I've been slapped with art block these past few weeks, so it was a relief to put pencil to paper and draw again. Yesterday, I got into a conversation about tattoos - couple of friends of mine are getting their first tats soon, and I'm aiming to get mine after my a** is outta high school. (Before you ask, no, it won't be this.

As most of my friends know, I am a huge dino-nut. Jurassic Park has been a favorite movie of mine since I was barely old enough to pronounce "Velociraptor". I've been wanting to do a design like this for quite a while - featuring my two favorite dinosaurs.
I'll probably keep this, and rework the design in a couple of years. I want to design one of my tattoos from scratch, and my old ones don't cut it anymore. This one, I like. But as it stands, it's only a "maybe I'd get it as a tattoo". The day I'm fully confident in my realism is the day I go for it.
I may redo this particular design several times before I'm happy with it; who knows?
