dark scale let out a roar at the humans that were fleeing from him. by ow, the villlage had flames blazing through most of structures in the village were blazing, the area turned into an inferno of flame. the dragon lumbered ocer to an injured animal(a cow) that was trying to limp away from him. walked forward faster and caught up to his prey before grabbing it in his jaws, shaking it about to speed up it's now invetible death.

Doged the attack "before try to kill me Roland tell me why you spared the dragon and why you want to kill me so badly. What is it Roland that makes you want to spare an enemy of war and kill one of your own soldiers." Pedro asked.

Ronald stopped his blade right before it killed Pedro. He said, "I spared the dragon because it was a friend of my family and it answered a question that has been running through my head for ages. I want to kill you because of you're lust to jail me and become the new commander." Ronald deicided to let Pedro respond before he killed him.

"whoever said I was intrested in becoming the new comander. I wanted to jail you because you were up to something and you helped an enemy of war. I'm a patriot Roland and I don't care whether I'm a Private or a Admiral I just do whatever I can to serve in the army I'm in. It would've been easier if you told me right away why you saved the dragon, cause then I wouldn't of arrested you." Pedro told Roland."but now look what happened."

Ronald put back his weapon. He looked into Pedro's eyes. He said, "I didn't know I could trust you... but, now I have you're trust. So, we can have a dragon on our side. One dragon that can be on our side. The human race will survive after all..." Ronald helped Pedro up and walked back to base.

Rikkop said to the poilot, "Go back to base, all that is said of Pedro is false. I will tell the dragons to end the attack." Rikkop flew toward the dragons. He roared loud, "The attacks are now unnecissary. All sand dragons, go home. Hlal, go in the caves. Peace is restored." The ancient Dragon went underground near the base and made his own cave, his head sticking out of it. He then slept.

John watched the dragon leave and was curious to see what would happen.

"Men...head into an after burner speed, Super Sonic guys...lets make sure the dragons leave before any celebrations" John said as the others nodded as they increased into an afterburner speed, the jets flying into the air, checking out thearea.

"Yea, sorry about trying to kill you. Ya, all should be fine tommorow, and will have several dragons on our side." Ronald walked with Pedro, then called John on the intercom, "You can land, the sand dragons will leave." Ronald went into his bunk, and layed down to rest.

dark scale threw the cow to the gorund and saw that it wasn't moving. satisfied for now, the dragon picked up his victim's body in his jaws and took to the air, begining to fly back to his territory. after a 50 minute flight, the dragon spottred his cave and landed, the shape of his huge wings easy to see at a distance.

Hlal was consumed by a battle frenzy and paid no heed to his allies, randomly breathing balls of plasma in al directions. Hlal with his telepathy sent out stabbing painful messages to all he could see, NO! they all tried to kill me i will not allow this truce to occur! He charged up a massive amount of plasma before unleashing it's fury in a cone shaped blast on the base incinerating most of it. I cant even maintain one human ally now, so i shall have none! Hlal continued sending the paiful telepathic messages. Suddenly he blastd the sand dragons with a wave of plasma that melted them to a puddle of blue slime and he let loose a deafening roar. Hlal then dove into the ground and dissapeared, but he sent one final message to Ronald, You left me no choice...

Ronald heard outside. He said under his breath, "Dammit." He didn't know what to do.

Rikkop said to Hlal, "Don't become a monster. You cannot think in you're current state. Do not betray you're allies. You must see, all is well now. Them trying to kill you was only because they wanted to protect what they love. You must let go and understand them to be misunderstandings!"

Don't cloud my mind long-one, i wont make the mistake of befriending humans again, Hlal snarled. He continued on moving through the earth. We were trying to gamble against the will of the gods, and we failed, dragon and human can never be allies for long.

Having no choice...The F-22 Raptors moved into poistion.

"Alright guys as soon as you hit, you befer your asses in at least a Mach 2 speed, thats pretty damn fast but I wont you to be as far away from the dragon after we fire on him. We can turn around...look it still might be an ally but its a danger to everyone!" John yelled as the raptors increased their speed...

All 15 of them locked on..."Fire!" John yelled.

The side bays and main bays opened up as several missles from all the jets slammed into the raged dragon. Numerous missles engulfing it in a explosion, burning at skin as the jets raced into the clouds...moving at a super sonic speed, a massive boom, breaking the sound barrier as they left scence...

Hlal unleashed a massive cone of plasma at the oncoming missile causing them all to explode at a safe distance. Hlal dove underground and headed out of the Himalayas. Keep your thoughts out of my mind! Hlal sent a painful jolt of telepathic waves at the chinese dragon.

Rikkop went back, accepting the fact that the dragon was gone. Possibly not for good, maybe he would understand what he said, but he went underground near the base to rest. He then surface into the air and said to John, "Give up the chase."
