She kept silent, glaring at the tree line as she walked, knowing that at least one of her murderous relatives were watching, waiting for them to slip up. She growled, her jaws in a snarl as she spoke,"No worries about me. I will have both of your backs, even if we are outnumbered and at the brink of death." She swiped her thick tail side to side, ready for the upcoming battle.

The Rex nodded to them both, thankful for their support as he pressed forward. a booming roar ripped free of the Tyrannosaur's jaws, the sound spreading across the plains and into the jungles, audible for tens of miles; a direct challenge to Thrasher's authority. Only silence answered. As the Rex reached the edge of the plains, he glared into the forest, seeing the clearing just beyond where his very own egg had hatched 20 years ago. It was almost poetic; a place of life and death on a massive scale. He had been born here, as had his siblings. Most of those siblings also died here, alongside his father and grandparents. And now, Thrasher would die here as well...and who knew how many others. Perhaps even Crusher himself would be amongst the fallen...Who could really tell, in this dangerous game they played? Where each breath was worth more than its weight in blood, where every step was potentially one's last, where everything was a threat, a foe waiting for the opportune moment to strike. Not everything the Rex reminded himself as he stepped into the dark shade of the trees, the sun now high above, noon almost upon them. His brown and black hide was basked in the green, filtered light of a sun at war with the jungle canopy, the trees acting as a natural shield, a barrier against the harsh rays of a relentless star. Ahead, the light returned, marking a wide clearing, an extension of the plains if not for the shallow cluster of trees separating them. Thrasher's scent was overwhelming, as was that of several other Spinosaurids, and other predators entirely. Crusher could no longer rely on his sense of smell to guide him. From now on, it was his eyes and ears that led him to his nemesis.

Walking into the clearing, he saw it deserted. A large dip in the earth lay in the corner; the well used nest that had once been his family's place of rest. A Tyrannosaur skull was still embedded in the earth, mostly buried by years of mud and grass, and considerably decayed. A diagonal slash across the exposed surface confirmed that it was his father's; undoubtedly an arrogant reminder of Thrasher's victory. Thousands of shallower claw slashes could be seen on the surface, as if it had been attacked more recently, old lichen and moss-layered cuts scored with new pale gashes. Tall, wide branched trees loomed over the area, their branches an ever-present perch for birds and other animals, and beyond the treeline, there seemed to be more trunks than branches. Were it not for the Rex's stature, he would have completely missed the dozens of glimmering yellow eyes glaring back from the forest...and in their midst, something huge.

"Well...well...well. Little Crusher's finally come home" hissed a vitriolic voice in the trees as the gargantuan Spinosaurus pushed free of the jungle behind him. The predator was enormous, beyond anything Crusher had expected, even Nuka unable to compare. A tall, dominant looking spine rose over his back, as dark and obscure in pattern as the depths of the forest, camouflaged perfectly within, matching his mottled flanks. A creamy underside extended from his jaw to his tail, crocodillian armour covering every inch of his back. An unnaturally thick snout was lined with conical, spear-like teeth, narrow, heartless eyes glaring malevolently at the trio.

"I have to say I'm impressed. You've grown into quite the nuisance over the past few years. Killing friends and family...destroying perfectly good relationships...There are more than a few here that are....upset, by your actions" rumbled the Spinosaur, a wave of gurgling growls and piercing hisses ringing out of the treeline. "They'll have to wait their turn" responded Crusher bitterly, fangs bared in a deathly snarl. "Ah. That's a familiar statement. If I remember correctly, your father said the same thing...right before I watched as my father ripped his chest open and took pleasure in the sight of his entrails spilling onto the floor. Oh, that reminds me, have you said hello to your dear old dad? He's been keeping the compies and insects safe recently. Also handy for relieving my frustrations, as it happens. He's more or less in decent condition, if a bit used. Hard headed as always. I wonder if you're the same?" rattled the Spinosaur, a rumbling, bone chilling snarl responding as Crusher's eyes began to shift, the outer edges of the Rex's eyes darkening to a shade of magma orange, flooding inwards as the golden ring around his pupils grew narrower and narrower, until only a sliver remained. "Ah, there we go. Specter's infamous temper. Even has his eyes, look. Really his father's son, this one. Good. The old skull's due for replacement anyway" hissed Thrasher as a wave of amused hisses rang in the trees, Suchomimi, Oxalaia, Spinosaurs and a couple of Gigas stepping forward as Crusher tried to close the gap between himself and the behemoth. "A-ah, wouldn't do that if I were you. You see, all these...friends, of mine, have been aching for a shot at you since you started your little killing spree a few weeks ago. You don't want to give them a reason to get on with it just yet, do you?" warned Thrasher with a chuckle, Crusher growling lowly as he stopped for now. He noticed the predators had spread out, closing off their escape...

"Oh, where are my manners, I've completely ignored your friends, look" growled the giant as he shifted his gaze to the smaller of the two Tyrannosaurs, starting with her first. "Pardon me, I'm afraid I haven't caught your name yet, little one. Your oversized friend here obviously isn't too good with introductions. Still, doesn't exactly matter. You've condemned yourself and your family by siding with this....monster. It'll be interesting to see how your mother reacts when when I drop your head at her feet" growled Thrasher with a low chuckle, a vicious snarl coming from the female in response. "The only head that'll be lying at her feet is yours" snarled Morphena furiously. "My my, quite the temper you have. No wonder you two are here together. Perfect fit. It'll be....fun.....beating the fight out of you" rattled the Spinosaur maliciously as his sail began to lighten up, shades of orange, red and yellow taking the place of the lighter greens as the darker shades darkened further, taking on an obsidian shade, the Spinosaur's threat display a sight to behold.

"Ahhh Nuka...How wonderful to see you again, my dear. It has been quite a while, hasn't it? I'd almost forgotten what it felt like to have a jealous relative vying for my attention and position. Whatever possessed you to make friends with these unsavoury creatures? Certainly your standards haven't fallen THAT far, have they? It's as though you've forgotten everything my father taught you about them...about how they killed your own father.....broke his back....ripped his limbs off....trampled him in a fight that could've easily been prevented. And yet....There. You. Stand....at their side instead of mine. Not very family-like of you, is it?" hissed the Spinosaur lowly, eyes narrowed.

She couldn't stand it anymore. She roared loudly, right at the murderer, who, after all these years, was still a demonic beast. "You are and will never be my family you traitorous snake ," she hissed, glaring daggers at her cousin by blood. "You have no right to talk to me that way about the fight. I know that during that battle, my father died doing what he thought was best for his family, best for US. And you have disgraced this family by killing innocent creatures," she spat, snapping her jaws with malevolent intent.

"Ah, there's that word again. Innocent. A favourite of the naive masses. They called Spectre's family innocent. They called his young, innocent. They called Crusher, innocent. And yet, take a close look at the monster that stands beside you" hissed Thrasher harshly, cutting into the female Spinosaur's response mercilessly. Crusher stood beside her, his eyes all but red with rage at this point, narrow gold rings slivers wrapping around narrowed pupils. His hide was a blend of darkened colours, his back black and deepest brown, tan rings forming the patterns at his side. His underside was a creamy off-white, contrasting sharply with the colours of the rest of his hide. Fangs were bared, practically dripping saliva as the Tyrannosaur burned to attack, knowing for now he was powerless. Thrasher wanted his little talk...an attempt to prevent it would make any chance at a fair fight impossible. He was, for now, forced to wait.

"You may not know it, but that thing you call friend has killed any and every super-predator he stumbled across since he began his rampage on the mere suspicion it may have known me. Giganotosaurs, Saurophaganax, Allosaurs, Carcharodontosaurs, among countless other species....butchered in the most horrifying way imaginable in his little journey to try and get to me. Mates, left mateless. Chicks, parentless. Parents, childless. And that, that is what they called innocent. And the same can be said for every last creature on this island. Even the herbivores. So tell me Nuka...Do you really know the meaning of innocence?....Do you.....Do you even understand how impossible a concept it actually is?" snarled Thrasher bitterly. "I have every right to speak of your father. More so than you, in fact. I was there when he died. Where were you? Oh, that's right....You're too young to remember. You were little more than a bouncing little hatchling at the time. Meanwhile, I was there...watching...learning....Seeing the true face of the creature I called my uncle....A greater fighter and leader than my own father, dare I say it, but one taken from us too soon by those filthy bone-crunching monsters. You may see me as a traitor if you wish...but the rest of our family knows better....They have seen how I have tirelessly fought to give them a better life...a better future....an end to the fear and pain we faced before by Spectre and his kin. They watch every day as I work to guard my borders, and make allies that may surround our territory. They, in turn have seen my generosity. I have shared everything with them in exchange for their help...They know that if they ever asked, I would stand by them and defend their territory, because our fates are intertwined. Their hardship, if untreated, will one day become my own. And I never let my friends or family suffer...Not while I draw breath" he rumbled lowly, eyes narrowing.

She snarled, but kept silent. He had a really good point. He did know more about her father, about the innocent. She had even seen the massive tyrannosaur kill that acrocanthosaurus without a thought, as did she kill the massive albino, who she figured was the mate and mother of the other two acros. She hung her skull down, feeling as though the mission was gonna end in blood shed, most likely hers.

A hiss came from the Spinosaur, satisfied, as his gaze shifted to the Tyrannosaur at the centre once more. "You wanted your little fight, Crusher? To....'avenge' your father, your family?....Well then...Show me....Take your revenge, for what good it does you...Feel the satisfaction of finally having my undivided attention....and watch as that attention claims your life....as it has, does and always will claim the life of those who threaten me and those I hold close" snarled the Spinosaur as he glanced to his sides, four Oxalaia emerging to either side of him, Spinosaurids of a similar size to Morphena. Their dark, blue-grey hides looked perfect for hunting in rivers, backs coloured a muddy brown, in contrast with their flanks and underside. "That's unfair! What honour is there in all five of you fighting him?!" snarled Morphena furiously, stepping forward to cut them off. "I never said they were for him. They're for you and my witless cousin....Crusher is mine" snarled Thrasher, Morphena's eyes widening as she backed away, two of the Spinosaurids turning their gaze upon her, a cacophony of hisses erupting from the predators as well as the trees behind them. A rattling snarl came from Crusher as he stepped forward, jaws wide as he moved to defend the two. "The first one to move dies" threatened the Rex, Thrasher smirking. "These are my terms...Unless you WANT to fight everyone standing in the trees at once" growled the jagged-finned Spinosaur maliciously. "Fine" growled Morphena, earning a look from Crusher, surprised. Her response was a smirk as her gaze shifted from the male to the two Spinosaurids in front of her. "I'll just have to kill them both then. Hope you two don't have families to go back to. Don't think they'd be too happy if you did something stupid and got yourselves killed" rumbled the female. "Excellent...Then lets see how long you last" hissed Thrasher as the two Oxalaia moved further away from their massive comrade, focusing on Morphena and giving Thrasher space to deal with the scarred Rex, as the other two paced towards Nuka, claws splayed and fangs bared. "Oh we're going to enjoy cutting into you, Nuka...We lost relatives to that little performance you put on in the swamp 8 years ago...time for a little payback" growled one, the other hissing but otherwise remaining silent...

Nuka snarled, standing tall, her jaws and claws wide open. She hissed, glaring at her spinosaurid relatives,"I am sorry for what I did, but siding with him , shall cost you your lives." She bellowed, her feet splayed away from the other, her head lowered close to the Oxalaias' height, about to strike...

Thrasher stepped forward, a gurgling growl rumbling in his throat as his tongue flicked, arms spreading outwards as he parted his jaws, advancing on Crusher steadily. Crusher stood his ground, eyes reading the Spinosaur's stance, trying to find a flaw. Seeing a chance to end the fight quickly, Crusher lunged at the Spinosaur's throat, realising too late that it was a trap, a massive clawed hand swinging into the side of his muzzle and knocking his head back, a malevolent smirk on the Spinosaur's snout as he took the opportunity to take a swing at the Rex's side, a three-claw-slash raking across the Rex's shoulder as he recoiled, jaws snapping back round to catch the offending weapon, missing by a hair as a loud chomp was heard, Crusher's snout and side bleeding.

Morphena continued to step back until she was certain she and her opponents wouldn't be intercepted and could not intercept the other two fights. One of the Oxalaia lunged at her, the Rex craning her neck as she pulled her muzzle just out of reach, before countering the lunge with her own, grabbing the Spinosaurid by the muzzle, a screech being heard as it clawed at her face in an attempt to keep her from crushing its snout completely. The other one intervened just in time, ramming Morphena's flank and knocking her loose, an irritated snarl coming from her as she stumbled but caught herself, turning with the ram and slamming the broad length of her tail against its flank, the sheer force of the blow knocking the already unbalanced creature off its feet, stumbling to the floor with a thump as the female Rex circled round in an arc, her stance low to the ground, fangs bared in a vicious snarl.

The two Oxalaia in front of Nuka split up, one to her left, the other to her right, hissing as their arms were spread, fangs bared, ready to counter attack as their tails whipped behind them, each eyeing the larger Spinosaur's flank, marvelling at the sheer scale and the promise of an easy target. Be it by luck of the draw or Thrasher's deliberate planning, these two seemed significantly more coordinated than Morphena's foes, if somewhat physically less powerful. It seemed Thrasher wanted her dead, badly.

Nuka bellowed, tensing her powerful legs as she charged, snapping her jaws onto the arm of the left oxalaia, slashing her much larger claws down the carnivores side. She wanted this over as quickly as physically possible. She bit down harder, waiting for the sound of bones snapping under the force of her many conical fangs.

A snarl came from the Oxalaia as it responded with a swing of its free hand, massive claws slashing across Nuka's snout, dangerously close to taking out an eye, as the other one attacked her exposed flank and thigh while she was preoccupied...

Crusher snarled as he circled, wiser to Thrasher's moves now that he'd taken a blow. He was more calculating, calmer, reading his opponent as the two once again faced off. A false lunge drew the Spinosaur out, his claws slashing through air as Crusher lunged, jaws slamming shut on the arm as it passed. Thrasher's second arm was on him instantly, digging deeply into his neck as he bit down, clamping shut on the Rex's neck and tossing him sideways, the Tyrannosaur's jaws coming loose as he stumbled, only barely managing to regain his footing. Turning to face his opponent once more, he found Thrasher looking down at a damaged arm, blood spilling from the wound heavily. The flesh was tattered from where the Rex's jaws had slid before coming loose, as the Spinosaur was busy testing to see if it was still working. "You'll pay for that one, Tyrannosaur" snarled Thrasher venomously...

Morphena's opponents had begun mimicking their counterparts across the clearing, moving in tandem around her, trying to coax an attack from her, one distracting her while the other nipped at her tail or flanks, constantly keeping her on the defensive. One particular move brought one of the Oxalaia too close, her tail swinging down like a massive club, almost sending the Spinosaurid's head into the ground. The other tried to seize its chance, lunging at the Rex, only to dive right into her waiting jaws. Morphena's jaws struck the beast's neck, wasting no time in wrestling it to the ground with a powerful thrashing pull, mangling flesh and raking against bone as the sailed predator panicked, struggling to break free, its clawed arms unable to reach the female with her standing at its side. Snarling, she forced its head down into the dirt,, putting her foot down on its snout as she twisted, a loud pop being heard a splitsecond before she was rammed back by the ill-fated Spinosaurid's companion, recovered from the stunning blow over the head. Looking up at her, it snarled bitterly, genuine hate welling up in its very expression as it straightened, wanting nothing more than to rip the Rex apart...

Nuka roared in pain, letting go of the oxalaia's arm, leaving a gaping wound. She whipped around, slamming her tail against the other one, growling deeply. She backed off from the two, looking down at the wounds that the spinosaurid inflicted. She roared, furious at the smaller sailed one's attack. With a snort, she attacked the wounded carnivore, biting down as hard as she could on it's neck, slowly crushing it's spinal cord. She whipped her tail side to side, trying to block the other, unharmed predator from attacking.

The Oxalaia in Nuka's jaws thrashed violently, unwilling to fall to her, the struggling Spinosaurid threatening to rip free of her grip, taking teeth with it, its entire body pulling back and forth as it's companion used the distraction to get to Nuka's side, keeping clear of her tail long enough to get out of its reach before lunging at her, planting a foot on her flank, talons digging in as it bit down on her sail, tearing away at the flesh of the fin...

Thrasher snarled, eyes narrowed and fangs bared, before lunging at him, Crusher countering it, the Spinosaur intercepting the Rex's jaws with a sideways swing mid-lunge, knocking the Rex back as they collided. The behemoths slammed into eachother, two massive, snarling beasts each out for the other's life. Crushers jaws chomped terrifyingly close, the Spinosaur snarling as he rammed sideways, knocking the Rex back, the Scarred predator stumbling before twisting, his jaws snapping shut just short of Thrasher's jaws. The large Spinosaur strode towards him, bitter, hateful eyes glaring at his smaller opponent. Crusher snarled as he made a mock lunge, the angry Spinosaur swinging his arms shut and biting forward all at once, putting him in range of the second attack, the Tyrannosaur's jaws swinging upwards and clamping shut on Thrasher's muzzle, biting down firmly as the Spinosaur pulled back, his snout gouged from tip nearly to halfway up, several deep narrow gashes covering his muzzle. A bitter snarl came from the Spinosaur as he hook his head, his injuries so far superficial.

Morphena growled as she straightened to face the remaining Oxalaia. "What's wrong? Out of breath? I've killed hadrosaurs tougher 'n you! Come on and FIGHT me!" boomed the female with a smirk, the furious Spinosaurid lunging forward. Morphena countered it with her own, her jaws aimed for its neck, but was shocked to feel her jaws stopping short, a pair of claws arms catching it just short and holding her head back, pushing it aside and slashing across the side of her muzzle in the process, three long diagonal gashes appearing across her snout as she backed away, snarling at the Spinosaurid. "I am going to SKIN YOU ALIVE, REX" screeched the Oxalaia angrily, its mate dead behind it...

A screech escaped Nuka's jaws as she twisted in pain. She released her grip on the wounded beast, spitting out blood, skin, and loose fangs. She shook her body violently, trying to get the attacker off, trying to save her spinal sail. With a powerful shake, she shook the Oxalaia off. She staggered, growing weak with blood loss, but she will not back down. She roared, her arms splayed out to her sides, her hands wide open. She pounced, gripping an oxalaia's neck in her claws, crushing the carnivore's windpipe, cutting of the beast's air, suffocating it. She dropped the body, glaring at the lone opponent with hate and blood lust...

The fallen Oxalaia scrambled as it tried to get to its feet, struggling and kicking as the larger Spinosaurid crushed its throat, the other, still gasping after it's near death experience, shook its head, finally clearing its mind and focusing, only to realise its twin had been slain. A look of utter shock plastered the predator's face, in disbelief that its sibling had been killed. With a furious screech, the second to fill the clearing, the Oxalaia lunged forward, clamping the Spinosaur's head between its clawed hands, digging as deeply as it could as it seemed to be trying to rip Nuka's head off completely, head craned and curved, ready to strike and yet out of immediate reach, the furious sail-back insane with grief and rage.

"Bask in the futility of your actions, Crusher. It will be the last thing you see before I snap that miserable neck of yo-!" snarled Thrasher venomously, cut off by the unresponsive Tyrannosaur, who instead lunged while Thrasher was distracted. Thrasher swung his claws inwards, grabbing the Rex by the snout just short of a dangerous bite to the neck, a malicious grin on the Spinosaur's face. "Oh no you don't" hissed the massive predator before pushing Crusher's head to one side, letting go as he tried to go for a bite, locking him with a powerful bite to the neck, claws digging into the Rex's neck, trying to hold him in place despite the awkward angle.

Morphena was shocked to find her fight growing significantly more difficult. The furious Oxalaia was relentless. Swing after vicious swing came at her, the Rex left on the defensive as she tried to avoid another dangerous slash, her snout and flanks bleeding from the collective injuries of the fight. Finally, after a myriad of swings, she finally saw her chance, lunging forward inside of the Spinosaurid's swinging range just as the swing passed, jaws slamming shut on its hand with bone crushing force, a resounding snap being heard as the Oxalaia let out a screech, suddenly recoiling in panic, trying to break free of the female Tyrannosaur's vicious grasp. Morphena's hold only grew stronger, her teeth almost meeting as she thrashed, ripping the hand off as blood flooded from the gaping injury. All that was left was a stump at her wrist where a hand should be, blood gushing from several important veins.

The giant roared in shock as she felt the claws grip her skull, unsure of what to do. Nuka bellowed, slashing her clawed hands out, grasping the oxalaia. She began to shake her massive body, trying to get out of the beast's hold, while also trying to keep her hooked hands on the smaller spinosaurid. Fear welling up inside her, she twisted her arms, tipping the Oxa over, sending the creature to the ground. As the smaller predator fell, she thrust her skull back, freeing her head, but leaving nasty wounds. She stumbled backward, woozy and in pain, her eyesight made worse by the blood in her eyes. She squinted, staring at the hurt sail-back, waiting for it to strike if it was alive...

Falling to the ground, the Oxalaia twisted to try and limit the damage. Watching the handicapped Spinosaur trying to clear blood from her eyes, it swung out, jaws snapping shut around one of her legs as it pushed itself to its feet, unwilling to surrender.

Morphena's foe was losing blood rapidly. In an attempt to take her down with it, it lunged, all but leaping at her as the female sidestepped, her wide stance barely getting her out of the Spinosaurid's reach in time, before countering the charge with a vicious hipcheck, ramming it sideways and to the floor, her jaws swinging as she turned, once again directly facing the stumbling creature as it waned.

Crusher snarled as he struggled and fought against the massive Spinosaur's grip, knowing his position was dire. In a last ditch effort to get free he leaned forward, putting a foot under him and pulling Thrasher down with his weight, before pushing upwards with violent force, all his strength thrown upwards at once as he thrashed and swung free of the Spinosaur's grip, his neck covered in cuts of varying size, the Spinosaur bellowing furiously as several teeth were broken in the process, Thrasher flailing furiously.

Nuka snarled, her leg burning in pain as the oxa clamped it's fang filled jaws down. She could hardly see and, as far as she could tell, the smaller spinosaur knew that as well, using it to its advantage. She bit down on the oxalaia's neck, her claws digging into the carnivore's face. Through gritted fangs, she hissed,"You will for longer live attacking others." She growled, holding onto it's neck while her claws were digging deeper into its skull..

The Oxalaia roared as it thrashed, tearing several relatively shallow wounds into the Spinosaur's leg before letting go, twisting in an attempt to break free as it swiped at her legs, taloned claws tearing at the already injured limb as the predator writhed beneath her...

Morphena's foe glared hatefully at her, a gurgling growl rolling in its throat as it began to approach slowly, head craned and its remaining arm poised to strike. The injured limb was losing blood steadily, and it was obvious the predator looked to be on the brink of running. At this point only the loss of its mate and the presence of Thrasher kept it there. Otherwise it may well have retreated by now, it's livelihood halved with the loss of one of its clawed hands...

"You are in an impossible fight, Crusher....You cannot hurt me...but I will KILL you" snarled Thrasher venomously as he glared at the Rex. Even with his unnaturally strong teeth and thicker jaws, the Rex was still too strong to force down that way...at least for now. Instead, the Spinosaur began to try and lure the Tyrannosaur back into striking range. Crusher was no fool, however. A lunging bite came at the Spinosaur, Crusher swinging his head up to try and catch the Spinosaur by the throat, only to be evaded. His jaws however, didn't miss entirely. A sharp pain in the Spinosaur's chest made him realise the Rex had struck a fragile mark, the pain increasing tenfold in a fraction of a second as Crusher bit down firmly. A screech came from Thrasher as he stepped back, claws digging into the Rex's neck as he tried to pull his jaws free, the Tyrannosaur thrashing as he tore off a layer of muscle in the process, the Spinosaur backing away as blood spilled from his injured torso in a steady flow, eyes wide with shock. A low snarl came from the Rex as he gulped down what he tore off, his fangs soaked in the blood of his enemy as his blood red eyes glared ferociously at the formerly smug Spinosaur, relishing in the look of utter terror on his face. "I wouldn't be so quick to call it impossible, Thrasher....Seems to me your end is inevitable" snarled the Tyrannosaur lowly...

Snarling at the pain rising in her body, she kept her grip, ignoring the threat of becoming a cripple due to her damaged leg. She heaved her arms up, her iron-strong claws still in the oxalaia's skull. She lifted her limbs, only to slam her arms down in a sudden, smooth motion, ramming the oxa's head into the ground. She did this a few more times, finally letting go of the smaller spinosaur...

With the final blow, a crack was heard, the Oxalaia falling to the floor, limp. Falling to the side, the corpse's claws pulled themselves from her leg, revealing the extent of the damage. Not far away, Morphena was watching her opponent approach, unmoving, knowing it would eventually stop. It couldn't afford to make another reckless move, and they both knew it. It was the instant it stopped that the Rex lunged, the Spinosaurid swinging for her face, only to realise she wasn't going to bite, instead swinging her head up and out of the swing's path, hitting it's lower jaw with bone shattering force, a gurgling groan coming from the creature as it backed away, in pain, Morphena pressing the attack as she swung her head once more, this time catching the recoiling animal's head in her jaws, biting straight through both the upper and lower jaws with a sickening crunch, the Oxalaia falling to the floor, limp, one of the cracks having splintered off and split the brain-case, killing it instantly.

Thrasher looked around at the dead predators to either side of him, cringing at the pain of the bite to his chest, a furious growl rumbling in his throat. Enraged, the Spinosaur lunged, head tilting to grab Crusher by the throat, only to be side-stepped, a powerful sideways ram sending the Spinosaur stumbling away, Crusher immediately capitalising on it by biting down on the sail, a large chunk being torn out of the back of Thrasher's fin, bones and all, a powerful swing of the Spinosaur's tail sending Crusher to the floor. Before he could get back to his feet, Thrasher lunged, jaws clamping shut like a guillotine around the Tyrannosaur's neck. Crusher struggled against the Spinosaur's grip, the hold terrifyingly strong, convinced for a moment that this could be his end, until a stray kick landed just right, raking across the Spinosaur's side and finding purchase in his leg, knocking Thrasher back, the Spinosaurid roaring in anger as he stumbled back, grip and advantage lost. Crusher glared at the Spinosaur, fangs bared as he looked over the badly scratched and scarred predator. He himself was not much better, his neck and snout covered in cuts. "You die here, Tyrannosaur"
