Cheaply manufactured from metal stampings, the MP40 was incredibly simple, and was mass produced at the outbreak of the war. even though it was cheap, it was an effective Urban or Close Quarters submachinge gun. It was favored by vehicle crews and lightweight paratrooper teams as it was small, could deliver supressive fire in an instant, and fit in and out of vehicles. However, it was prone to misfeeds and jamming of the user held the magazine as a foregrip.
