Adeline crossed her hands and legs. "Don't worry, I won't even try doing that." She wondered if Yuke and Eric got back to the Red Dawn yet, and if Eric found the note. She sighed and looked back at the port.

They soon reached the ship and climbed aboard Borris explained the situation to damein who cursed alot. Then he led Adeline to the geust cabin and locked her in. The jackel raised anchor and droped sails. Borris walked to the prow and cursed angrily. Adeline was going to caus alot of trouble...

Adeline walked over to the bed and plopped herself on it. She folded her hands and gazed out the window. She hated this. She hated all of this. She wished that she never went to the tavern today. She wished that she never met that man. "Well, Adeline. You had to blab your mouth about how your father went into debt and how you have to marry Eric. At least I tried to stay strong." Hopefully Eric didn't go after her. She didn't want Eric to get robbed. "But he loves me. Oh god..." She sighed deeply. How was she going to get out of this?

Meanwhile, Eric and Yuke were busy collecting the award from the governer. Yuke couldn't help but stare at the gold that was being transported to their ships in sheer happiness. They were all going to be rich!

Eric was also happy about the award, but he couldn't help but worry a little about Adeline. He hoped that she made it back to the ship.

One of the crew unlocked Adelines door and put a tray just inside. The food was moderatly good. much better than the stuff they get in the brig. he said "dinears up!"then closed the door forgeting to lock it again.

Adeline peered down at the wooden floor. She glanced up at the door again. "Well, I'm not hungy. I'm not going to eat," she thought. She carefully got up and cautiously walked toward the door. "I wonder if it's open," she murmured and tried to open it as quietly as possible. She sighed in relief, opened it even more, and walked on to the deck. Her eyes closed as she felt the breeze blow on her face. She walked to the edge of the ship and leaned against the edge, gazing out at the open sea. She opened her mouth and started to sing softly.

Eric and Yuke made their way back to their respectful ships. "That was a large sum," he managed to murmur to the other pirate Captain. "Adeline's going to be happy when she hears about it." He walked on to the Red Dawn and made his way to the Captain's Cabin. He figured that Adeline was in there. He was suprised to find a note on the door. "What's this?" He ripped it off the door and read it.

Borris was in Dameins cabin, they were discusssing the day and what had happened. Damein asked "so what exactly did you write on the note?"
Borris snickered and told him:"

Dear eric

Congratulations! You have won this peice of paper and all ink attached!
Its yours to keep and cherish! oh ya we also kidnapped your fiáncee and are holding her hostage, if you want her back your going to have to pay up big time. there is a small Island just outside port Au prince we will be on the coast with miss Adeline (your fiáncee). Also if you dont show up for 3 days, we will cut off her ring finger, try marrying her then!

A bunch of pirate mercenarys who want their money

They two of them started laughing when they were interupted by singing they scrambled out onto the deck to see Adeline alone singing in the dusk as the sun set. He cursed "Im going to gut that woman someday."

Eric cursed loudly, startling the crew from their work to sail off Port Au Prince. "Damn it, Adeline! She should've stayed with us!" He slammed the paper down, anger taking control of him. He stormed over to Barbossa's side. "Adeline's been kidnapped. We have to go get her," he practically yelled out. He glared at all the staring crew. "Prepare to set sail toward the Night Raptor." He was concentrated enough on the crew and commanding it to make Barbossa almost proud. "Move it now!" The crew scrambled all over the ship, trying to make it set sail as quickly as possible before Eric's temper got away with him. "Nobody steals Adeline away from me, damn it!"

Adeline's eyes were focused on the sun set. She was not paying attention to the two men who were behind her. It was as if the music took her over. She sang with passion and beauty. It was all thanks to Eric. He taught her that music should be sung with passion and feeling.

Borris and Damein Stood there watching her. Damein mumered "shes good" Borris agreed then they walked up knocked her unconsis and draged her back into her room. locked the door and then moved cannon ball over to the door for extra protection.

Adeline woke up a half an hour later to find herself back in her room. She felt a headache coming on and groaned. Her hand went up to her head and she tried to stand up, but the room was spinning, so she sat back down again. "Stupid men, stupid cabin, stupid...ah, who am I kidding!" She let out a yell and punched the pillow. Her eyes wandured over to her still untouched food. "I am still not eating it," she murmured and tried to stand up more slowly. "That's better." She walked up to the door and tried to open it, but it wouldn't budge. "Argh!" Her fist connected to the door. "You can't lock me up in here forever! I should at least have a little freedom to roam around the bloody ship," she roared and slid down to the floor.

[Screaming Eagle]

"Some men are dead, and some alive, and some with the keys to the cage, with the devil to pay, we make lay for Fiddler's Green!" Said Captain Will under his breath.. "Captain!" Shouted the First mate, Will looked and saw it too, the other ship was clearing Port-Au-Prince at top speed, while the Red Dawn and the other ship were sailing towards them at top speed too. Something was up. "Weigh Anchor! Take in Sails to keep us where we at for the moment, prepare for full Canvas on the command!" He shouted to the crew, again they responded like clockwork.

Barbossa was trying to calm Eric down. "Be quiet, ye! Ye have ta learn ta calm down in these types of situations!"

But Eric was having none of it. He was still fuming mad about his fiáncee being kidnapped. When they reached the Night Raptor, Eric shouted over to Captain Will. "Adeline's been kidnapped! They left a note on her door!" He picked up the acursed note and read it to Captain Will.

Damein spotted Three ships on their rear. He laughed loudly "It looks like rich boy eric isnt too happy about losing little miss Adeline! Full Sail!"
"The Jackel's" red sails all droped and the ship picked up speed quickly. The Jackel was small with not much guns but it was built for speed, and it had speed, they would reach the island long before their pursuers. Borris banged on Adelines door and unlocked it, he removed the cannon ball and let her out. He said with a laugh "Looks like your boyfreind is a bit angry, no?

Adeline shivered at the thought. She experienced a raging Eric once in the past. She smirked. "You men don't know his temper." She rushed out of the cabin to look at the three ships. They were getting farther away from them. What were they doing? Why weren't they going after this ship? Did they find the note? "Eric, I hope you have a plan for all of this." She turned to Borris. "What are you going to do once you get your money? Just lounge about like fat kings?" She was going to put up quite a fight with them.

Borris grinned and said "You know that dosnt sound half bad, but actually were going to go cut your fathers liver out and throw him to the sharks"

[Screaming Eagle]

"Hmmm." Replied Captain Will, instantly thinking since he heard they taken Adeline. "Arr, Which way they be headin'?" Asked Captain Will in a controlled calm voice. The ships had blocked his view of the other one.

"They're heading toward an island just outside of Port Au Prince. Just follow me." Eric ordered the crew to set full sail after the disappearing ship. "I will kill them if they do anything to harm her," Eric thought angrily. His hands clenched into fists and his emerald eyes were focused in the direction The Jackel was going. Captain Yuke's ship was also heading in the same direction. He was also worried about Adeline, but excited for some action too.

Adeline's own anger turned into fear once she heard those words come out of Borris' mouth. "Y-You wouldn't do that," she challenged. "And let me guess, if Eric doesn't come for me you're going to harm me, then sell me to some rich bloke as a slave." As soon as those words left her mouth, she wished she never said them. She covered her mouth with her hands.

Borris look horrifyed He replied "Of couse we wouldnt harm you! whats the point of that you havnt done anything than be increidibly anneoying. No, we would just kill and rob eric, dump you on board then sail off and kill your dad ad then finally get back to good ol pirating. we arnt bad people were just a bit pissed off right now" He laughed and toke out his telescope, he couldnt see very well, but he was sure he could make out some guy storming about in anger.

"He's going to kill you first before you get your hands on him," Adeline mumbled. She didn't forget what he told her on the night of his rage, what he did when he was sixteen years old. She rolled her eyes at his remark about not being bad people. "You kidnap a girl, then try to get money out of her intended, and plan to kill her dad once you get your bloody money, how is that not bad?"

Borris shruged "well we gave you an option at first which didnt involve anybody dieing except you didnt go with it becuase you had to marry eric, now becuase of that choice lots of people are going to die. That makes you a bad person!"

[The Kingpin]

Barbossa watched as the crew of the Red Dawn run out the guns. Barbossa put his hand on the arm of one of the crew members who was helping run out one of the guns, and said "Don't. not until she's back here. a stray cannonball and she'll be dead". the crew member stopped.. Barbossa continued to yell orders at the crew to keep the guns in, and after he managed to get the guns kept in, he went up to Eric and said "Let's not be hasty with the cannons. a stray shot and yer lass'll be a smoldering pile of splintered flesh". personally, he didn't care what happened. but he had to keep on the captains' good side if he wanted a chance at getting the pearl back...
