Alpha was about to fire but heard something in the court yard, the elite predator then looked out and watched the marines, lined up... Alpha growled lowly in interest, they seemed to be worthy prey...

the marine's lined up in the courtyard were waiting for an attack to come. they had been informed that xenomorph's had been spotted in the labs, where the queen had been located. when one of the men went to the labs, the queen was missing and a man's corpse had been found torn in half. the men scanned the area carefullly, waiting for something to try and attack them.

Alpha noticed security was heating up as the elite predator growled to his allies around the fort. "What's going on" none of them had a clue. Alpha growled once more "Head towards the labs..." Alpha then stabbed a marine through the chest that was approaching him and then cotinued towards the labs.

the other predator's nodded and began to head towards the labs, located near the bottom of this fort. it wasn't going to be quick because there were many humans nearby and the humans kept rushing about. after 20 minutes, the predator's reached the labs, knowing that the last time they had checked this area from a hologram, the xenomorph queen they wanted to kill had been trapped in a cage. the group headed to the area where the cage was and when they arrived, they could see that the cage door was open and the queen wasn't there. a predator growled to alpha:"it's gone, sir."

Brawler and a group of Warriors acompanying him walked through the building, he let out a loud hiss. Calling the giant crest, saying "Where are you my queen?"

Alpha nodded and growled lowly towards his allies. "Return to the mothership" The other preadtors nodded and walked off but Alpha entered the labs further, it was damaged and odd, Alpha looked around expecting an attack, his thermal sight seeing no targets.

Brawler and the group of his Warriors returned to the hive, they walked up to the queen. Brawler bowed, and hissed "My Queen, Is there anything you would want me to do?"

giant crest turned to brawler and hissed:"nothing for now, brawler." the queen was still recovering from her improsonment by the humans, but the other xneomorph's knew this now that they had been told where their queen had been. giant crest began to watch over her kin and had a group of runner's patrol the nearby area's to make sure there weren't any humans, predators or rivals approaching.

Alpha walked into the labs... it was quite the mess, it was damaged and the signs of battle where all over. Alpha crept through, carefully, looking around, not making a sound. The Predator Leader then turned his head and noticed two scienctists working on something... Alpha cocked his head to the left, curious...

one of the scientists said to his lab partner:"but how could it have escaped? the cage was controlled to remain closed and not open unless the correct code was entered. the door also didn't have any damage visible to it." the other scientist replied:"it's kin must have come and helped it escape. too bad that xenomorph queen escaped, though. it would have been great to be able to continue to study it." the two men had been the one's who had entered the code that locked the cage door and it seemed that someone must have entered the code because the door was intact and didn't show any signs of damage. they wondered who would let a dangerous xenomorph queen loose after being told that it was to stay in the cage.

Alpha heard them, realizing that the xenomorph queen he had once was hunting escapped through its kin. They were alot smarter then Alpha thought but it did not matter right now... Alpha decided if he should kill the scientist or not because the data they gained coukd turn the tide towards the humans..

[one of the scientist's then said:"however, there are also rumors of a predalien queen somewhere. however, there hasn't been any proof to back up these claims. the queen that escaped certainly was a good subject to study. perhaps we could recapture it, but it most likley won't be as easy as last time. all of these xenomorph's seem to be attacking this fort about four miles to the northeast and the guys there say that the fort might fall in the next day or so." the two men weren't aare that they were being watched by predators and thought that there was nothing there.

Alpha wondered form a moment... where there xenomorph hives strong enough to take down this hive? if there were all the host here would make matters worse and the Predators would be forced to sacrafice one of their own so he can denoate himself but take down the fort. To make this their deaths short and easy... Alpha aimed both his Shoulder Cannons in the two targets, targeting their heads...

twh two men began to wlak away and one of them said:"i swear, if the general tells us to kill an xenomorph queen that we captured, i'm going to get annoyed fast." the otehr man said:"the only reason that fort is getting damaged is because the xenomorph's are all from different hive's and they mostly just kill each other rather than target the guys there. besides, there will be another chance to capture that xenomorph queen again." the two men wanted to make the alien's weapon's for use.

one of the warriors hissed to brawler:"perhaps we can get our revenge on them for imprisoning our queen. for now, the queen merley wants to rest now that she is free from those humans." the queen was now resting, happy to be back in her hive with her kin again. she didn't like being in the cage that the humans had put her in, seperating her from her own kin. giant crest had sent several predaliens to watch the enterance of the hive.

giant crest had cloned one of the predalien's and created 5 clones of it. the queen was now being carefully watched by her royal guard, not wanting the same incident of being captured to occur again. they would need to make sure that any humans that approached the hive were either hosts for warriors, or were killed swiftly. giant crest knew that there was a chance the humans might try to capture her again, but if they tried to, they would pay with their lives.

Alpha returned back to his ship, it was getting late. After a while after his arrival, Alpha and the most powerful warriors of his clan gathered, discussing any hunts.
"One hive is using cloning devices but I have a feeling they will degrade over time and something in the cloning process..." one said.
"Yes, it has happened a long time ago during that unexpecting xenomorph breakout on that ship.." another said.
"Clones? weak... they were desperate and need clones instead of using real host" one said.
"they are focusing on hybrids, it seems that we dont get caught anymore" another predator said.
"Hmph... so do we hunt them? our militaries should decimate most of their regulars, the hybrids however can be dealt with the regualrs" Plasma said.
"Do not rely on the militaries, in the end we have proven one can kill hundreds. We saw this years ago back on that cold land.." Alpha said.
The Dark Blade Clan Predators continued to discuss their plans..

giant crest was laying eggs once again. although she was using the cloning devices, she would keep laying eggs for more facegugger's to be able to create more warrior's as well. the kin of the queen were going about their normal buisness for now. one of the runner's returned, dragging in a predator(one from a rival clan of alpha's). the predator was taken to an egg and a facehugger quickly lept out, attaching itself to the predator's face. after a few minutes, the facehugger detached form the predator's face. an hour later, another predalien burst from the chest of the predator and quickly came over to the queen.
