Stimeak looked around at him in suprise and growled "One attack? No, relations with the elves in my land have been plumiting downhill for a long time. They are having constant skirmishes with the Rangers and disrupting life. They got particulary angry when one of my storms continued into their land and ruined an ambush they had been setting on some of the Ranger's trade routes. All the caravans took differnet paths to avoid the storms leaving the elves wet, cold, tired and with no treasure.." He chuckled slightly at the memory.

Inferno chuckled, his fin flaring as the sun began to go down, boosting his tempreture. "Serves them right on that particular act. the Rangers are such good beings. they live off what they hunt and earn, and don't damage the area around them if they can avoid it. and they're the only remaining followers of the original human Kingdom...the old King Delmorssa. the elves are the same in alot of things, though there are those who are more like the Industrialists than the Rangers. some of them believe in advancing, and THAT is where the problems start. they destroy too much, and repair too little. THEY deserve the problems they get. but not the other, more nature devoted Elves" he growled. the sun was slowly descending towards the horizon, and Inferno wondered if Fieras was hungry...

Stimeak turned back to the clouds and yawned "Well as good as the elves and rangers.. Its as they say: "This mountain's only big enough for one of us" Elves dont want to share their forest, Rangers are too stuburn to come to an agreement. As for the industrialists? They sicken me beyond words. My first ever true battle was fought against them, Dramacus dragged me along, of course he didn't tell Drionach. I had witnessed death more than once before that day but nothing could've perpaired me for such loss...." He turned his head to Inferno with a mounful look in his eyes, geussing that Inferno had probably gone through alot worse battles

After Farthatos was done with his meal, he bowed to Setrinus and thanked her for the meal. Setrinus only smiled and said, "It was my pleasure. Now, what else do you wish to do." She let a yawn escape, feeling tired. She was secretly hoping that she was done spending time with this male that her mother sent her. Then again, he's a great companion. I will probably see him another time, thought the blue dragon as she yawned again and waited patiently for the male's answer.

Farthatos shook his head. "I don't believe there is anything else..." He trailed off and stared at the ground beneath his feet, shifting from side to side as he tried to think of something else to say. Finding nothing, he waited for the female in front of him to speak. He was hoping that she had something to say. He liked her. In fact, he believed he was beginning to fall in love with her. But is it really love, he thought and sighed.

Setrinus shifted. "Well, if we have nothing else to say to each other, I believe that it would be time for us to part," she growled softly. "It was a pleasure to have you as company, Farthatos. I hope you will stop by again soon sometime."

Farthatos smiled weakly and bowed once more, while backing out of the cave. "I hope to see you too, Setrinus and it was a pleasure to finally meet you. Farewell, my dear dragon friend." He didn't want to rush into anything yet. He felt that friend was an approriate word for them. When he was outside of the cave, he took off with Setrinus watching from the cave.

When Farthatos was gone, she sighed and smiled, glad to be alone to go over her time with the male dragon. She walked back in the cave, her eyes staring ahead, never looking back. When she reached the back of her abode, she laid down on the earth and closed her eyes, going over the day.

Inferno lowered his head mournfully. "Such is the curse that is war. you battle for your own freedom, but lose friends to the enemy which you battle so defiantly against to obtain your desire. I was only involved in one true battle. the rest were more small fights between me and ambushing enemies. the father of one of my friends Rioleus was killed that day. he was like an uncle to me. after he fell in battle...i lost control....i didn't recover until after the battle was over. my body was covered in the blood of my enemies and i was disorientated. i found Rioleus mourning his father's death, and joined him. me, him and the other Dragons involved mourned the 20 or 30 dead Dragons in the aftermath of the battle. it was th first joint army i faced. Orks and lesser demons" he growled. the memory was painful to think of, but it pained him even more not to speak of it, to lessen the burden. but there was nothing he could do to return the dead Dragons from that fateful day. the dead were gone. nothing could bring them back. but the living could be helped in many ways. and Inferno intended to do that with all those who he, as the Red Emperor, held guardianship over...

Stimeak nodded solemnly and growled "well you handled it better than I did. I was flying low to the ground skimming over battle field trying to stay alive. It was at night and I wasn't prepared for it. At first I was excited and felt ready to do my part and prove myself. Then as we flew in I remember seeing one Dragon being shot down and killed, I paniced and avoided fighting from then on." He chuckled slightly and added "I had only taken one injury, a balistae bolt that had hit me in the shoulder, not doing much damage but significant nontheless. I was sure Dramacus was going to be furious with me. Instead he was just happy that I had kept myself alive and that the expeiriance would help me in the future. It was only after that battle that I truely felt like a member of the royal familiy" of course what made him even happier was that Dramacus hadn't brought Drionach purely because he thought he couldn't handle it, but he decided not to mention that part.

Inferno nodded slowly, taking in the Silver White Hybrid Dragon's words. "I only saw Dramacus once. but i have never personally met him. but i could tell one thing: that he was different from the other Emperors. I can only guess what he must've been like to talk to as a friend" growled Inferno. his 5 spiked fan-tail came up in front of him, his eyes scanning the black spikes on the end of it, the tips of which seemed to glow orange with heat, resembling unforged metal after being heated. a bright whitish yellow liquid seeped from the central spike, hitting the ground with a faint hissing sound as it burned and melted through the rock. the spike itself was curved into a semi C shape, the top of which being the main part of the spike and pointing forward about 5 feet, with the lower tail of the spike curving forward below the blade, though it's base was completely covered by the rock hard tail scales of the Red Emperor, the spike being held having a slight resemblance to a crab claw smoothed down to a bladed edge. the Emperor's orange and blue eyes scanned the spike for a few moments, before moving the spike back behind him, scraping it across the ground lightly, the razor sharp tip slashing through the rock easily as a grin came across his face. still perfectly sharp he thought as his attention returned to the Dragons in front of him. Fieras had left and headed off for the forest that surrounded the massive peak that she and her mate lived on, intending to catch a couple of elephants for herself as well as him...

Stimeak thought for awhile before continueing. He eventually decided on sticking with the story he told everyone else. His face hardened and he hissed "We weren't really that close.... As you probably know, he was only taking care of me because of my fathers dying wish. The empress however... wasn't the slightest bit happy about my presence, probably thought I was a threat to the young prince, Drionach. When Dramacus started teaching us personally I think I was only there as to provide compeition for Drionach, which I happily provided." Only parts of this were true, but he wasn't going to risk the truth reaching the councel of storms.

Inferno raised a horned brow at the story, but nodded. a loud shrieking, booming roar tore through the air as Fieras summoned Inferno. "Dinner time" growled Inferno with a smile. he growled "Would you like to join us?"

Stimeak shook his head and hissed "No thank you, we have to get back to the frozen Spire, chances are we will find Rainbow Feather splattered all over the peak. " He chuckled slightly and turned his head to Neltharion seeing if he was ready to go..

Inferno grinned, and nodded, before waving a clawed hand at the entrance to his cavernous lair, making an invisible, but impenetrable barrier form over it. he looked at the two dragons, and growled "Excuse my rather rushed leaving, but i'd preffer not to leave a female waiting". a grin appeared on his face, as he spread his wings and leapt up, taking flight. "Feel free to come back any time! consider it a second home!" he roared, before flying off, heading towards Fieras, though a very pale, bluish white thing caught his eye on the ground a few kilometers away. it wasn't very big, but it's whitish glow caught his attention. ignoring it for now, he continued to head towards Fieras and the two dead Elephants that now lay beside her...

Neltharion nodded to Inferno, turning to Stimeak, waiting for their departure, eager to return to the spire. He stretched, continueing to exaime the bracelet curiously, waiting for the signal to leave...

Stimeak nodded to Inferno and then growled to Neltharion "Well it looks like our time to leave.." He spread his wings and leapt off the ledge, catching the air and quickly powering his way into the sky...

Neltharion lept into the air, spreading his wings, flying after his mentor. He glanced back at Inferno's home before turning back, continueing on wordlessly, slightly tired from the journey...

Inferno went into a vertical dive as he approached Fieras' position. with a deep roar he dove, and just before hitting the ground, he spread his enormous wings, beating them hard, slowing his descent, landing on the ground softly. he walked up to Fieras, nuzzling her before walking over to one of the Elephants. he growled "Want to eat them here?". Fieras only nodded before unleashing a torrent of flames onto the elephant she planned to eat, the skin burning and becoming dry and shrivled under the heat. Inferno repeated the action on the other elephant, and finally began eating, the two Dragons basking in the afternoon rays. the sun was going down...they had to finish off and get back to the cave...

Kushala finally approached the dragon's home, having overheard some of the meeting from his previous position. Without hesitation, the Kirin walked out infront of the two dragons, staring at the male, the new Red Emperor. How can one enjoy himself which such events happening before his eyes? Kushala spoke, his mouth unmoving, talking telepathically with the Red Emperor. You know the event in which I speak of, do you not?

Inferno looked down at the bright whitish blue Kirin before him, as he stopped eating. "And i assume the event of which you speak is of the wars between the Industrialists, Demons and our kind?" responded Inferno telepathically. he had prepared himself for any possible attack. for all he knew this could be a shape shifter..

That... Kushala's voice sounded, tilting his head slightly. And of the removal of Chronos... the Kirin's voice sounded, his eyes locked on the Red Emperor. I am as I appear, Emperor... Kushala sounded, sensing the tension.

Inferno raised a horned brow at the Kirin's words. "We all feel badly for the events that led to Chronos' removal. he was my mentor and inspiration. but the fact that he intended to steal all the gems and risk our freedom for his experiment....that goes beyond the borders of reason. none of us wanted to remove him. but if he wishes to risk our freedom for such touchy unstable experiments, we must act to insure that we don't lose our futures and those of our young" responded Inferno, calming a bit, but still staying aware in case of a possible attacker...

Your reasons are valid... Kushala's voice sounded. As far as you know, at least... The Kirin sounded, turning. Things are not always as simple as they look, Inferno... Kushala's voice sounded, the creature trotting off away from the dragon's home, the glow slowly fading as he did...
