It won't, but do you really understand what voting for RPGs means? It means you are agreeing to participate, not just that you approve of its creation.

@ Galaxia: We had a zombie RPG too. It did decent, but was recently removed in the spring cleaning of the site.

I was aware of that Godzilla Forever,I was proposing to Kingpin if having it make a return would be acceptable,as like you said it did ok in it's original run.

Ah. well, if KP approves, I'd vote for it.

responding to the discussion of the Zombie RPG,

I honestly didn't want to remove it. I enjoyed the scenes i had in there. but the fact of the matter was that nobody posted in it. it was dead. any activity to be had was short lived. because nobody would put any effort into making a plot for themselves, and simply waited for others to make a plot for them to join. that. is. wrong. that is what causes inactivity. you can't sit around expecting other members to do all the work of developing a plot and you just tagging along. you have to do some of the work yourself. that's what makes an RPG interesting. extensive, creative interaction. by creative, I mean something more than just following people around. having a persistent zombie chase you around is not a plot. a plan for your character on what to do to get out of this situation, however, is.

if I see enough votes for a Zombie RPG, you will be given the option of having the previous one brought back [and make use of the events already written in there], or starting from scratch. however, all voters will be expected to remain active in the RPG. neglect will have it locked and tossed back into the archives...

I suppose a poll about it would have to be made to see if majority of the population on the fine website of RPGTopia think reviving the zombie rpg will be worth it

I'm no admin but if you'll take notice the last proper post was on August of 2010(not counting mine which was posted some time after it became inactive this was before I understood these things properly you understand),months before the cleanup had it put to the grave,so I'm not sure it would work

no point. we now have TWO dinosaur/prehistoric animal RPGs on the site already, and one of them is already all but dead. a third one will go the same way. there's a reason i keep telling you guys you should only have one RPG per theme. because another one would just be a slightly different-looking clone. it'd function the same way, and have the same content. use the ones that already exist. Isla Sorna Stories is there for a reason, people. you want activity with dinosaurs, go there. hell, you could just about literally use any creature that lived before the KT Extinction event. from the dawn of time to the end of the Cretaceous.
