Aurora sighed lowly, a bit skeptical, but appreciating the optimism. "I hope so. Blade won't remember it at this age...but if it keeps going...I don't want him to grow up feeling bitter towards the pack over something like this" growled the female as she tore a strip off the kill, carrying it over to the nest, dropping it near the edge for the three youngsters, Blade losing concentration on his new friends at the smell of food, hurrying over to his mother with cheerful squeaks, nuzzling her as she lowered her head, the tiny youngster almost small enough to be bite-sized, Aurora nudging him over to the strip of flesh and stepping back, Blade diving into the piece of flesh and chirping to his companions to join in...

"If the day comes where you must tell him the truth," Xanthe growled, striding back to Savarna's side as the more hungry members of the pack began to converge on the kill, "he will take it better from you than from any of us. Hopefully, he'll prove himself to be better than the ones who scorn you both." With that he settled at his mate's side, watching his two hatchlings approach the meat cautiously, as if they were afraid Aurora would growl or chase them away.

"Alright," Eradicus replied, agreeing with Gothmog, before stomping off in the direction of his home, leading the way...

Aircrest's feet landed on a branch, his sickle claws tapping against the timber with dull thumps, scraping off bits of dry bark. Golden light was streaming through the leaves of the tree tops, which in turn bathed the jungle with an emerald glow as the sun was dipping beyond the horizon. The sky around the daytime orb was a bright red with the farthest regions becoming a dark purple, the clouds taking on a light shade of lavender. The green raptor stepped about on his perch, allowing himself to lay comfortably on it. He rested his chin on crossed wrists, legs tucked into his sides. His tail draped off the side of the limb. "There goes the day," He thought, his eyes still looking to the sky. They caught the fleeting rays of the sun and took on a dim, fiery glow. "My work starts tomorrow..." He let out a sigh and let his eyes close, trying to ignore his headache and catch some rest. He intended to make himself strong...which meant training himself rigorously to overcome the obstacles of Isla Sorna

Gothmog follows behind Eradicus, sniffing the air to make sure he and his larger buddy are alone. All seems clear, save for the calls of small creatures and the scurrying of insects and lizards, so Gothmog focuses solely on the path he friend is going....

Eradicus watches ahead of him, sniffing the air only a few times, picking up no scents other than his own, Gothmog's, and that of smaller creatures. The carchar growled for a moment and led onwards, the two almost a quarter of the way there...

Aurora sighed, nodding. looking down at the youngsters, she smiled. "Go on, little ones. eat" growled the female through warm amethyst eyes as she lay by the nest, watching over the youngsters, though she always kept an eye on the other pack-members, just in case...

Once more, a row of piercing pain slashed into Bias's side, causing the deinosuchus to try to bite whatever it was. but as his lunge failed, only then did he notice the fish all jumping out of the water around him. there were numerous, small silvery fish, all splashing around the surface, some of them even leaping over the massive croc. It was then that his attacker became visible.

Out of the water on his right side flew a massive sawfish, one larger than any Bias had ever seen. The fish, over 25 feet long, was scarred, with numerous bite marks all over its body from crocs. The Sawfish splashed back into the water once it leapt over Bias. Now the Deinosuchus realized why it had been attacked... it still wouldn't save this Sawfish from becoming a meal...

Alira reached the food first, giving it a suspicious sniff. Cautiously at first, she picked at the meat, then began eating more ravenously as she realized how hungry she was. Cirrus didn't hesitate at all, wolfing down his share with swift bites, barely pausing to swallow one mouthful before taking another.

Gustav sank to the bottom of the river staring at the sawfish. Anger renewed he propeled himself forward at top speed opening his jaws around the sawfish. The water exploded as Gustav pulled the 20 foot fish into the air...

Bias whirled around as he saw the other Deinosuchus pull up the Sawfish. The fish was thrashing about, trying to free itself, but the teeth on the outside edges of its long snout failed to reach Gustave's hide. Bias snorted, twin vapors of steam blowing up from his nostrils. He would just have to find food elsewhere... perhaps down by the beach...?

Blade's head couldn't be seen for the food, the youngster having somehow bored his way into the slab, his entire head buried in the flesh, his legs kicking frantically to try and get deeper, tail flailing around as if it would help him get further into the slab, the youngster obviously starving, Aurora giving a low amused giggle as she watched the youngsters. "Eager little things, aren't they?" she growled as she shifted her amethyst gaze to Savarna, the purple eyes glittering in amusement...

Crusher soon waddled his way back to the cave, the large leg he was bringing with him making walking normally difficult, the Rex tossing the leg at the cave entrance. "Hey Darkness, you hungry?" barked the Tyrannosaur as he licked his fangs of the blood...

Savarna snorted, amused. "Oh, yes - they act like a pack of excited compies and eat like it too," she growled. "And it only gets worse as they get older." But her tone was fond as she watched the three hatchlings, glad that Aurora's son was settling in well despite the complications.

Gustav pulled the sawfish to the shallows as he watched Bias leave. While gorging on the sawfish Gustav notice some sort of predatory dinosaur drinking from the river. When he was finished Gustav slid back into the water and slowly moved towards Razorjaw...

Gothmog follwoed closely behind Eradicus, confident that the Carchar knew where he was going. However, he felt uneasy for some odd rerason.... he felt that there was something unfriendly lurking nearby....

Ba'al soon awakens from his slumber, shakes his head, and heads towards the river to get a drink of water, deciding that, after that, he will go and explroe the island some more....

Gustav was in striking distance of Razorjaw, with an explosion of water Gustav lunged forward protecting his stretch of river...
