Borris was starting to feel like a fool. he grunted "I cant remember the exact amount. but it was enough gold to live happily on for the rest of our lives. why is money an issue?"

Adeline bit her lip. "Let's just say that he's not going to pay you..." She trailed off. She had to go back to the ship to make sure everything was all right. She sipped more of her rum.

Borris was now starting to get really angry he growled "OK I want you tell me everything since you "dissappeared" beacuase we really dont like getting lied too."

Adeline was starting to think that it was a bad idea coming here, but she stayed. "The truth was that I ran away from home and became a pirate. My father doesn't know about that, so he thinks that I was possibly kidnapped. I travel with two other pirates. One is Captain Yuke Blood and the other is Captain James Sparrow. We came here because we just got done rescuing some kids from these satanic people. We were talking to the governer, but then James' ship got attacked by another pirate ship. We went out on our ships to try to chase the pirate down, but the Kraken came and took James' ship and James. Now we're all about to head to Singapore, then World's End." She wasn't sure if she should tell Borris about the money problem, but when she saw the still angry look on his face, she continued. "My father is currently in debt. The only way he can get out of debt is if I marry Eric. He was my singing tutor. He's currently with Yuke."

He stared out, the spyglass. He had now watched another ship went into Port-Au-Prince. Just what we need, another complication. He watched on, wondering how long it'd take.

Borris turned around and growled I need another drink. He got another mug if rum from the bartender and after alot of thought he turned back to adeline. he said "I have an idea, do you by any chance love this eric guy"

Adeline shook her head. "No, absolutely not!" She was very firm on that belief. She knew who she loved, and that was not Eric.

Borris laughed and said "Well this could make things a whole lot easir. This is what i propose: You come home with us. You marry eric, You daddy pays us our money. But you let a path into erics house open. We come in, get you out pretending to kidnap you then we let you off at your ship and everyones happy. We help you escape in return for plundering rights to erics house. how does that sound?"

"Marry Eric?" She scoffed at the idea of that. "I will not do that and I will let you go robbing him. I don't love him, but that doesn't mean I would betray him. He was my singing tutor after all."

Borris grinned and said "Well your lucky beacuse we have an alternitive, we actually kidnap you, and collect a ransom from eric, then we rob him" He nodded to a few of his men and they blocked the exit to the tavern.

"I have an idea, how about you men head on your merry way and we forget that this whole thing ever happened." She was getting nervous about this. "Oh, what a mess I got myself in," she thought.

Borris almost laughed "That would be fun wouldnt it, but then we dont get any money. Now on your feet!" Two men steped up behind adeline hands on the hilts of their swords.

Adeline just folded her hands. "Now that's no way to talk to a lady," she remarked with an innocent tone to her voice. "How about you try again?" She knew there were two men with swords behind her, but first she wanted to play a little game with them.

borris sighed and then gestured to the two men. They picked her up by the shoulder sand started carrying her towards the door. Borris grunted "Do we have to do this the hard way?"

"That's no way to treat a lady either," she mumbled and didn't squirm or fight when the men picked her up. "Though I do like being carried, it beats walking...well done!" She clapped her hands. "If this is the hard way, then yes."

They walked out the door with the other men following. They quickly disappeared down a side street. Borris wrote a quick letter and told one of the men to leave it in "the red dawn" Then he said to Adeline in a kind voice "Keep in mind that the good way inculudes a luxery cabin for the trip, and that the hard way inculudes a brig"

Adeline thought about it. "Hm, luxery cabin versus the brig. One sounds more tempting than the other. All right, I choose the brig." She was going to try to get on this man's nerves. "Wait, does the brig include food being brought to me?"

Borris was getting anneoyed he sighed and said "Yes freid rat and water we deem to rancid to drink." They arrived at the city gates where two garuds came up and shouted "HALT Two men drew pistols and shot the garuds dead without a word. They quickened their pace and ran towards where the ship was moored.

"Mm, sounds very, uh, delicious," she sarcastically said and wrinkled her nose. "But no, I choose the luxery cabin then."

The two men sighed with releif and put her down. two other men drew pistols and swords and pressed them to her neck. Borris sighed For some reason people never understodd the seriousness of being kidnapped. They got the boat ready, pushed Adeline into it and they started rowing towards "The Jackel" Borris barked "Hold her down! we dont want her jumping off" A man grabed Adeline by her shoulders to stop her from trying to jump into the water.
