, but isn't dead yet. However, it couldn't do anything as it slowly began to bleed to death...

Being a tendril of energy, the attack doesn't do much except weaken the thing's hold on the servant, though it still continues to suck away his life...

The servant changes tactics and swings his blade at the tendril, managing to cut through it before he backs off. "How are we going to kill this monstosity?! We can't even get close to it!"
