James was breathing heavily, his heart thumping like a drum, Adeline in his lap, her head on his chest, and his arms around her, one around her waist, the other over her head, holding her on his chest, his breathing finally beginning to slow, along with his beating heart, as he just lay his head back to rest, feeling as if he had been to heaven for a few short moments...

Her hands went to wrap around the sides of his jacket, never wanting to let go and never wanting to leave this position. Her breathing was slowly starting to go back to a normal rate again. "James...I love you," she said, her voice a whisper.

James opened his mouth, his eyes still closed as he said "I love you too Adeline...and i have since i met you...i just wondered if you thought the same way", his voice barely above a whisper, his mind flooded with the memories he had of Adeline, from the day he had first met her, sailing in her Sloop with one crewman as her only companion, all the way to that very moment, her sitting in his lap, telling him she loved him, resting on his chest. the feeling he had made him wish it could last forever...

"My feelings started to grow as we spent more time together, getting to know one another," Adeline said quietly, her eyes closed and her heartbeat racing up again as the memories of the old times started to appear in her mind. The soft smile that was glued on her face never left. It was then that the idea of a new life with James started to form in her mind. "Leaving Eric to be with James...forever," she thought. "James...when I do leave Eric, do you think we could...I mean, how do you want to be together?" As this, she opened her eyes, but her head never left its' spot. She removed one of her hands from James' jacket and enterwined with one of his hands.

James opened his eyes and looked at her warmly, and said "Whatever way you like, Adeline. being with you at all is enough for me". his mind went over the idea of being married to Adeline. but, would she be ready for it so soon after she divorced Eric, if she divorced at all? he decided that he'd let her decide...

She grinned warmly and made circular motions with her finger on his chest. "Well then, how about....being married to me?," she asked and finally met his eyes again.

James grinned, a glimmer in his eyes. "Would you accept?" he said, a smile plastered to his face that he'd be stuck with for days, the idea immediately resurfacing from the least likely chances...

Meanwhile...

"It's poisoned, fouled by the body" said Barbossa. Ragetti called "OI! WE GOT COMPANY!". Jack and Barbossa looked out to sea to see Sao Feng's ship, the Empress, sailing towards the Pearl...

"Would you like another kiss," she inquired, and with that, gave him another kiss as an answer to his question.

James seemed to lose himself again as their lips connected. once again, he felt as if he had been lifted to heaven itself as he embraced Adeline, wrapping his arms around her. his heart was beating faster than it was with the last kiss. he wished that moment would last forever...

Adeline smiled within the kiss and wrapped her arms around his neck once again. She took that as a yes, and continued on with the kiss, never wanting it to end.

Unfortunately, it did have to end yet again. There were shouts coming from the crew, calling desperately for James to come. Adeline instantly broke the kiss and got up from James' lap, looking in the direction of the door. They all sounded like they were screaming for him to come out now. "Something urgent...what is going on," she thought.

James said "Damned crew...not good". he got up and put on all his "effects" his sword, his pistol, his whip, and his dagger, along with his hat and spyglass, as he walked out the door. "Cap'n! Cap'n! Sao Feng! he has the Pearl! and a British Ship of the Line is sailing towards them!" .James stared at them, surprised. "What?! Get moving men! Full Canvas, arm the cannons and get ready for the toughest battle we've ever had. tell the Dauntless to sail for ShipWreck Cove!". the crew immediately scattered. James looked at Adeline for a minute, saying "Yes" before rushing out of the quarters to get to the stairs on his left, and up to the wheel, starting his manouvering. he'd have a crew member in the crow's nest watch them. as soon as the British Warship came close enough, most likely to board, knowing their love for prize vessels, meaning dropping anchor, he'd sail out, and prepare to fire a broadside into the ship's stern...

Adeline smiled at his answer, but wondered what was going on outside. She rushed out of the Quarters and went to the railing to see the Pearl and an unfamiliar ship. She stopped a random crew member and asked what was going on.

"The Pearl's being held and there is a British ship coming toward them," the man said urgently before scurrying off to obey Captain James' orders. At this Adeline sighed and groaned. This is just what they needed, an attack just when they got out of that acursed place called World's End. She went to go meet up with James, who was busy steering the ship.

James saw Adeline get up to where he was. "Damned Beckett's already here. but he is in for a rather painful surprise when he drops anchor". as he watched the massive warship drop anchor by the Pearl, and saw as his father was taken aboard. James cursed and commanded the crew to strike sail. he couldn't do anything as long as his father was there, for risk of killing him with a shot...

"Beckett, not that rat," she hissed with disgust and made a face to further her point. She squinted her eyes, noticing a person being taken aboard, then widened when she realized who it was. It was none other than James' father, Captain Jack Sparrow. "Damn him," Adeline cursed and felt like kicking something in anger. Another reason to hate Beckett. "If that piece of scum does anything..." She trailed off. What was she saying? This was Captain Jack Sparrow, after all. He could weasel himself out of almost any situation, right? "Will he be alright?"

Jmes sighed. "I'm sure he will...but im not too sure about them". he had heard alot about his father. if he was as sneaky as he was made up to be, he'd have no trouble causing hell aboard Beckett's Flagship...

"I do hope that he finds a way out of it," said Adeline softly, staring at the huge british warship. Her mind was on James' answer to her. Was that all a proposal? "I said yes...he said yes," she thought happily. "But first thing's first, I have to be rid of Eric." What about James' father? What would he think about it? Would they tell him about the...were they considered engaged now? All of these questions swirled around in Adeline's mind.

Jack was pushed into the Captain's Quarters aboard H.M.S. Endeavor, and the doors were closed behind him by rifle armed East India Trading Company soldiers. "Curious" said a wigged figure facing out of the window of the stern gallery in the corner of the room. "Your friends appear to be quite desperate, Jack. Perhaps they no longer believe a bunch of squabbling pirates can defeat the Flying Dutchman....and so despair leads to betrayal..." said the wigged person as Jack searched the room quietly for something. "...But you and I are no strangers to betrayal, are we?" said the wigged figure. Jack looked at his arm, a P burned into his skin; the Pirate's Brand of the East Indea Trading Company. "It's not here Jack" said the wigged figure, none other than Lord Cutler Beckett...

Mean while the Night Raptor spotted several ships, one he noticed, was none other then the H.M.S Endeavor. "We'll stay out of range but keep heading on current course.." He relayed to the crew as he watched the ships near each other.

ooc: Well, the group just rescued James and Jack and came back from World's End. Yuke is captaining the Dauntless because he lost his ship and Adeline and Eric are on the Black Dragon. Romance is growing between James and Adeline while Eric is asleep, due to James drugging him. Right now, Jack is captured on the H.M.S. Endeavor

Adeline was deep in thought while staring out at the H.M.S Endeavor. She shoped that Jack was going to be alright and let out a deep sigh. The thoughts that were swirling in her mind still wouldn't go away. They were really starting to bother her. She had to let them out somehow, so she decided to talk with James. "What are we considered now?" Her voice was barely above a whisper.
