a booming roar echoed in the distance as Typhoon continued to circle the base, watching the Dragons as they retreated. cowards... he thought as he continued to circle the base, eying their defenses. they had aircraft, land based guns, light and heavy weaponry. it was a good sized base...

John finally replied back. "Sorry Commander, we were about to go for another pass but a much smaller dragon interfeered, we killed it however radar showed 3 dragons up on radar and were still a far distance away, there is still one dragon in the area though, whats going on?" John asked.

Arnold replied, "The two ones we were fighting flew off then this other Dragon appears out of nowhere. It's over our base. Let's drive it away. Fly over it and bomb it. My tank's destroyed, I'll bring it back to base and have it repaired." Arnold got the Tank back to base then ordered a repair team to start working on it. Then he gave the order to all groups, "All troops, concentrate all availible fire power on the Dragon flying over our base!" Arnold then aimed his sniper at the head of the dragon and fired as well.

The f-22 Squardon in the air looked at the radar. "Wait Commander! we just suffered a heavy blow to the base, are you sure you want to attack so suddenly" John asked as the fleet was at a cruise mode. Most of the other elite raptor pilots were at another but alot more secured and larger base. John and his men however constantly moved and the fact he lost most of the f-16's and many ground troopers. Attacking another large dragon seemed risky.

Typhoon roared as bullets started ricochetting off his hide harmlessly. he turned to face the target and dived at them, a sonic boom shattering the glass over the base as a massive fireball incinerated the repair crew along with the tank, reducing it to a large pool of liquid metal as Typhoon turned around about a Kilometer away, turning around for another round, his mouth glowing bright orange with fiery power as his burning eyes locked onto the leader of the group...

Arnold replyied, "Just enough to drive it off. If we just leave it there, it will damage are base even more. We need it to leave this base, or else we might not have a base. I don't want to do it, but it seems we don't have much of a choice." Arnold waited for a responce. He looked at a pool of liquid metal. "Holy, this Dragon's gonna pay." He aimed his rifle right into the Dragon's snout and fired. Blood started dripping from its nose. Then he aimed at the other nostril...

Typhoon snorted as the tiny bullet hit him. it drew blood, but it was practically painless. he hurled an immense fireball in the human's direction, waving his tail at it at the same time, a lightning bolt coming from his tail and blowing a 25 foot deep hole in the ground inches from him as the fireball flew towards the human, who was knocked back because of the lightning blast...

Arnold ran and rolled from the blasts, inches from hitting him He called over the speaker, "This one's just too powerful. Just give it the message to get the h*** outta here." He figured it wouldn't be smart to challenge the dragon further, so he hid...

"Roger..." He lost communications with the commander as the F-22 Raptors landed at a much more heavily armed, larger and more secure base. The raptors met up with their squadron of multiple elite pilots. John realized that their was a 10 mile distance between here and their former base...things were not looking good.

John looked at the aircraft just arriving. He arrived to see a General at the base. "Sir, we still have men back there...we have to go and search for them" John said as the General approached him, the captain just getting of his fighter.

"No can do...with a dragon there, we'll just get picked off..." The general sadly responded.

VADA-BLAM! A searing bolt of lightning shot up from the ground frying the dragon's wing membrane. Va-Blam-Blam, two more bolts shot up striking it in the shoulder and back of the head. Hlal knew this dragon was bad knews and driving it off was probably the best thing to do. Vada-va-blam, anothe bolt shot up piercing through the wing.

Arnold said to all his troops, "Last trace of John and the fighters was he was headed toward a base 10 miles from here. All soilders go toward this base at all costs and make sure the Dragon dosen't follow us." Then Arnold moved under the snow crawling, crawling until he was out of the Dragon's site, in which case he would run...

"Commander, we are sending you a small convoy to pick you up. They will meet you within 5 miles. There is no heavy support at all. If your followed, we have no choice, the safety of the base is more important. Just stay low and move swiftly till your out of the dragons range then, we'll meet you and bring you back to base soldier" The general said.

John looked at the General and nodded...at least he was trying. The mechanics were doing repairs and adjustments on the raptors...they may attack still. It would take a while till they can get back in the air.

Typhoon roared angrily as he looked at his attacker. a loud snarl came from him as he sent his own massive lightning bolt at the attacker, hitting it square in the face, knocking it back, before unleashing 3 more lightning bolts, damaging the Dragon's wing membranes just as it had his. he then roared as he beat his wings and swung his head down letting out a stream of fire, mixing it with a ball of mana that he had released from his tail, making a large blue and orange ball of energy near his tail. he swung it down and it hit the Dragon, going right through it and under it. suddenly the ground began to crack and lava exploded from beneath it, burning the Dragon. "You just sentenced yourself to death, Dragon" boomed the angered Wyvern as he circled the area and prepared to attack with another, considerably more lethal weapon...

Arnold replied, "Good news. Another Dragon started fighting that Dragon, so he's too distracted to noitice us. We be meeting the convoy very shorty I presume. Wait, there they are now!" Arnold waved his arms, along with all his troops, to get the convoy's attention.

Within the flames a roar was heard, Wrong it's your death, Hlal soared out of the flames only partially charred by the lava. Fury in his eye he flew right passed the larger dragon and whipped its face with his twin tail-blades, than Hlal tackled him down from behind his body blades slashing and stabbing the rival dragon as the two tumbled out of the sky.

The convoy, moved further then expected and arrived at their location.

Sarge Joe Kesseler was at the head of the jeep. "welcome, commander...come on, we must hurry, get you and your men in the jeeps and we can ran on out of here" The Sarge said.

John sighed at the headquarters, he waited. It was another failed assualt, still at least he was alive. The dragons lately had somewhat lowered their morale despite their "victories" or more like their lucky escapes.

"And there i was actually thinking of helping you...well, now im glad a i didn't" snarled Typhoon moments before pulling his legs up between himself and the Dragon, kicking it off of him and flying around, slashing one of it's tail blades with his own tail spikes, the extremely powerful acid running out of the central blade and burning one of the Dragon's two blades off in a matter of seconds. he then turned and rammed the Dragon towards the ground, beating his wings hard and pulling away swiftly as the Dragon collided with the ground...

Arnold met up with John again. "Well," he said, "At least we hurt them a lot. And a good thing our troops made it out in one piece." He looked out the window, looking at the Dragons fighting far off...

"Yea" The convoy arrived in the base in no time. Reinforcements from other forts coming in fear, strengthing the base. They wanted to escure the strongest and largest base as they watched the battle. Things were quiet as John met up with his squardon...

Typhoon eyed the humans in the distance and snarled. perhaps it was time for one last reminder of what happened to those who attempted to attack him. wit a terrifying roar, he dove at the humans, letting off a stream of flames through the snow that vaporised it and burned the grass underneath, causing half a ring around the humans as he turned around them, swinging his spiked tail into the ground, making a deep line in the rocky earth below the now vapourised snow. out of the line seeped a black liquid that quickly ate away at the floor and made the stone below the convoy begin to sink. Typhoon flew off, gaining altitude and turning to watch them, almost daring them to attack him...
