the massive Crocodile drifted slowly through the water, hippos around him backing away as he drifted past, nearly in the center of the reserve by now. there were a few Crocodiles around, some of them hissing at him, but those who were aggressive soon relented as the Crocodile let off his own loud, deep hiss, the water vibrating slightly as a growl came afterwards...

Nighteyes stood on the log, and looked at his two children.
Today, I'm going to teach you two to fish!he purred. Watch closely, little ones. He looked for a fish, and with a swoop of his paw, it was in his grasp. Remember, it's all about patience, you have to wait. After that, it gets easy. Now, practice for a while. I need to talk to your mother. He trotted up the path to the overseeing cliff that was his home. It was a prefect place to raise a family. All the basic aspects of hunting could be practiced, and it was very safe. He nuzzled his mate, and looked down at his children. They're beautiful, aren't they? He asked. Yes, they are. It's a wonder they came from you.
Very funny, Tala. I'm off to hunt.

Isoke was alert as she grazed on the savannah grass. Ever since that fight with the cheetah, she stayed close to the herd, not wanting to stray far behind from the others. Her mother was not too far, picking away at the grass like the other zebras. The foals chased each other around, bucking and letting out happy whinnies.

Mind if I join

Name: White eye
Age: 10 years old
Gender: Male
Species: Kodiak Bear
Height: 12 feet
Weight: 1500 pounds
Personality: He is a very loving creature. Will help any animal, but only if they need help. He is very vicious to animals or people that hurt his friends or family. Has been known to go somewhat insane when he is fighting to long, ans when he does go insane, he becomes a bit stronger and faster. If he fights to long, he blacks out and can't control what he does.
Appearance: A normal Kodiak bear, except for the scar over his left eye, which he got from fighting a wolf pack. The wolf pack is know dead, thanks to him blacking out. Has been known to kill just for fun, but only after he blacks out.

A massive creature was silently stalking his prey. He had his eyes on a rather abnormally large male moose that had been in his territory for the past month. He knew that if he got hit by those antlers than he was in trouble, because then he would have to rest untill he healed, but he was a very fast healer. White Eye [ White for short] had just started to chase when a wolf pack burst out and suprised the moose, sending him in theopposite direction of White. White growled "Every **** time Im hunting, **** it!!!!" White decided to return to his den and rest up for when go's hunting tommorow.

Blood Scar moved around patrolling his territory, his reputation in the area caused the smaller crocs to back up. Taking back a similar patrol route, he headed for his parents. Despite his larger size, he still respected his parents and his other siblings who had several, and smaller territores within in or close to the massive Croc's much more larger territory. He swam around, moving quickly, enjoying his territory and his status as an Apex Predator.

Nighteyes strolled along the water. He noticed a large crocodile floating in the water. Can I make you a deal? he suggested.

OOC:I have decieded to make a new character, I asked TT if it was alright and he said just change the species, so here goes.

Name: Blood eye
Age: 7 yrs
Gender: Male
Species: Lion
Length: 12 ft
Height: 6.6 ft
Weight: 950 pds
Personality: About the same as my other character, White eye, except he's not as agressive towards other carnivores.
Appearance: Like Nightbane, except he is an albino. he is almost a pure white kinda color, and has red eyes. his mane covers almost 2/3rds of his body. Not something you want to be an enemy of. He can take on a Grizzly and win. His territory is in the savanah, beside Nightbanes and Tyretros's

Nightbane and Tyretros were mere feet from their meal, but everything between them and their meal was plain, clear ground. no grass, meaning no more room to sneak in stealthily. "Now!" he roared as he charged out at full speed, lunging at the Zebra he had targetted, a young one, ripping viciously at it's sides as he slowly pulled it's neck towards him, finally locking on in a choking bite...

the immense Crocodile continued to drift through the water, having sighted his target....an adult hippo...he went under, deciding the best way to catch a creature that lives in the water is from a depth...he drifted along the bottom of the river, quickly closing in on his target...

Blood Scar stopped moving when something tried to talk to him. Turning his head, he looked at the land creature and hissed fiercely. "What do you want" The massive Salt Water Croc was in no mood at the moment but what can this land creature attempt to benefit from him. facing the land creature, Blood Scar was ready to dart out with his fast speed and strike without warning in case it was an enemy that was stupid enough to get to close to the water.

When the two lions ran out to attack, the other zebras panicked and galloped away in fear, not bothering to look back to see who has been caught. When Isoke saw the lions, she immediently went into a gallop to follow the rest of the herd. She didn't want to be their meal for today or any other day. She was glad to be together with the herd, in one big mass of black and white stripes. Do I dare look back, she thought fearfully. She was curious, and yet she was scared to find one of her playmates in the lions' deadly grip.

OOC: Everyone i'm not gonna be using White eye for about a month or two.

Blood eye was silently stalking his prey, his prey being Zebra. He was an excellant hunter for his size, maybe even one of the best out of all the Lions in the preserve. He was slowly sneaking up on them, he was within 13 feet of the closest one, he can jump that in 1 or 2 jumps. This zebra was really stupid if he didn't notice a 900 pound Lion now 8 feet away, I mean Blood eye is ten feet long. He decieded to kill this one without alerting, the rest of the herd, he was within 2 and half feet now, he quickly but silently bit on to the Zebra's windpipe, ending it's life instantly. This 300 pound Zebra would feed him for along time, maybe 2 or 3 days. He was thinking about looking for a mate and having children to pass on his genes, but that would mean more mouths to feed. He dragged the kil back to den and started to eat. After he had eaten his fill, he started thinking whether he should go and look for a mate or not. He soon drifted to sleep.

Drifting through the water at a fairly fast pace, he soon spotted another large Crocodile. his size or maybe slightly larger, to his guess. for now, he just watched it, but was not afraid to fight if he was forced to...

Nightbane snarled as he bit tighter on the Zebra's throat, a loud rumbling growl coming on him as he bit tighter and tighter, eventually reaching the point the Zebra was paralyzed instinctively to avoid breaking it's own neck...

Tyretros threw himself at the Zebra, landing on its hind quarters, slashing at its flank and back with his claws. His movement would hopefully be enough for Nightbane to brake its neck, the maneless lion continueing his assualt none the less...

the jerking caused by the impact of Tyretros into the Zebra knocked it upwards, finally giving that needed extra leverage to snap the neck. with a resounding crack, the creature's struggling form finally fell limp. a snarl came from Nightbane as he let go, and began to tear into the Zebra's flesh...

Tyretros snarled in satisfaction, also ripping into the carcass hungrily. It was a clean kill, no injuries to either of them from the creature's powerful legs. But now, they would need to eat quickly and as much as possible, not wanting to be caught by other, larger predators, and also didn't know when their next meal would be, so it was smart to each as much as they could...

Blood Scar eyed the land creature that had not yet responded when something of a greater threat, alarmed him. The massive Croc turned, there was another large croc off in the distance. It was massive, the largest he had seen in months prehaps. Blood Scar looked towards it...normally crocs just swam by keeping to their own business but he had no idea if this was to be expected from this one. Blood Scar eyed the other but not forgetting there was another yet as of the moment lesser threat on land.

I want to make you a deal. You see, I have cubs, and I wanted to make sure the water they use is safe. I'd like to say, give you a tribute of prey, and you keep my cubs safe? Nighteyes nervously purred.

Blood Scar looked towards the land and replied a low growl. "Keep the waters safe? There are more dangers then me...they are snakes, other crocs, lions and other animals. Those things called Humans...I'm just one of the dangers and I can catch prey at any time..." Blood Scar eyed the land creature...ready to attack if needed.

Gustav eyed the Croc from a distance. it didn't have the pose and seperation of old Crocodiles, which were usually very anti-social, barely moving unless they're eating. and yet, it was huge. he continued to watch on, keeping his eyes and ears open for anything useful...

Nightbane quickly tore apart the Zebra, ripping a good quantity of flesh off, ripping chunks of it off and consuming it entirely, before going for another lump of flesh and consuming it. soon, the two Lions had consumed the entire Zebra. Nightbane looked around. there was an Acacia tree nearby, and he decided it would be a suitable resting spot for now while the food digested. walking over to the spot, he lay down on his side, and rested for a short while, his senses still fully focused for any signs of a threat...

Blood Scar then looked back the other massive croc. It did not appear like it was going to attack or challenge for territory. Still he had never seen this croc and despite his young age, he had constantly always been moving. He was bound to run into it yet nothing and any other large crocs in the area were nearly not as big as the one in front of him. If it wanted to fight, then he would fight it like the strangers who always either fled or lost still this looked like a tough enemy, large, older and any large croc his size meant deadly. Releasing a small growl, Blood Scar was curious to see what this seemingly elder croc knew. "I'm assuming your new to the area"
