Go into "Missions", then "Site B" and delete the word "disable" for most of the sections. Then you get to add buildings to Site B! Hooray!

I tried that enable on the demo JPOG and I could not build any all the buildings said 0/20 or 0 /12.

that wuoldn't work because you don't have the full game, and therefore, are lacking the files...

If you want dinos and humans in the demo, your best bet is to get the SIte B mission script and slot it into one of the missions script. That way the mission should act like site b, in that it lets you go around building without any cash. I did it when I only had the demo. You can open the visitor centre, and humans arrive, but they dont move anywhere. Still.
If you really really want to have your dinos maul someone, thats your best bet.
